Moved into my place last winter and dealt with a different drain cleaning company. I had an issue with blocked drains that kept happening over and over again. Sometimes the other company would come to "fix" the problem and the issue would be back again the following week. If it didn't come back in a week it would be at least once a month. In August, I called Drain Scout, because I was tired of having the same problem come back over and over again. They were very friendly, did their thing, and had it fixed before I could even finish brewing their tea. I haven't had an issue since then and it's now mid December. Would definitely recommend, and I would call them again if I ever have problems.

Someone on checkatrade overcharged me and didn’t get the job done, so I called these and they came round quickly and sorted the blockage out efficiently and for a good price, couldn’t reccomend enough

Highly recommend!! Can't praise this team highly enough. They were prompt, courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. My drain blockage wasn't the simplest to remedy but they were unfazed and confident that they would resolve it. Explained everything and left us with advice about how to avoid a repeat. Lads came today to clear a blocked drain. Did a great job. Easy job for them although it did became a little stubborn to get it fully cleared. They doubled the effort to clear blockages and wouldn’t leave until the job was done. Would highly recommend if you need any drain work doing.

Had a problem with the sewer pipe in my drive so gave this firm a call. Turned up exactly as they said they would and sorted the problem, (major tree roots in the main drain). Fantastic job by Blaise and his workforce, especially as it was the hottest day of the year they had to work in! After discovering an overflowing drain on Friday morning I contacted this Company . I had never used them before . They arrived within the promised 4 hours and were a really happy team despite the horrific job they have to do. Unfortunately what should have been a quick unblock resulted in them being with me for over two hours as the main sewage drain cover had been cemented over with a new driveway some years previously. They sourced the drain and had to dig it out . They then fixed the problem in a flash. This was all done with minimal disruption. They were so helpful and I was relieved as I was not familiar with this business. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Fantastic service and a great job . Thank you

Talk about striking it lucky finding this firm! We had just relocated to Southport having bought a house that needed lots of work doing.There was obvious signs of water ingress in the kitchen so as a priority I wanted the gutters attended and luckily I came across this company on Bark. Blaise and Shelley attended when they said they would and did such a fabulous job. They were clearly knowledgeable and multi skilled. The team have carried out lots of the work we needed doing to a high standard. Blaise could tell us the required repairs on the roof, soffits, drains etc which matched the comments in our survey. Blaise Shelley and Mark are absolute grafters and are so reliable, honest and trustworthy. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough but I’m just worried they’ll be so busy now that they will be too busy when we need them! It’s dark outside but I’ll be happy to share photos 👍🤩

I called Drain Scout 5pm on a Friday after finding our manhole on the drive was inches from the top! They aswered first time and offered to come round straight away but we planned for 10am Saturday. They were on time, very polite and friendly and had all the correct equipment. Cleared the blockage and cleaned the build up in the hole. I definitely recommend Drain Scout and will use them again in the future.
