I had a problem with my shower leaking. Dale visited in the afternoon of the same day that I had called. He was friendly, cheerful and polite and was able to identify the problem immediately. Fortunately he had the equipment needed in his van and was able to solve the problem there and then. The fee was very reasonable and I am one, very satisfied customer- thank you Dale.

I had a blocked down pipe and called these guys. I had an immediate call back and confirmed an appointment the following day. Joshua turned up after giving me a pre-call and located the blockage quickly. The repair was completed and the problem solved within 30 minutes. After suffering a blocked sewage drain a detailed survey was carried out with the use of a camera! Unfortunately it unveiled damage to the sewage pipe. I was advised that a none intrusive method would be a better option in this particular case. The sewage pipe was cleaned and a liner was used to make the repair. The work was carried out professionally and the area was left in a clean state. This work was carried out with a very competitive price and I would recommend this company.

Cane out within a few days. Two drains next to each other completely blocked from small slate stones from Fencing work been done. Took 1 1/2 hours to unblock. Cleaned up afterwards. Called PDS as I had a problem with the drains backing up. Was answered by very helpful lady who set out what they would do and their clear and very reasonable charging structure. Was promised someone would be on site in the afternoon. Matt arrived promptly and fully investigated the problem and confirmed it was an issue for Thames Water. He gave me advice on how to escalate with TW. Charging only for 30 mins on site was extremely reasonable compared with the charges of a lot of other companies. In short a superb service! Highly recommended.
Wow! First time I can honestly say I received the best service from a tradesman. Matt cleared a blocked toilet and sink for me and was genuinely interested in getting the job done when it became tricky. All cleared now and he tidied up after himself too .. excellent job Matt! Called Sunday afternoon for an unblock because external manhole was overflowing. Precise agreed to send someone that afternoon, but then text to say that someone would instead be there the next day between 9 and 11. The next day came and by 11:15 nobody had arrived and we had not been called with an update. When we called for an update we were told that they could get someone there later that day, but by then we had no trust in their ability to deliver so cancelled the service and got someone else same day. Completely understand the difficulties involved in scheduling emergencies of this nature, but a little communication would be nice

Service like this is rare these days, easy to reach over the phone anytime we called, turned up within an hour and cleared a stubborn blockage in our toilet for a very reasonable price. The engineer was exemplary and a credit to the company, not to mention the staff on the phones were polite and helpful - a special company indeed in an age where this kind of service is hard to find.
booked a call out for my elderly parents who were having issues with their downstairs toilet. The office staff were efficient and got an engineer across that same afternoon. The engineer who attended made sure to talk to my parents about the findings ( as per my request! ), and the blockage was cleared within 1 hour of his arrival! Amazing work and highly recommend
I had a great experience with Precise Drainage Solutions. I originally called them out just to unclog a toilet, but the specialists quickly found a much bigger issue. It turns out there was a massive buildup in the main drainage system that had been there since the place was first built. They took care of the whole thing right then and there. Now, everything is flowing perfectly and works like a clock. I’m really happy with how fast they worked and how well they communicated throughout the process. I definitely recommend them if you need honest and efficient help.
PDS have just completed a project for me on behalf of a landlord, the property was experiencing poor drainage from within the property. After contacting PDS they had an inspection team out the same day of calling, they identified broken pipes and what was required to fix the issues. Once given the go ahead they had the repair completed within a week at very competitive prices. Engineers were very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with as were all office staff when communicating over the phone. All round professional service, highly recommend.
Horrible Horrible service. I called to unclog my drain. Took three days to send someone and I paid quite an amount. The drain still not completely draining and the pipe was unfitted in the process causing a leak into my downstair neighbor’s ceiling. Someone was sent again who was in an absolute rush and broke the ends of my tub. No proper response, no solution and absolute waste of my money.

