Finally - a company that charges fair prices and does a proper job. All the others were quoting £190 to £250 for unblocking my outside kitchen drain, but this company only charge £114 for exactly the same work as the well know expensive company I’d had before - and he only took 15-20 minutes. The lady telephone staff are very friendly too. What more can I say. Have already recommended them to all my friends.

Maintain Drains came to the rescue, when we were almost due to exchange on our bungalow and realised we had a condition on our mortgage to get a drainage survey. We’d called about 10 different companies trying find someone with availability and that wasn’t trying to charge crazy amounts for the survey and for it to be turned around in a really short time frame. The price they quoted was exactly the same as they’d charge for any other similar survey and what most decent companies were saying it would cost, where a few dodgie other companies tried to charge us 3 x as much!! Really impressed and super grateful for what they managed to get done for us!

I had a blocked drain which had started to overflow. I discovered it this morning and phoned up Maintain Drains for help. They didn't have any slots available until the end of the day but they managed to find time to visit within a couple hours of my calling them. The whole operation was quick and very clean. We contacted Jon to obtain a drain home buyer survey. Very quick to respond to query and attend appointment at set date and time. The report was published to us within a few days. Easy payment options provided and downloaded copies of thr video inspections as well as the written report. Would highly recommend and use for any future needs.
Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Other companies wanted to line our drain pipes after jet-washing them, but Maintain Drains were honest enough to say that the jet-washing had dealt with the problem and pipe-lining would not be necessary. They provided high quality CCTV footage of before and after by email to demonstrate this, all included in the price. Very impressed, happy to recommend and would definitely use again.

Spoke to Jon at Maintain prior to our house purchase as a house surveyor's report does not give sufficient information. Could not fault the service. Video's of all the drains. a map of their location and description of condition which is incredibly useful for future plans. He arranged everything which was appreciated as we are (were) not local and the report was with us the next day. Like the electrician who inspected the electrical installation; both worth every penny of their fees prior to a house purchase.
Absolutely brilliant, had a problem with the shop loo, gave them a ring and within a couple of hours everything was sorted. Pleasant young man, still smiling after what he had to do was amazing.
