Environ Drainage Services London

Jordan & James were very professional and courteous throughout their visit. Excellent communication at all times, explaining what needed to be done and why. Great not to have sink and drain blockages and have proper running water again. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Environ and would definitely welcome Jordan & James back again if needed. A great experience all round, from calling the office initially and speaking to Grace who was incredibly helpful and professional, to the speedy response of getting the 2 engineers to my home and a successful outcome. Thanks everyone.

A proper quality service, and a massive thank you especially to Aidan for the work he did 💪

Ben and Ashley - brilliant, quick, on budget, done- thanks

I booked a CCTV survey with Environ and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process clearly. The survey was carried out efficiently and gave me a real peace of mind. I’d definitely recommend Environ!

Really !! impressed with the works that the Environ team did at 201-203 Lavender Hill. Emily arranged the appointment promptly and both Ben and John supported us

Jamie did a fab job - great workmanship, no fuss and very friendly!

A massive thanks to The Environ Team for being our chosen drainage specialist and servicing all of our drainage needs. The team are always, prompt, efficient, effective and approach every problem with a solutions mindset. Special thanks to Ben, John, Neil and Emily for being our main points of contact and once again always being happy to help. Massively appreciated and would certainly recommend. Chris Maltman Borough Market Operations Manager

We chose Environ because they came highly recommended and had excellent reviews — and they absolutely lived up to the reputation. I especially appreciated that they sent us examples of their drainage reports before we booked, which gave us confidence in their process and professionalism. The team was timely, polite, and efficient in delivering the report. What really stood out was the follow-up call with the surveyor, which helped clarify our questions and gave us peace of mind. Highly recommend Environ — a reliable and professional service from start to finish.

After a slight hiccup with the appointment date, Jordan and Ashley arrived to fix our pipe. They were patient, very nice and polite, they listened to our requests and did things very professionally. Very happy with the job they did. Thank you.

Super helpful in all ways great job

Jordan & Jack did a fantastic job. No shortcuts and a fabulous finish.

Jordan from Environ was extremely professional, cleaned up and got the job done quickly. He identified the problem quickly and within hours had it resolved. I could not speak more highly of Emily and Jordan with their efficient and complete work.

It isn't every day that you need a company who can check drains, so when we had a persistent toilet smell, coming into our bathroom, I researched companies in a 5 mile radius & settled on Environ {EPS} I wasn't disappointed. From my initial phone call, I could tell I was in professional hands. They asked all the right questions & they were clear about what would happen on the visit. Ian & Jack arrived punctually & set about solving the problem, which was a blocked pipe. They were polite, friendly, reassuring & explained each step of the treatment to me. They were a pleasure to have doing the work. I have since spoken to Emily in the office & was also impressed by her lovely communication. This is a company who obviously put the customer first, treat them with respect & do a professional job. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Everyone I’ve dealt with - Emily, Frans, and Ben have been incredible throughout. Used their services for a drain survey when buying a new house- survey was organised and scheduled incredibly quickly. The report received a day later was detailed and instructive. The follow up for an engineer (Ben) to line and repair drains was equally as straight forward and work completed without fuss or mess and to a high standard. Can’t fault the service, professionalism, or quality of work. Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with.

I had two most wonderful staff of the company Jamie and Ashley here to repair my blocked drains and they are brilliant and quick and absolutely wonderful and lovely and kind and amazing I am so thankful to their service and will definitely ask them to come back if there is other situation with the house Thanks a million times🙏🙏🙏👍

Showed up to do a CCTV survey with zero results for which I paid in excess of £300 (normally costs c.£150). Instead of confessing that the CCTV survey was not done, Environ sent me a report that was full of filler text specifying caveats and explanations what a CCTV survey is. Had to chase for updates and then felt compelled to contact dispute services to get at least half the money back. Lack of basic knowledge and skill. Very disappointing. Google rating of 4.8 is rather ambitious.

