I cannot recommend Drain Monsters highly enough! We enquired on Wednesday afternoon about a site visit, and by Thursday morning they were at our door, ready to go. They completed the entire job within an hour—absolutely top-tier efficiency. On top of being exceptionally fast, they were polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about their trade. If you need a reliable, prompt, and friendly team, look no further. A brilliant experience from start to finish!
Friendly service and despite my complicated drainage they managed to find the cause of my problem, then offered helpful advise on its solution.
The repairs we had carried out included descaling, removing roots and repairing some patches in the pitch fibre. Before the works, they were very patient with my questions and answered all my queries. We were pleased with the work and the team were very pleasant. They took the time after finishing to give me some advice regarding another drain. I would book them again if we have any other drainage issues and would recommend them.
We booked a CCTV to diagnose a problem which had to include an unblocking as well. It take a longer than anticipated but we were happy with the work and found the service to be thorough and prompt. The diagnosis compared to a previous report we were given by another company was that our pipes were in far better condition than we'd been led to believe. This meant we needed fewer repairs and we went ahead and booked them to carry out the works.

Monster Drainage provided an excellent service. Contacted via email and they were very quick to reply and organise a visit. The service from Kevin was great, very helpful and explained the issues. Full drainage clearance and CCTV survey. Charged by the hour and cost is fair and reasonable for the work. Highly recommended!

We had a problem with our internal drainage and water supply and called Sam to come in and inspect and he came in promptly assessed the issues and came up with a remedial plan and date to return and complete the works. Pricing was suitable and availability was really good. He came in a few days later and repaired the water system faults and also resolved the internal drainage fault on the Same day. Sam has a great can do attitude and is very experienced in job planning, trouble shooting and provide bespoke solutions. Will definitely call Sam for any water systems drainage / boilers challenges domestic or industrial hes the person to contact
