Shaun's team went above and beyond to fix an emergency heating issue. They even contacted us the following day to ensure everything was ok and I cannot recommend them enough . Local businesses need recognition and Upgrade property Services should be your first port of call. Excellent service

Excellent job carried out by Upgrade, friendly family company. fast, efficient service, left everything clean and tidy. No fuss for these guys. Louis I really recommend Upgrade Property Services and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you all super job done

After using Shaun and his team for our kitchen refurbishment, we have recently used them again for another project. We would highly recommend Shaun, Mark and all the team. Shaun's knowledge and attention to detail with kitchen planning and installation is excellent along with Mark's superb plastering. Shaun and his team worked efficiently and finished the job to a very high standard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Upgrade Property Services and we look forward to working with them again soon. Thank you Shaun, Mark and all the team.

Upgrade property services have recently built our new extension. And we could not be happier it has exceeded our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had moved the goal post a few times and put quite of bit of pressure on the guys, they did not seem phased and got the job done. Thank you for all the hard work!!!

Shaun and his team were excellent in removing and installing a new oven sink and two new worktops for us within a short space of time of enquiry Polite and tidy we are extremely happy with the outcome.

I had my loft converted to a bedroom for my daughter. It was beautifully made and I was carried along at every stage of the work. Shaun was very good with communication. He was honest and did exactly what he promised from the very start of the project to finish. His entire team were very professional. I will certainly recommend upgrade property services to family and friends.

Had a cracked and blown dining room ceiling. Plaster was stripped back and repaired. Very smooth finish, work was tidy.

There's only one way to describe the team of Shaun, Mark, Jason and Mick ...'master craftsmen'. Professional, efficient with great attention to detail. Challenges that arose were met head on, resulting in a first class kitchen and dining room. So happy to have had this team complete our project.

Shaun and his team were fantastic! We needed a new office at our business site and within short notice they delivered results in days. Groundwork’s completed ready for our new office to be delivered! Highly recommend. Great works guys! Thanks again

Family business who know what they're doing. Initially used these guys as offered a good qoute for knocking down an inner wall when other builders had tried to rip me off. As there are so many of them they get job done quickly.Had them back to fit new floor and love it. Would definitely use them again! Thanks Shaun and co.

Excellent service from Shaun & the boys. 100% recommend.

Upgrade property services doing exactly what it says on the tin once again. From upgrading our kitchen a while back in the winter and now our beautiful garden ready for the summer. Cheers

Shaun and the team completed a full renovation of our flat. With 30 years of neglect the works required were extensive including a full rewire, replaster, new kitchen, bathroom and carpets. Shaun fully managed the process, was responsive to email, text and phone contact and delivered a high quality renovation. I would happily recommend Shaun and the team to anyone.

Shaun and his team sourced and fitted us a great front door all work was done to a high standard we would highly recommend this team

We had issues with our front door recently, where the lock was jammed and had trouble getting in. As a recommendation, we contacted Shaun, and he fixed our door, the same day, at a fraction of the price we were expecting! 👍 Considering it was out of hours, me and my partner are extremely pleased with the efficiency, and value for money, provided Upgrade Property Services.

made an appointment with them but they never turned up. Then I phoned them up and they promised will come next time and again let me down. The third time they did it again. Never will use them! is it fun to waste people’s time like that ?

Had my window & bi-folding door fitted and both were terrible, very poor finishing. Especially the window, straight away failed the inspection from building control and they refused to come back to refit it. We had to pay someone else to finish the mess they have left. Also, the business owner barely replied messages, phone calls and was very rude. They didn’t turn up several times as they promised as well, left me waiting in the house without heating with my baby (we normally stay in another property to keep warm because the extension was on the progress). Now they put up all these fake google review just because my husband left a bad review. Avoid at any cost !

Really pleased with the work, completed quickly & to an excellent standard. He even bought my Nan some new lights as the old ones were rubbish. Top job & top bloke! Highly recommend!

The team at upgrade properties completed a lovely paving job in my back garden, the quality of work was very good, I got good value for money and I will be using them again for more work on my house.

New front door fitted and old one disposed of. Shaun and his guys are polite and tidy. Great finish and a fair price

It can be so hard trying to find a good builder with a good reputation that's why when my Friend, whom is a perfectionist, recommended Shaun I didn't hesitate for a second. From the moment he entered the house to got through the plans, his knowledge and ideas really helped me decide exactly what I needed and he even made it possible for us to have an extra toilet fitted downstairs!! His team where always on-time,polite and hardworking lads. I have recommended Upgrade to friends whom have been in contact and they cannot wait for their work to start.

Avoid at all cost !!!! Poor work quality!!!!!! They fitted a rooflight, a bifolding door and also a window for us but the fitting extremely shocking ! When they arrived site, they straight away increased the price of 200 pound on top of what we have agreed! I should have just asked them to leave back then. Both bifolding door and the window are not fitted terribly, screws are poking out bricks and silicones are everywhere! especially the window, it has fallen the inspection from building control department. The building control has requested the window to be refitted but the trader from this company has refused to come back to fix the problem. They made up all lies and excuses. Very unethical and unprofessional. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