Very knowledgeable staff completed work seemingly very efficiently

I rang Environ yesterday morning. A helpful person arranged on the phone for someone to come to clear my sink drain. I explained then that this pipe also served to drain my dishwasher. She charged me £180 in advance, and a nice man came yesterday afternoon. I explained to him that the dishwasher was working but was connected to the sink pipe. He cleared the pipe. However, when I tried to use my dishwasher today it wasn't working. I rang and asked for help, since I thought I'd paid for the whole pipe to be cleared. But I was asked for another advance payment for a visit next Tuesday. What is sad about all this is that I trusted both the person on the phone and the man who cleared my sink. Yet I was left with an unworkable dishwasher and no way of getting it working without another £180. I am 92. I live on a pension. I had already paid a plumber the day before to clear the sink. When she couldn't do it she recommended your firm. Well that was a mistake. I was already to recommend your firm to neighbours and had written your address and phone number in my diary. But here I am. Much poorer and with no dishwasher. Do you think that's fair treatment? Jane Miller

I would recommend Environ Drainage services without hesitation. The stressful drain blockage experience began with sympathetic understanding by Frans on the telephone. The swift appointment, prompt assessment and delivery of the informative drainage reports together with photographic records was exemplary. An especially big thank you to Ben for his cheerful optimism whilst conducting the essential full 5 foot dig out in February for the installation of a new manhole and the integration into the existing drainage network. Thank you Environ Drainage Services.

Your staff members Jorden and Cormack were very good at their work .They showed us all the drainage problems causing dampness in my property. The office staff were very polite and good.

Brilliant service from Environ! They did a CCTV drain survey, found the issue quickly, and sorted our blocked sinks in no time. Highly professional and efficient.

I had a really blocked drain that was overflowing into the house, the stench was outrageous but after a very in depth call with Environ they sent some one out straight away, an old sock must have blown off the line catching all the detritus in the process. Not only did they clear it all , they fixed the internal damage as well. Highly recommended

I would like to thank your company for providing a very professional service on both occasions I have used you. Both times were for drainage and the three who came - Jordan, Ben and James - were all utterly delightful and professional. They were a a pleasure to have in my house and I would recommend you to my friends in the future. Also, I would like to mention Emily who organised it all so efficiently and was so helpful throughout the entire process. It is so refreshing to receive such service and tone writing such a positive review. Yours Juliet Jaques

CCTV Drain Surveys Professional and thorough. Their CCTV survey gave us clear insights into our drainage issues. Excellent work!

Outstanding service from Environ Drainage! They quickly identified and resolved our drainage issues. Professional and efficient, couldn't ask for better.

Environ Drainage Services has exceptional customer service! The team was friendly, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Frans and Reisse was very helpful at accommodating our requests

Jordan and Cormac from the drainage team were brilliant; professional, knowledgeable, polite, tidy, answered my endless questions with a smile and above all, did an amazing job. Thank you so much…ready for stage 2!

Amazing service! Struggled with British Gas Homecare for weeks before Environ came and did a super thorough job - went above and beyond to clear a blocked pipe and made sure to clear it fully so no one would have to come back soon. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Environ Drainage Services were excellent. Rats were entering our house. I could hear them under the floor and behind the walls. Even saw one! The whole experience was terrible. Environ Drainage Services have stopped the rats entering our house 🥳🎆🎇🎆 Everyone I was in contact with at Environ - from those who answered the telephone/sent emails (thanks Frans and Emily) to those who carried out the work (I wish I could remember their names as they were truly excellent) was polite, honest (I can't stress how much I value honesty-it's more important than politeness I believe), professional, hard working, punctual, courteous and kind-as they always seemed that they were happy to help. I really would recommend Environ to anyone who is sadly experiencing the problem I had (Rats entering the house via drains) before I contacted them. Tim

I had an issue with my rodent blocker recently, I have used Environ since 2016. The work carried by the team is always up to a very high standard and very professional. However I had an issue with the customer service team this time around. I was treated very unkindly so I raised a complaint. Terry the director of the company picked it up and handled it very well. I am satisfied with his response as I have other issues that need to be attended to, I will definitely use Environ again. Thank you Terry x

I recently needed to get my Victorian drains relined and the drain inspection chamber replaced. The job took a lot longer than anticipated, as some specialist equipment was required. The engineers worked very hard and efficiently and I was very satisfied with the end result. The office team got into a muddle about start dates, which was a bit stressful at the time, but once the engineers were onsite they were great and my property was left in good order at the completion of the work.

Very professional and helpful crew. Job well done

V good experience with all the staff in particular Jordan and John who came to survey the drains and then did a thorough clean and some remote repairs as well as adding rodent blockers. Great guys and a great service!

