EXCELLENT SERVICE from initial contact through to completion (ahead of schedule). From my first conversation with Adam I felt confident that I was dealing with the right company. They gave a realistic date for completion (bear in mind a licence from Hampshire County Council had to be in place) and didn't make any promises they couldn't keep. I had a resin driveway installed from an extremely well known, local company with a very big reputation for doing block pave and resin driveways but unfortunately they subbed the job out and the result ended with join lines in the resin, said company contacted The Driveway Devision to fix the problem and Adam and his crew have done an amazing job. No hassle, honest opinions and no up-selling on other products. I later found out they would have been thousands of pounds cheaper than the company I originally used and I wish I had contacted them from the beginning. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and I learned the hard way! Work began quickly and it was finished within a couple of days after having to rip up all the previous work and start again. I will be contacting Adam in future for any other projects and will be recommending his business to friends and family. Don’t suffer like I did folks, just call Adam!!

We needed the dropped kerb extended on our property. We had all the planning permissions in place in advance of getting quotations as we are on a classified road which needed planning approval from the Council first and then Highway’s approval following this. We reviewed other contractors in our area and contacted The Driveway Division based on our research. Adam visited us and we discussed the best plan for the kerb extension as this involved moving an existing Weir Kerb along with the drainage system and re-piping back into the existing catchpit on the pavement. Added to this, our driveway was very uneven and backs onto a very busy and awkward section of road. Once meeting with Adam and receiving our quote, we didn’t feel the need to get a second quote. This was one of those rare occasions where you just felt in good hands with a company who not only know what they are doing, but also listen to the customer, a company we knew we could work with. We had a tree to removed beforehand which left some spoil on the drive and Adam even came and removed this for us in advance of the extension. This was also a perfect opportunity to test the logistics of the extension work (due to the road layout). On the day that the work was carried out, the team arrived at around 8.30am and were all finished by around 3.00pm the same day. The work conducted was very professional, went like clockwork and was to an extremely high standard. We cannot recommend the Driveway Division enough for their help, services and care they provided. I contacted Driveway Division as one of Hampshire County Council’s approved contractors for dropped kerbs. As soon as I spoke with Adam, I knew I’d found the right company; especially when I gently challenged him as to why they’re the best and he simply said, Read our reviews.” The whole process from order to job completion was seamless and the end result finishes off our new driveway extension with a perfectly integrated kerb drop. The Driveway Division has done an excellent job on replacing our disintegrating tarmac drive. The replacement tarmac drive is edged with pavior blocks, and looks superb. We were given a good price, and Adam and his team worked very proficiently and efficiently to complete the task. They were always very polite, and tidied up after their work. We had a new resin drive that replaced a tatty, cracked, mossy, weedy tarmac one. The new one looks superb. It is amazingly smooth and level, even though the old drive had lots of bumps and drops. They took the trouble to make things neat around drains, manholes and around the side gates. Adam's team worked so hard and were so professional and thorough. Resin isnt a cheap option but on looks alone it was worth it. Thankyou Adam and the guys.

The licence for the dropped kerb took longer to come than was expected due to belfour Betty. But the team communicated honestly with us and the work commenced as soon as it was able to. I still can't believe that just a week after I contacted Adam at 'The Driveway Division' the work at our property has been completed to a VERY high standard. Adam's Team installed a drop-Kerb at the side of our property having gained the necessary permissions via a S171 Licence from HCC Highways Dept. Communications throughout were excellent, the workforce were polite & clear in what they were going to do. The end result I'm VERY happy with. The quote was clear & concise following an early visit. It is refreshing to get a job so well done in such a short space of time without fuss & at a fair price. I found Adam through a recommended trading gov site for a dropped kerb. Communication was spot on from day one! After the initial pricing being slightly out of our budget, an agreement was came to and he was even happy to do abit extra that was needed when we asked. Two days to complete it. I'm sure their work is very good. Unfortunately I never got to find out as after some brief toing and froing via email they then asked for some photos of the area I wanted the driveway which I sent and asked for a quote for. Then they stopped communicating with me. I sent another email earlier in the week to chase this as I had provided the info they had asked for, but again no response. In business, communication is key and in my case it seems this company is missing that quality unfortunately. Even if they didn't want to do the job, a brief response with something along the lines of "we are unable to help with this as it is on a slope" or something similar would have been acceptable. Instead just a dead end of communication. Needless to say my business will now be taken elsewhere. *update: the owner of company has kindly emailed me after receiving my review. Thankyou Adam*

We needed a patch job done on our Tarmac driveway and ‘The Driveway Division’ did an amazing job, we wanted to get rid of a horrible stoney square in our Tarmac driveway we inherited from the previous owner. I am so impressed with Adam and his team at Driveway Division. I made initial contact in November for a dropped kerb installation and received a quick response with a quote but at the time did not go ahead with them as we had a friend agree to complete the work after completing our driveway for us. Sadly, we were let down by this friend so I re-contacted Adam mid-December to ask if he would still be able to complete the work and thankfully he agreed! Even better, he’s been able to complete the work this side of Christmas which I was very happy about! His communication has been top notch from start to finish, very reasonably priced and the quality of their work is 10/10. I would recommend this company to anyone and their work truly does reflect the 5* reviews they receive. Arrived promptly and at the agreed time to start and work was completed 3.5 hours later. Adam is very friendly and approachable and answered any questions I had!

I instructed The Driveway Division company to install a drop kerb outside our property in March. Adam was swift with a competitive price and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done, a breakdown of prices and estimated time frame for work to commence. My kerb was completed today and it looks amazing. I’m thrilled with how-neat and tidy everything looks. The only negative thing to say is it’s taken 4 months but that’s due to the awful weather causing a backlog of work. It doesn’t matter though as it was well worth the wait. Would highly recommend!

His team laid the base and then returned to lay the resin; both times they were professional, respectful of our neighbours and left everything clean and tidy. I had another company come to do a drop kerb for me and the quality or work was absolutely awful and their attitude on my complaint left me really upset. The kerb they installed damaged my car but I was left with no option to accept their work. I then contacted Adam at The Driveway Division, he confirmed my fears that the previous work was unacceptable but he showed me the standard of his work on other jobs and the references I obtained before using him and his team were exemplary. Adam kept me in contact with a start date and provided a very cost effective solution to my requirements. The team attended today, fully checked the work I required before staring and completed the work the same day to exceptionally high standards, I wish I had used them from the start. They have reinstated my confidence in contractors and cannot express my appreciation to Adam and his whole team they were quite amazing, even my neighbours commented on how nice the team are and are considering their services for their work. Don't go anywhere else, you may well be as disappointed as I was!!!

Part of our driveway had raised over time and far enough there was a risk the car would bottom out when driving over. We needed this part of the drive lowered, the kerb re-tarmaced, the adjoining brick drive relayed and all made good. Adam gave good advice and was able to schedule the work in just over a week. We're so pleased with our new resin drive, installed by Adam and his team. The whole process was done in a few days and we were kept up to date with information and pictures everyday whilst out at work. We contacted The Driveway Company on recommendation after discussions with another supplier dried up. Within a few days we had a pervious concrete base put over the site, which was done all in a day with a large and competent team - very impressed, and served well as a temporary base instead of bare earth. The resin-bound topping was put down some weeks later, delayed due to the very wet early spring weather. Throughout these delays and some additional complications, communication was professional and friendly, and we are delighted with the result, a superb surface and we'll contoured over a tricky surface in places.