Called Precise Drainage Solutions today as I thought I had a drain problem. They came within hours. Very experienced workmen, very polite . Would definitely recommend this company
I rang PDS late afternoon to discuss a drain blockage. I was advised by the on-call that he would not be able to call that evening due to other pending jobs but left details so someone could contact me the next day. He advised of labour and machinery charges. I received a text first thing the next morning confirming the booking with details of the operatives name, part phone number and vehicle registration of the van. I was also advised I would be contacted to advise when the operative was on his way. Charlie rang twice to update me during the day. Upon arrival he set about investigating the blockage which initially was difficult to determine, but eventually Charlie managed find and then clear. During the process, Charlie explained that the blockage wasn't in the small drain that took kitchen sink and washing machine waste water, but was much further down the drain run. After, Charlie provided a quotation for a full network descale of the drainage system to remove heavy scale, debris and other restrictions from the internal walls of the pipework. I was very pleased with the service provided by PDS and would happily recommend them.

From start to finish the service was impeccable - an appointment was arranged for next day and we were given an ETA so didn’t have to wait in all day. Chas advised the blockage wasn’t drain related and gave us lots of good advice. He was very patient and really tried to help. Despite him spending time investigating the issue, he didn’t charge us a bean as there were s no call out charge. A really honest, knowledgeable guy. Fixed the problem in just less than 10 minutes. I tried contacting few companies out there in the market but PDS has responded promptly is more reliable and friendly in taking up the issue. The Engineer visited had all the skills in isolating the root cause of the problem and solved the tissue clog very efficiently with no time. He also made sure there is nothing remaining by using the camera system. Absolutely happy with the whole process.

I found PDS in a free Local Directory that comes through the door with local tradespeople and reached out via their website initially in the evening but was then contacted on the phone within an hour arranging an appointment. Registering the problem by phone, to an understanding person, who was upfront about costs and made a realistic estimate of arrival time, is a rare thing these says. I was then kept informed in a timely. Just as they said I would be. Polite and helpful right from the get go. I called several companies to get a quote and they all over sold and tried to get me to pay much more than needed. PDS was very honest and helpful. The engineer Stefan was very polite and very skilled. Would definitely recommend.
I called out PDS Drains late in the day but there was no hesitation on their part, they turned up within the hour and cleared the blocked drain with no fuss. The guy who did the work, was polite, courteous and informative, I couldn’t have asked for more. If I have any further drainage problems I will not hesitate to call them again and I recommend that you do the same.
Had a problem with a blocked drain on Good Friday. Contacted PDS and they were brilliant. Samuel attended a few hours later and cleared the blockage in about 30 minutes. I had a blocked water outflow drain which meant I couldn't use any water facility in my house. Precise Drainage Solutions offered a solution to fix the problem. An appointment was made for Sunday. Sam, a PDS engineer turned up at the arranged time and began working. He was polite and friendly, diligent worker who carried out the work. Once completed He tided up. Excellent service. I requested a CCTV drain survey for a house I'm buying. I requested quotes from 5 different drain companies, PDS were the second cheapest and I chose them instead because of their brilliant communication right from the first email. The email I got back after initial enquiry was detailed and informative (unlike one of the big companies I requested a quote from). I had a couple questions before committing and these were answered swiftly and clearly. As I didn't live in or own the house yet, I asked PDS to contact the agents and arrange a date for the inspection with the sellers, which they were more than happy to do. A date was soon set and they let me know and kept me updated. On the day, their office called to let me know the inpection would be done that afternoon and asked if I had any questions. Once it was done, they called to let me know how it went (sadly I missed this call as I had no signal), later their office called to ask how I found their service and if there was anything they could do for me. They said I should receive the survey results and footage the following Monday, but I received these the next day (Great service), the report was very detailed and listed several defect that would need attention. They called later in the afternoon to ask if I had any questions filling the report. A really great service. Don't be put of by the fact they are a smaller company than many other known ones. The fact they are smaller means they are able to provide a better service to their clients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Once I move in to the property I'm sure I will have them carry out the work they quoted for. I'm very happy with the service provided and all their staff are great.