Amazing , and very quick

Very professionally run company. Well organised and report back after the work to clarify what has been done. Lovely people too!

The team was absolutely great Jordan, John and Cormac were efficient and very nice!!

The two engineers that carried out the drainage work were very professional and kept me informed on what going on with the project on each of three days they attended, explaining every aspect of job in hand. They made sure that everything was properly operational on completion and put the garden back to what it was before the work started and removed any rubbish accumulated on site. I would recommend the company to my friends if they needed this type of maintenance to be carried out.

We had longterm problems with rats in our house which neither we nor the council could solve . We also had no visible drain access which was finally located by Environ to be under our flooring . We ended up with three visits from Environ focusing on sewers / drainage as the likely cause of Rat entry . Ben came twice and Riesse once , to locate and fix our problems. We are hoping that this is the end of a long rat infestation and have nothing but praise for both Ben and Reisse for their experienced and professional approach . Ben especially went the extra mile to get the job finished on the Friday before his Christmas holiday and it is much appreciated ! Last but not least we would also like to thank Emily for her efficient , helpful and knowledgeable input in managing this job .

Ben And John were able to detect the problem very quickly, made a quick observation and did the unblocking of our sewage system in a flash.

Professional service and high quality work by Environ. We initially asked Environ to undertake an CCTV survey of the sewer pipe to check for leaks due to evidence of water damage and a bad smell. Reisse and his team completed the survey and identified that the problem was in fact a leaking soil pipe which needed replacing. The initial work and the soil pipe replacement were completed professionally and neatly, with a clear outline, timeline and quote for the works provided. As a result of the excellent service, we have engaged Environ to undertake a programme of external works on brickwork, roof and windows. I would firmly recommend them.

I am so happy that Environ Drainage Services did the much need work on my bathroom following several years of problems. Reisse explained everything in detail in advance and updated me all the way through the work making sure I understood and was aware of every aspect of the work he was undertaking and explaining why. They left everything so clean and tidy each day before leaving and took all the waste material away each day. Recommended 100%

The drainage maintenance visit was carried out very professionally and courteously by Reece and a colleague.

Professional and fast service

Still to be finished but so far brilliant service. Thank you.

The team was very efficient and responsive. Annie was very helpful over the phone and I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend. Thank you

Thank you Environ for CCTV works on my drains! Really went above and beyond to accommodate me at such short notice. Definitely recommend!

I am delighted to share my outstanding experience with Environ Drainage Services. When faced with a persistent and unpleasant smell in our property, their CCTV drainage inspection proved to be a game-changer. The CCTV technology they used was incredible, enabling them to swiftly identify the root cause of the issue – a cracked pipe that needed patching. This saved us from unnecessary stress and expense, as other "cowboy" engineers recommended digging up the entire front yard without a proper assessment. Ash, the technician, was a true professional. He patiently explained the entire process, ensuring we understood the problem and the proposed solution. Environ Drainage Services' expertise, transparency, and top-notch service have earned my heartfelt gratitude. I highly recommend them for any drainage-related issues. Thank you for resolving the problem efficiently and professionally!

Frans was a great help and very professional with his advice and service offering.

Great service from Jordan & John. They were professional, polite and cleared the drain in no time. And additionally advised root cause of the problem. Happy to recommend

Brilliant service provided by Jordan and Brendan to help us with a drainage issue in our house. Really helpful, clear, polite and efficient. Not the first time Environ have helped us - great company, highly recommended.

I totally recommend Environ for drain services. Problem solved and peace of mind achieved. The communication was excellent throughout an email. Then afterwards, Amy helped me with the payment plan was all very smooth. Overall, an Excellent experience Dyana

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Ash from Environ Drainage Services for drain jetting at my home. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by Ash throughout the entire process. He arrived promptly, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and efficiently cleared out all the clogs in my drains. Ash's attention to detail and thoroughness were commendable. I highly recommend his services for anyone in need of top-notch drain jetting assistance.

