Suffered a blocked drain earlier this week and SEDS provided a superb service - problem fixed in less than an hour by an operative who could not have been more polite and helpful if he tried.
Unbelievable customer service. I called SEDS just before 08:00 to ask availability to have someone come out and look at a blocked sink drain. Was told hourly prices over the phone and asked if I wanted to proceed. I agreed. I was told someone would be out with in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later Darren showed up. Diagnosed the issue and said there were two solutions to unblock the drain (I had tried everything to unblock this drain myself). He used the first solution to no success, the second solution unblocked the drain. Done with in under an hour from start to finish. Left clean and tidy, I would use SEDS again and will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you Darren and team.

We had a broken pipe at 3.00 am. The person attended practically immediately after the phone call. He assisted us with the emergency and came back around 7am to finish the job. The service was amazing. Very professional and reliable. Will definitely use it if required.
Found I had a blocked drain at 6PM. Called South East Drainage Services. They turned up half an hour later. Within an hour it was all done. Would definitely recommend them.

I found myself in a bit of a fluster with a blocked main outside drain it was early evening & thought I'm never going to be able to get a company out to see what the problem was & to do the deeds of sorting it, someone recommended South East Drainage Service & gave me their number, I gave them a call & told them my problem, WOW within half hour their van & engineer was on my drive, they solve the problem with no mess & a pleasant manner & smile & said all done madam I couldn't of wish for any better service & would recommend to anybody with confidence of them doing just a good a job as they did for me.