I can’t recommend Precise Drainage Solutions highly enough. From start to finish, the service was absolutely first class. They responded quickly initially to jet my drains after they blocked then returned to undertake a video survey they found the blockage cause which I’ve now had repaired. They turned up exactly when they said they would, and got straight on with no fuss. I had to call PDS as my toilet was blocked, but unfortunately the issue was deeper, the waste pipe under ground had collapsed. The guys (Josh) who attended were great, kept me informed if the issue, showed me via the camera footage and fixed the problem by using ‘no dig’ technology and lining the pipes where cracks existed. They left the area’s clean of all rubble etc. Excellent company, definitely recommend them

I had a blocked toilet. PDS arrived promptly, cleared the blockage and fitted a lining in both the pipe leading from the toilet to an inspection manhole and from there toward the main drainage pipe. Both the engineers were most helpful and I can thoroughly recommend the firm.
Blocked toilet. Plumber gave notice prior to arrival. Got straight on with the work and resolved it very quickly with no issues at all. Payment was easily made. Very happy.
When asked to make a full site survey, the report was nothing short of brilliant. They were to the point of pointing out where they found issues to be addressed and were able to fix them on the day with no hassle, just dealing with the problem and fixing it. Having drainage repairs is not cheap but when required, it is a reassuring and comforting when a drainage company responds quickly to your enquiry, is upfront with costs and carries out the work swiftly and professionally - all of which I experienced when dealing with Precise Drainage Solutions. I would definitely use them again.
I called this company for a blocked toilet at a buy-to-let property. They did unblock it but the trouble started from there. On top of that and without further authorisation (as none of the owners were present and they did not call) they ran a "CCTV assessment" of the drainage which they charged additionally, for the total of £406.56...which was to flush a blocked toilet in first place! Not having enough, they 'concluded' through the CCTV that there was a major displacement of the drain pipes underground and quoted me £5347.44 to fix it. But they did not provide any evidence for that, adding also pressure that 'the running water under the property could make it collapse any time soon' With such a terrible news I called another company and required a new CCTV assessment in my presence at the site. All turned up to be a lie as there was not any displacement neither loss of drain water underground! I do have also a written report of the other company, clearing that the assessment of this company was purely false!

Unfortunately can't really say how the engineers are as they never turned up - rang them on Wednesday they said they'd someone out but they never showed. Rang Thursday... same thing, rang Friday they apologised and again no one showed. So I've given up with them, as (even thought my situation isn't an emergency) it does actually need fixing.
Turned up identified issues and got everything flowing again. Coming back to complete works where lining is you g to be installed in failing pipes. Recommended To further review this service I will now give an update. Since the work was completed on the date of this review the solution has now failed. After having 4 appointments made and no engineer turning up today on the 5th attempt Igor turned up to inspect the issue of slow draining water. Igor got his camera out stuck it down the drain and found that the lining had not been installed at the correct point and that as he inspected it further found that there was a huge bubble like lip in the top of the lining aswell as the boot on right restricting the flow of water. Having waited to lay our new patio till the work had been completed by PDS at the date of this original review we have now been informed by igor that the likely good is that the patio will need to be lifted which is likely to lead to the porcelain being damaged and replacement of the entire patio again. This is a disappointing end to our summer at this point where our new garden was almost able to be used. Thankfully PDS have a guarantee for there works so we will find out shortly what they will do at this point. I will drop this review by one star at this moment due to the non turning up of appointments and will update in due course.
We found PDS through goole, we requested unblocking our toilet, they did not unblocked our toilet at the end, but they still charged us £343.56 we will not recommend this company.

As per previous experience with PDS great service and can I say I will always use a dedicated purposed company when getting an particular issue resolved as they have the correct tools to do the job all when and good calling local handyman but they don’t have the correct tools and waste of money so always use a proper purposed company such as PDS

Called Precise Drainage Solutions Ltd at 9:30 on a Sunday on a bank holiday weekend. I spoke to Charlie who was at my house about 45minutes later. Our main foul drain was blocked fully right up to the top of the manhole and we couldn’t use any toilets or sinks in the house at all. Charlie was brilliant and had our drains unblocked within 20minutes. He was polite, friendly and professional and his rates were very good compared to what I thought it might cost on a Sunday morning. I would highly recommend Precise Drainage Solutions to anyone.

