Stumbled across this company after trying many other for my bar in Manchester. The guy on the other end of the phone asked the right questions to understand the issue and whether or not he could help. After being messed around by a couple of cowboys with call out charges and ridiculous hourly rates I finely got to talk to someone who knew exactly what they were talking about. They were at the bar in 2 hours! Problem fixed in 30 minutes. An e-cig had been flushed down the toiler and caused a fault on the pump. It was a German pump which they were fully comfortable and familiar with which was a huge relief as today was one of our busiest days of the year. Thanks again guys - much appreciated 🙏🏼

This company have successfully supported me for approximately 12 months with reconnection of an blocked existing culvert under my drive way. This involved assiting me negotiating with the council for a new drain outside the property, helping with my insurance claim and running new drainage under my drive and laying a new block paved drive which I am delighted with. Called Manchester Drains because I had an emergency today Sunday, Shaun Arrived within 60 minutes and started work immediately. My drain was heavily blocked and he wasted no time in getting stuck in to unblock it.