Thankful to have had the chaps quickly resolve my drainage issues

Very happy with the services ,fair with the call out and arrived within the hour

Excellent service staff friendly helpful and knowledgeable

We had an emergency a couple of weeks ago where the drains of our restaurant where backing up and causing a terrible smell! Luckily I contacted Franz at environ who was able to send a team to fully clear the drains the same day. Real life savers! I would highly recommend this company. David

I phoned Environ and they replied more quickly than I had imagined. Their chap, Ben, arrived on time and did the work very rapidly. I was very happy with the result. Relieved or what? I would certainly call them again. Great work. Heather Hacking, SW14.

I called Environ Drainage Services to attend a blockage/smell at my home as a matter of emergency. Speaking to the office a very knowledgeable Emily put my mind at rest and sent out her team on the same day. The team (Lee and Jamie) were polite, well equipped and were thoroughly meticulous with keeping my front driveway free of sewerage water. The work done was to an outstanding standard and the guys had really calming attitudes. All our problems were quickly rectified. Thank you Environ. I would highly recommend Environs’ Drainage Division for future inspections and any drain maintenance.

Severely disappointed with the work carried out. We payed an extortionate amount of money for Environ to carry out a drain replacement. The job was not completed to a satisfactory standard and they refused to come back to correct the works without extra payment. Awful.

Appalled by the work carried out on my front wall. £11k spent on work they then told me they couldn’t guarantee and water still coming into the house from the drain. Absolutely fleeced. Shocking work & customer service.

Sophie, Emily, Lee and the entire Environ team were wonderful. Having had drainage engineer after drainage engineer come through over a period of months, I finally found Environ. Their team really paid attention and listened to everything I had to say -- unlike the many before them -- and within two visits they had found the cause of the problem! It turned out to be a rather substantial job which took place over several weeks (during a pandemic!) and throughout it all they were not only efficient, they were also patient, understanding and compassionate -- something I really appreciated at what was an incredibly stressful time for me. And their work came with a five year guarantee -- a very welcome added reassurance! I am very grateful to have found them and from my experience, would highly recommend them.

Environ Drainage were so efficient and professional. They arrived on time and carried out the work within a timely manner. They explained what they had done which made us feel at ease. Amazing team. Thank you so much 😊

The team surveyed and then carried out the repairs necessary on my underground drains. They were very friendly, helpful lads, doing a rather unpleasant job! and cleaned up neatly after themselves. The whole company have been easy to deal with and quick to provide a very good service.

Great service, good quality and friendly supportive staff!

Fantastic service by the whole team, same day availability and they unblocked my drain on the day. The engineers and office staff were extremely professional and helpful, would highly recommend and will be using again in the future if needed.

My drains were blocked, Ben arrived from Environ and they were unblocked. It was great. British Gas should take note. Environ succeeded where BG failed twice...with minimum fuss. Thank you

Great quick response .Would definitely recommend

Amazing service, will definitely recommend.

So pleased with the service. Will definitely be coming back if needed

Great service!! Very professional !! 5*

Great service from a very professional team! Will definitely be coming back to you. Thank you Environ and all the wonderful staff members

Had a rat issue and tried various commercial treatments which didn’t work ... I then contacted Environ and the guys they sent detected a nest and dealt with it all very quickly and professionally. Thank you!

We had a blocked main drain with complications and Lee and the team completed the repairs professionally, efficiently and with courtesy including on dealing with follow up queries. Very much recommended. Michael and Yukiko

Competent, efficient and kind engineers performed complex work at our home with great results. I definitely recommend engaging them for your needs.

Basically these guys are the best. I did my research before hiring a pest control team and was convinced after speaking to Karina after she gave me great advice and understanding of the problem I was dealing with over the phone. They're pricing is great, the people they hire are excellent, they want to help, their team work hard and they are small enough to care but big enough to provide an excellent, competent and competitive service. Sophie at Environ went over and above helping me schedule in workmen, she really tried everything she could and with the team she worked with (Josh and others) they really delivered. The team are young but experienced, hard working but not rushing through a job & they care about getting your issue dealt with. The prices are fixed fees & you generally have to pay up front but considering how quick they are to schedule in it was totally fine and understandable. Rentokil's prices were 3-4 x higher when I quoted them. If you have a pest control issue, if you need a drain inspection, use these guys. You'll not regret it. I definitely recommend and I'd definitely use them again. If they sold shares I'd buy a piece of this company. They have the right work ethos and the right attitude to get jobs done! Thanks Environ, Karina, Sophie, Josh, [drain inspection team], Chris, you have one very happy customer right here!