Very happy with their work.On the first visit in February they came and cleared my drains the next day if i remember correctly and gave me a quote for what should hopefully be a permanent cure for the problem.Came back in March to do the job which i was very happy with and which took less than a morning to complete.I was a bit worried when they did not show up in time on the correct day especially when the boss rang and told me that their van had broken down but i needn't of worried as they turned up the following day as promised.They also pointed out some other work which i may have done but i will have to finance that out of a pension fund but in all fairness they were not pushy about it just showed me the state of the drains which could well have been installed when the house was built in 1937 and gave me the quote

I contacted Precise Drainage Solutions to investigate and fix a blockage to the external drains to my house. Previous work by a different company having failed to identify the root cause. The office were extremely helpfull and arranged for engineers to get to my house at an agreed time and date. The engineers duly arrived bang on time. They too were very curteous. They cleared the initial blockage very quickly, but advised that they believed that they had not fixed the root cause and suggested work to exposd a small section of the drain, which I agreed to. This identified a broken ' u bend'. This was replaced. A new manhole was created which would aid resolution of any future problems. All paving was replaced neatly and with care. The work was done quickly and I was kept updated at regular intetvals.
Josh unblocked our drain within 5 minutes of arriving at our house. He diagnosed to problem quickly and then Nico turned up that afternoon to fix the underground pipe which was in danger of collapse. Great work by really friendly, helpful people.

We had problems with tree roots in our drainage system. I contacted Precise Drainage Solutions LTD about the matter who examined the drains and recommended sleeving the pipes rather than replacing them. The workmen arrived on time and carried out the necessary works . We actually had the owner of the Company on site to ensure that the works were carried out correctly. The cost of the completed works was the same as we had agreed at the begining . The site was left clean and tidy and we were given a 10 year warrenty in writing on the works carried out. A very professional Company who take pride in themselves and on their workmanship. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone. There are unscrupulous companies carrying out drainage works who seek to hide their mistakes. This is NOT one of them. A very helpful and polite man answered my call and assured me that an engineer would be out within 2 hours, which is a great response time. The engineer Josh was amazing, I had a totally blocked up drainage system which was causing the toilets to overflow and the sinks not to drain away. They were on site within 24 hours of my telephone call to find out what was causing the blockage in my sewer system. They explained what the costs would be. The fiber pipe had a blister in it which was causing the blockage and would need relining. Again explained the costs to repair so no surprises when the bill comes in. They were able to do the repair in 2 days time. Turned upon time and done an excellent job even showed me cctv inspection once completed. Would recommend this company. Well done.

We used PDS when too many visitors left us with a blocked loo which we couldn't clear. The service was outstanding. When clearing a blockage found that underground pipes needed a lining to prevent collapse and this was subsequently carried out quickly and efficiently soon after. All good.

As a woman on her own I am very reliant on expert help. i had a problem with a slow draining shower which had been dealt with by a local plumber. He told me that he would need to take the tiles off the bathroom wall and knock part of the wall out to find the problem - his initial quote was for £2000 !! I then called precise drainage who sent the engineer with the facility to put a camera through the system to trace the blockage. Despite my lack of knowledge regarding where the drains were situated he soon located the appropriate manhole and sorted the problem within an hour. When drains block on a Friday and you have a disabled husband, nightmare. My drains blocked on Friday and having called a couple of firms they could not do anything until Monday. With a disabled husband that is not an option. PDS came out within the hour and unblocked the drain. Nice guy to deal with on the phone and the engineer who came to the property. They have recommended further works to stop this happening in the future, roots had got into a secondary drain. A few weeks later two technicians came out and installed a 12mtr sleeve over our aging clay pipes, this will stop the roots in future. They also sorted the other drain near the property boundary so that it will not cause future problems. I recommend this company as friendly, helpful and competent.

We couldn’t be happier! We have just had our drains descaled and lined by Josh and Luke. They worked really hard, were very thorough and talked us through everything and also showed us the work carried out stage by stage using a camera. Most impressive was they sorted out a nasty drainage problem in our manhole. This proved to be very tricky and called for a bit of creativity. Needless to say, everything is now working perfectly. Just after new years I found that water kept backing up in the drain in the garden and the grass was constantly flooded. I called PDS for a CCTV survey of the drains for video footage of the pipework to see if anything was an issue and they spotted that my soak away was filled with soil and roots. I was happy to go ahead with the provided quote presented to me. By the next day Charlie, Josh and Luke were already at work installing a new soak away system in order to prevent the flooding in the garden which has been such a frustration for the family!
