Jet Clear Drains

I had one day to fix my drain, a Victorian one, ceramic, non standard size. I bottom had cracked and I was worried it was seeping damp into the cellar, it was certainly draining right down into the ground, and since our back yard is paved, everything just sunk down. I was a bit scared our house might float away to be honest. Anyway, unlike the 2 other places I'd tried, I not only had a cheaper quote, the turned up on time, didn't feed me a "ooooh dear this is a big job" quoted me £200 more and then tried to invoice me 9 months later for work they hadn't done. The other one simply didn't turn up! Those were companies recommended by people on Nextdoor. Anyway, this here Callum and Neil, just got on and did the job in a couple of hours, got a 6 inch thing instead of the standard 4" thing, after going old school and smashing down til they could visualise the problem directly. Our cellar (now games room and kitchen) might hopefully dry out now, and not smell of earth! Yes I recommend these fellas. Top lads, honest, and straight up with you. And I'm a woman, it's nice not to be patronised and charged more because I know nothing about what's going on. Like second hand car sailsmen do... 🙄

They came out on Monday to assess my blocked drain and returned on Friday to carry out the work in 30°c heat 🥵 They dug up the drain, fitted new pipework and a new drain cover, and did an absolutely fantastic job. JET CLEAR DRAINS, Really great response to my enquiries. Visited my home 20 mins later, and cleared the blocked outside drain within another 30 mins, even though it was pouring down with rain. Very polite and friendly, explained everything he was going to do, kept us upto date throughout. Efficient, quick, tidy, clean job at a competitive price. We rang Jet Clear extremely worried due to an awful smell coming from our garden and slow draining sinks. They arrived the next morning (even offering to come out late the night before). They were knowledgeable, quick and by today (wednesday) the job has been done and to a high standard. Highly reccomend, so trustworthy and you can tell they genuinely care about you as a customer.

Callum came out to look at a waste water blockage on a Saturday evening an hour after I emailed him. I called callum this morning for an emergency call out as I had sewage all over the garden he unblocked the drains in no time at all and cleaned up after the garden was spotless I highly recommend jet clear drains.

Callum was very professional. He kept me informed of costings every step of the way as well as explaining what he needed to do as he went along and rectified the issue within 24hrs. He notified me of his arrival time as he was travelling some distance from another job.

The Jet Clear team of Callum and his coworkers are really efficient and easy to deal with. He was completely honest with me about the likely success or not, clearing out a tree root blockage to my soak away pit. We called Callum on Monday for a drainage problem and he came out that day to assess the issue, thoroughly informed us of what needed doing and offered a quote without any pressure to get the work done by himself and his team! He was lovely throughout the process and offered us a better than reasonable price for the work to be carried out as well as availability for a couple of days later on the Wednesday! Me and my partner were more than happy to have him carry out the work and booked him in without hesitation! When he arrived with Johnathan on Wednesday, they went above and beyond and offered to drill up concrete around the soil stack and drain (which my partner was in the process of doing for another issue, however was worried about drilling close to pipes etc!). He talked us through the process and was kind and understanding of the ballache we had previously (not with Callum!!). He was also worried about leaving a mess at the end of the job even though it was in a terrible state when they arrived! When they had finished I explained we had trouble with the soil stack as it's cast iron and corroded over the years and that we wanted a plastic one fitting when we have the money! He offered to carry this work out too for a third of the price another contractor quoted us! There are many reasons we would recommend Callum and his lads to anybody considering them for work, but overall they are truly decent lads who clearly take pride about the work they do and mostly how trustworthy they are! If your considering these lads for any drainage work don't think twice, you definitely won't regret it! Callum and his team couldn’t have been more helpful fixing a cracked gulley pot/pipe. Totally transparent, helped me avoid unnecessary costs, and talked me through the whole process. He and the team managed to fit me in next day, and fixed the issue within 45 mins. Super reasonable costs compared to some other quotes as well.

Callum came and surveyed our drains since we had a bad blockage. Turned out it wasn’t a blockage but the pipes were broken in multiple places under the back garden. It was a serious problem as the waste was running out of the pipes and potentially around the foundation of the house. Callum booked us in to fix it on the Saturday since it was an urgent job, politely talked us through everything that needed doing and checked in with us every step of the process. Lovely guy and his team too, they went above and beyond and would recommend his services to anyone. We’re so glad we can use the toilet again too!!

After noticing our drains were blocked we contacted a few companies in the area (Stockport) and Jet Clear Drains were able to come out in the shortest time. They very quickly unblocked 2 drains and checked that everything was moving. They noticed that both drains had dropped so water was seeping into the surrounding area (probably causing brick damage) and suggested we replace both gullies. Booking was easy and they arrived at 8am on the dot. They worked quickly and efficiently and were polite and courteous.

These guys were great, turned up at exact time time they arranged and cleared the drain. Gave good advice on how to stop repeat blockages. Great equipment to understand the issues. Well recommend.

We have had issues with tree roots in our drain , Callum and his assistant were excellent, they managed to cut out the roots and line the 4 inch drain , all completed in a morning with no mess. 😊 definitely use Callum and his team again.

Fantastic, professional job. I had an Inspection chamber that was really dangerous and collapsing in, blocked my drains twice, and couldn’t let the kids play in the garden near the chamber, as was really brittle. These guys quoted a really good price, did a really good job, and actually did a lot more than I expected them too. Would 100% recommend. Really not expensive either, was quoted over double for the job in the past by another company, which is why I’d previously held off having it done. But found this affordable and professional.

What can I say ? They arrived on time and got stuck in straight away. My outside drain was blocked and sorted it within 5hrs. They had to dig quite deep. Had to put some new pipe in. They tidied up after themselves and didn't leave any mess .they were friendly and courteous and got on with the job. I felt comfortable with them being there no stress plus I was charged what I was quoted. I would recommend them to anyone. Great team

Initially I contacted another company. I was very disappointed with their attitude and pricing, albeit they were quick to turn up. Callum from JETCLEAN Middleton contacted me and quoted me a more reasonable pricing structure and timescale. Callum arrived when he said he would and carried out the work quickly and diligently. He assessed the problem, showed me the issues using CCTV and cured the initial problem. Further work of lining the drain is needed and I have issued the work to Callum as he explained every step of the procedure and at a fair price. Very highly recommended, cannot praise enough.

I can't recommend Callum and the team highly enough. After unblocking our drain Callum also did a CCTV survey and quickly realised that the drain needed replacing. Three days later Callum and his team were back and we now have a brand new drain. Really great service and a really great job!!

We used this company to come and help with our drainage problems, it was a problem we already knew about and they confirmed the same. Within 3 days we had all new drains and no mess. Highly recommended. They do like coffee though 😀

Jay and his colleague came out to investigate a problem with my drains/pipes. They carried out some work which did not rectify the problem. I paid them over £3,000, as they said they would come back and sort things. They arranged to come back out, and then didn’t show up, several times. So I feel badly let down.

Amazing company. Had a problem with drains at my mother in laws. After someone else, who I can only describe as a conman, offered to do the work for her we contacted them for help. Came on time and did the work very quickly and without a mess. (Blocked drain). Also sensibly priced; in fact they were half the price of the nearest quote from 3 other drain businesses. The two of them were also very freindly and my only regret is that I forgot to offer them a coffee!
