Highly professional firm. KJC Drainage carried out three inspections and repairs throughout 2025 and 2026 on three properties. Inspections were thorough and everything discovered was well explained, and good advice given. Helped immensely in choosing a new home. Repair work was carried out with minimum mess and maximum effectiveness; involving some clever solutions. We would highly recommend.

KJC Drainage did an excellent job for us - they diagnosed the issue and then repaired it thoroughly (a broken drain). It was also so helpful to see their CCTV and their photos / video to understand what the problem was. All work was completed quickly and they were very good at staying in touch with me.

Called them to unblock sewer after reading good reviews, was charged £700+ but they did not unblock the pipe. Had to get someone else in after to do it.

Fantastic service by Jim. Jim came out on time and assesd the situation. I had a toilet that just wasn't flushing anymore. Jim used to power hose which fed its way up the pipe and eventually he cleared the blockage. After this he used a camera to inspect the pipe to make sure it was clear. It was a good job he suggested this as the item that was causing the blockage was still in the pipe but had moved a lot further down. The camera also showed some other damage that is essential for us to get repaired before the winter comes. Thanks for your work. I was very pleased.

Eyewateringly overpriced Cleared a drain using a high pressure jet. Took about 10-15 minutes. Price 109 for labour. So about £440 an hour. OUCH!
I recently engaged KJC to do a drainage survey for me. They responded really quickly, came out the next day, carried out the work quickly and efficiently, with humour and were very helpful and professional. They supplied an initial report there and then and a formal written report and map two days later. Excellent service. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
