Our garden was not an easy job and especially with all the rain we had however they were here every day rain or shine to complete the job and it now looks amazing! To add to that, the whole team were happy, polite, helpful and hard working at all times which goes a long way. Would 100 percent recommend to everyone!
Signature Surfacing undertook a large job to convert a garden/patio area at the rear of my property in Heckford Park into a driveway. They were impressive from the very first meeting, where they employed the use of drone technology to map and measure my space. They provided a competitive quote and undertook every element of the work to a very high standard. They were consistent in their communication, offered expert guidance and advice, and I felt supported at each stage of the build. At the request of neighbours selling next door they even provided a rendering of what the drive would look like before it was built. They cleared the whole space, and completed the job quickly, professionally and within agreed timescales and budgets. The end result looks fantastic and I would have no hesitation in using them again. I would highly recommend Signature Surfacing.

From Ryan’s first visit to quote the project, his use of a drone to help plan the job I new Sinature Surfaces would be right choice for us. Ryan and his team did an excellent job delivering a fantastic new weather during a period of awful weather. The team were always polite and Ryan ensured we were well informed of the status of the project at the end of each day. The importance of cleaning up and leaving the site tidy was not unnoticed.

Brilliant in every way. Fully project managed by Ryan and the work included not only a driveway but also the demolition of an old wall and building of a new wall but also the fitting of screens and gates. The driveway is a large area and the groundwork done to fix all the previous issues has helped make the finished result look amazing. Highly recommend in every way.

Ryan was very professional from the start branded vehicle, branded workwear, sample paving and brochures, use of a drone for measurement plus before/after images and comprehensive description of how the drive would be laid. The quote was clear, competitive and had payment milestones. The work was started on time with appropriate mechanised equipment with an effort to make as little disruption and mess as possible. The team Ryan has were very pleasant and respectful. Driveway was completed on time and is now the envy of neighbours and the neighbourhood! Happy customer.

Great job by Ryan and his team at Signature Surfacing. Very polite and hard working. Converted a step up to the front door access from the driveway into a wheelchair accessible ramp in block paving. Excavated an old-shed base removing a lot of old rubble and concrete and turfed the area with borders with edging and replaced an old broken wooden fence post with a concrete one. All left very tidy and clean with all waste removed. Incredibly pleased with the work conducted.

Ryan and his team have just completed our driveway and we couldn’t be more happy, After Ryan did a great job on our fencing we asked him to price this for us and they have done an incredible job. For the work they have put it the price was very good and they’ve got it done in great time. All of the trades that were involved were excellent and even worked past 9pm on a Friday to ensure the job ran smoothly, My partner is heavily pregnant and at the end of every day the lads made sure there was a clear safe path to the doorway for her. Absolutely over the moon with the transformation it has made to our home and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Had a bad experience with Ryan. Invited to get a quote for my patio. He forgot about me and came late. Was happy with the quote as was the cheapest one and turnaround time was quick. Once the job started they started it late everyday and extended the completion by 2 days. Quality of materials were poor, never used primer, some slabs started moving two weeks in. To get him back to fix the bodge he done is nearly impossible. If you can avoid this wannabe landscaper company. It just proves that if you pay cheap- you pay twice.
After completing careful due diligence of contractors in the local area, I contacted Signature Surfacing to request a quotation for a new patio area at my property in Branksome. Their representative came to my home and gave great advice on the options for a really smart area. I had the chance to look at all of the different materials and styles available to me. After looking at the different options, I received my written quotation from Signature Surfacing advising me of the cost, lead time and the completion time for the work to be carried out. I’m total, I obtained quotations for similar work from two other contractors. Signature Surfacing was not the cheapest but the professionalism and service to date was very good. This fact alone influenced my decision to select Signature Surfacing to undertake the work. The lead time was only ten working days too! On the day of starting work, the team arrived on time and were efficient and very tidy in their work. They made sure that mess was kept to an absolute minimum. In just over four days, what emerged was a patio area that far exceeded my expectations, completed ahead of schedule and looks absolutely stunning. We asked Ryan if he could possibly patch up an area in our block paving that had previously been grassed we had brought a motorhome and needed the area We wanted a nice job but didn’t want to spend a fortune, Ry was great and suggested ways to achieve this and still look part of the original driveway. The job he did was exceptional always clean and tidy he tweeked extra little areas too! I really can’t recommend him enough, in fact we have passed he’s number to friends who have had work done and they too speak highly of him. A trustworthy nice person who is extremely good at he’s job.

Ryan and his team created a new block Paved driveway to our awkward shaped original drive. They overcame all issues that were presented to them with creativity and first class workmanship. I cannot fault them at all. Everything was well organised and kept as clean and tidy as you can on a work site. I highly recommend and they will be back to sort out the back garden.
