Their communication was quick and clear and they came out the next working day morning and it was all sorted very quickly. Brilliant service. I initially had a survey done by Drains Are Us which was very thorough, and have since had the drains unblocked/jet washed. A house survey suggested far more drastic action was needed, but Shaun assured me they just needed a good clean! Thoroughly recommend.
EXCELLENT SERVICE, Engineer Dave was Courteous, Professional and extremely EFFICIENT IN EVERY WAY, NO CALL OUT SERVICE , HONEST WITH WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE ( after experiencing AN UTTER RIP OFF BY PM247 plumbers who charged £144 THAT WAS PAID PRIOR TO ATTENDING & WAS MEANT TO ATTEMPT UNBLOCKING DRAINS…AND BEFORE ANY INVESTIGATION PRECEDED TO USE MY DRAIN PLUNGER TOOK A QUICK PHOTOGRAPH OF MY INSPECTION HOLE THEN WENT TO HIS VAN TO INVOICE ME ANOTHER £600 to proceed with ANY WORK….!! DAVE FROM DRAINS ARE US WAS OUTSTANDING AND PROCEEDED TO UNBLOCK DRAINS THAT TOOK HIM AN HOUR WITH HIS OWN TOOLS! For a total of £168 including coming out and completing job!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
