Had a bad egg smell coming from drains sam came out checked with camera found problem at back of house blasted the fat etc out and clean up after, 5 star top guy

Rang Sam on a Saturday even though it was his day off he took the call and arrived the next day. Cleaned the drain and went through everything thoroughly showing camera footage of the issue. Reasonably priced and very reliable would definitely recommend.

Sam was great and much better than other drain unblocking services I've used in the past. He took time to properly investigate the issue and tested everything thoroughly afterwards to make sure it all worked. Really nice guy too

I needed my drain unblocked. Sam came out within one hour for the job. Polite, friendly and professional, he kept me updated all along the process and successfully completed the job , even though he had to work in the manhole to get to the outlet. He even showed me exactly where the problem was on his camera so I could contact United Utilities to permanently get the issue resolved. Reasonably priced and very thorough service. Our drain situation had gotten worse since I messaged and booked an appointment, I opened the door back garden door to be greeted by evidence of sewage overflow that was not there when I messaged, and I expected to have some cleanup of the yard to do after the drain was unblocked, but Sam not only unblocked the drain, bit also cleaned the yard, and washed and replaced all the drainage grates I had removed trying to sort it myself. Good as new! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Superb company. Rang Samuel Monday evening and he arrived Tuesday morning as promised. Quickly got to work and cleared blockages within the hour and to agreed price. You can’t ask for more. We contacted Sam late in the evening after a no show from another company. We arranged a time for the next day and he turned up on time. He checked the issue with the leaks and found no blockage. Can not recommend Sam enough. Badly let down by another company who left me for two days with raw sewage on my patio. Rang Sam after a google search who arrived within 40 minutes, on a Saturday morning. He solved the problem, cleaned up beautifully and advised of the probable cause. Top job from Samuel, cleared a slow draining waste pipe which had recently been replaced. Honest and straight to the point. Would highly recommend, doesn't charge an arm and a leg like relating companies.

I am extremely impressed & appreciative of the professionalism & punctuality of SJC Services .I got this number off our local community group . When I rang Sam yesterday (Friday),he was on a job in Lincoln, and said he could come around later in the evening on his return . He kept his word, and came to my rescue at 6 pm . Within 30 mins, he cleared and sorted the blockage. He saved our weekend! We could finally use the kitchen sink, dishwasher could be run etc . In a nutshell: Sam is your go to guy with all drain issues .

Sam from SJS Drainage Services is an absolute legend. I called for an emergency call out at 10am and he arrived at 10:50am. Sam went the extra mile to ensure everything was upto scratch and all the fat/debris had been completely removed. I haven’t heard our drainage system sound so good in 10 years. He was also able to offer advice about the current condition of our system, and what steps we should be taking. We will definitely be following his advice. Definitely give them a call. They’ll sort you out and that too for a very competitive price.

Very professional, pleasant and hardworking, came out within 4 hours of calling and unblocked the drain then put down camera to find out what caused the drain to block, found the a pipe connection had dropped a bit and give us advice on what needed to be done to prevent further blockage, definitely recommend 🙂

Top service, Top man, kitchen sink was totally blocked with the washine machine water backing up into the sink aswell. He couldn't find the blockage, so he went in with jetwash from outside and the Camera from inside until we found the problem. Highly recommended his services, very reasonably priced aswell. BTW he cleaned before leaving aswell.

We called SJS Drainage Services after we got let down by another company who did even not bother to show up or return our calls in our hour of need as our septic tank inlet pipe was severely blocked so waste water wasn’t moving. Extremely happy we did call SJS Drainage Services, as Sam was friendly and professional gave us a really reasonable quote up front over the phone and an appointment and most importantly he came when he said he would on time. Once at our house he got the difficult job of unblocking the inlet done so quickly and efficiently with no messing or extra fees. A real lifesaver for us - could not recommend enough – call him if you have any issues with drainage seriously you won’t regret it!
