Very grateful for Mark the operations manager and the team that carried out the work. I was helping my neighbour with a blockage issue, for 6 months we tried one company after another, all had good reviews but none was able to resolve the cause, kept pushing us back to Thames Water. Mark gave good advice over the phone, provided quote that was very reasonable. On the day, the team made a breakthrough within half day, discovering a hidden manhole and continued the day clearing the blockage. With their evidence we successfully convinced Thames Water its their asset and they finally cleared the blockage which we suspected was under the road but couldn’t prove before. They are definitely very experienced and best in the area (given that we tried 6 companies and 5 didn’t have a clue!)
I highly recommend this company. They came out quickly and sorted a blockage on a rental property. They left everything Immaculately clean, the communication was excellent and the price was very good. Thanks for getting me out of trouble. (I chose to use the word trouble to be polite) ! !
Have just had Drain & Sewer Services out to my property - within a couple of hours of advising that I needed their services. The job was completed within 20 mins - this was after I was told I needed to spend £2k to have the drain replaced yesterday. Needless to say I will be coming back if I need to use their services again!
Very thankful to find this company. Gary, Lee and the team have provided useful and trustworthy information at every step of the way. What was initially rated a non-compliant septic tank has turned into a compliant septic tank, due to these professional, experienced and competent contractors knowing what they are doing, and doing it at the very high standard. Ability to fully inspect (and not just take some photos), but then recommend and repair to the highest standard. Due to this they have saved us a nightmare journey. Thank you Drain & Sewer

Kieron was absolutely brilliant. He arrived quickly and within about 5 minutes cleared our blocked drain. I can't tell you how relieved I am. He was friendly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. A real star, as I told him. Thank you.
I have used this company on 3-4 occasions for different drain and sewer related issues and every time their service has been excellent. I called them again today, and they had someone on-site within an hour and the issue dealt within an hour from arrival. Great service from a great company. Will definitely use them again.

A very prompt and professional service. Rectified my blocked drain and also informed me of an impending issue with a route which may cause further issues in the future. If I do have a problem I will certainly be using them again and for any other work in the future. Thank you to all of the team

It’s never easy knowing where to start when you have a nasty problem with sewage coming up from your drains, but thankfully my neighbour was able to recommend this company and they were excellent from first contact to job completion. They kept me informed on the engineers ETA and also told me his name prior to arrival and once he got to work he swiftly resolved the problem and cleaned up an awful mess. Hopefully we won’t have any more problems, but if we do I know who to call now and I can recommend you use their services if you need to.
Excellent service from Duncan, Bradley, Mick & Mark. They replied to my email quote request promptly, made an arrangement to attend to the matter the next day, arrived on time, were very polite and solved the loose manhole cover issue cost effectively. Highly recommended.
