Was a bank holiday and all toilets suddenly became blocked. I called Alex and his team and quite frankly I’m over the moon. They arrived on time and considering it was bank holiday they were very reasonably priced. One thing that surprised me was that they didn’t try to upsell which I’ve had from other companies. I will be keeping them on speed dial and being a landlord will be using them for my other properties from now on. Keep up the good work guys.

Excellent work from Alex on what turned into a difficult job. Alex worked so hard and successfully resolved the problem. I can't recommend him high enough. He is coming back in early summer to do another job. Alex's team has completed 2 more jobs: the second was urgent and Adam responded immediately. Information and explanations were clear. Both jobs were completed successfully and again i cant recommend Alex and his team highly enough.

I use better drains for a few jobs at McDonalds stores in Bournemouth and Poole. They went above and beyond to make sure there were no issues after all drains were blocked. Not only did they unblock the drains they made sure they were all clean and free from sewage. A camera was used to inspect showing evidence to the customer that the issue were gone. Alex is easy to talk to and we’ll solve mostly any drainage issues. What a fantastic company 10 out of 10 in my eyes will be using them for the future..

Alex, unblocked my kitchen sink for me. It was a bit stubborn (perhaps due to what I put down the waste disposal 😂) but he persisted and dealt with it. After going online to get a quote for my blocked drain, Alex from Better Draines called me straight away & when he came to unblock he was very helpful & friendly & he literally took him a few minutes to unblock my drains quickly. Alex came to my home three days ago (early on a Sunday morning) believing he had a relatively simple blockage with which to deal. After trying really hard, Alex realized this was a very tricky one. He came back both yesterday morning and again today, with a plumber colleague, to resolve what has proven to be an extremely difficult and challenging situation. They have been outstanding in their diligence, commitment and determination to get the blockage removed and put in place measures to ensure that access, should it be necessary, to the waste pipes is less problematic in future. Apart from the fact that they are both extremely conscientious and dedicated, Alex and, his colleague from Build Right Construction, are courteous and sensitive to their customer’s needs. Alex is a true professional. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I wish him well as he builds Better Drains….

Alex did an excellent job when he came to clear a blocked drain. So much so that we asked him to line our drains and do a couple more repairs. He was always on time. He kept us informed every step of the way, showing us a live feed of the problems. He so very obviously took pride in his work.
