I’m extremely happy with the work carried out by Koala Cosntruction and would highly recommend them. I had a water leak in my hallway that caused significant damage to the ceiling and the built-in cupboard, with a strong damp smell throughout the area. They removed all the damaged materials, repaired everything professionally, and repainted the hallway to a very high standard. The inside of the cupboard was completely restored, and the finished result looks as if the damage never happened. The workmanship was excellent, they were reliable and professional throughout, and I’m genuinely delighted with the outcome.

We employed Kola Construction to replace and expand our existing concrete drive with resin one following a good review of similar work to a family friend’s address. The company were easy to make contact with, prompt at coming round to see the job, discuss price and the process and worked well with our timings. We also found they were comparatively priced. They arrived when they said they would, devoted ample time per day to get the job done, worked cleanly and kept us updated with how they were getting on / what they would be doing the next day. An underground cable that ran an unexpected way was accidentally damaged towards the end of a day, however they made sure to fix it before going, which I feel is a great reflection of the company’s value. I’d happily recommend this company to others and once we save up enough I’ll be asking them back to do similar work in the back garden.

We had our back garden patio replaced with resin, the side of the house redone, and a brand new driveway installed—and the transformation is amazing. Before this, we had old paving slabs that caused quite severe flooding, which was always a worry, especially with the heavy rain we seem to get more and more of. Since having the new resin surfaces laid, that concern has completely gone, and it’s given me and my family real peace of mind. The quality of the finish is outstanding, and you can tell the team take real pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to a high standard, and the end result has completely improved the overall kerb appeal of our home. This was money well spent and one of the best investments we’ve made in protecting our home, especially with the unreliable and unpredictable weather we get. Kola construction did a great Job of replacing our conservatory roof. From start to finish customer service was top rate. The work was completed in a professional manner by Phil and Jem who were a pleasure to have on site.Questions were answered when asked and small changes were made on request. We even had the floor edging trim replaced as a favour. We are very happy with the new roof and wouldn't hesitate to use Kola Construction again.

Had Kola to sort out our back garden. New resin patio, new lawn and create a raised flower bed. All completed in just over a day. Work is to a very high standard and they have enough people working on site. At the end of the Job all waste etc was taken away. A very fair price for the work resulting in a very satisfied customer. It appears the company is expanding and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any building/home improvement project.

We recently used the Kola team to complete a rear Garden upgrade, consisting of a Resin Bound pathway and Patio, ground levelling work and a newly laid lawn. Over the years we have used many contractors and are familiar with most projects and finishes, however had never used Resin Bound before. With this in mind I took some time to research various contractors and Resin specialists, before deciding on Kola - this based on other customers feedback and importantly, the clarity of bringing our vision to life during the estimate process. The quote we received was very competitive and the timescales pledged exactly where we would have hoped they could have been. The team who completed the project were exceptional, they are clearly happy in their work and demonstrate great pride in all they do and despite some shocking weather always managed to always leave the site clean and tidy. Their craftsmanship and work ethic are both outstanding, arriving exactly when they said they would, keeping us informed of each stage of the process and never leaving anything they had planned for the day, half finished. As for the project, we could not be more pleased, the end result far exceeds our expectations in every respect. Our Garden has been completely transformed and I have to say I am so pleased to have chosen the Resin finish and of course Kola, it really does look stunning. NEW RESIN DRIVE Kola replied immediately to my email and I’m still waiting for the other companies to even bother to ring me! I was given a next day appointment which was fantastic From initial email to completed drive I think was about a month and it looks amazing. Such hard working people and everyone I have dealt with at Kola has been polite, professional and yet friendly and approachable. So many people have commented on the drive and how lovely it looks and I would certainly recommend this company and their amazing work ethic.

These builders worked on the house next door and made a real mess of our grass verge - all they left us was a churned up mud patch with no grass. Very unprofessional - have no respect for neighbour's property
The resin drive they laid for us looks really great. It has finished off the house beautifully and is much easier to keep clean than the tarmac we had before.
