A & B Plumbing & Drainage

Have used Andy for many years. Very reliable, a godsend when our drains get blocked! He lives locally so always arrives quickly

Sam and his colleague were absolutely wonderful. They both tried everything they could to unblock my toilet whilst explaining everything thoroughly about the issue. They booked me in promptly and we're here within 3 hours and gave me a heads up when they were 30 minutes away. Highly recommend!! Thank you

Brilliant service. Highly recommend, the price was the price quoted despite the extra work need to clear my blocked drains. Attentive, considerate, knowledgeable, kept me in the loop as to what was needed and why.

We have had an ongoing issue with the drain running from our kitchen sink. Andy and Sam came out twice to help us and persevered until the problem was fixed. I can highly recommend A & B Plumbing & Drainage.

On 2 separate occasions A&B Drainage has done a wonderful job in our flat in Epsom. Prompt efficient service and an ability to quickly identify and solve the problem has created trust and relieved the stress that water leaks can cause. A friendly approach and reasonable prices makes using Andy and his team a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Very reliable and efficient

Happy to recommend Andy. He responded very promptly, gave an indication of likely cost up front, fixed our blocked drain very efficiently, cleaned up afterwards and honoured the estimated price. I would definitely use him again.

I’ve used A & B Plumbing & Drainage multiple times across a number of different properties and they’ve been excellent every single time. Fast, efficient, and—most importantly—honest and reliable. It’s rare to find tradespeople you can genuinely trust, but these guys are exactly that. Highly recommended.

Phoned Andy at A+B drainage at 8.30 on a Monday morning. Ryan arrived at 9.20am to clean our drains out. Excellent service, job completed in 40 mins with drains all clear and clear pricing. Would 100% recommend.

Honest, timely, capable and considerate

I came to know Andy when A&B removed my immersion heater and installed a new combi for us years back. And I remembered they said call anytime, we will be there. Any issues, just give us a call. And they still come when I cannot solve my plumbing or heating problems. Very helpful always. Thank you very much.

Really good service. Called on Monday morning because of a leaking drainpipe, Andy came within a couple of hours to take a look at the issue and it was fixed by Wednesday lunchtime. Would definitely use again.

Professional, efficient, quick to respond. Have used them in the past and would highly recommend them.

Can’t fault this company. Arrived on time, cleared drains and explained why blockage happened. No time wasting. Just got on with the task in hand. Cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Keep up the good work.

I’ve used AB Plumbing several times now. Couldn’t recommend them enough, Badger has been amazing. Thanks for helping us out

Fantastic service. Arrived within 30 minutes, cleared the blockage immediately. All for a good price.

Used A & B plumbing for first time today. I had a blocked sink/drainage problem. Sam turned up within the hour. System was riddled a pressure washed and problem fixed within the hour. Magic! Would certainly use this company again 18th July 2025

Arrived on time, cleared a stubborn blockage, made sure blockage was completely clear and water drained away properly and ensured area was clean before leaving. Great service

We have used this company in several occasions as we have recurring problems with old drains. Highly recommended!! They always come quickly and we’ve always been very happy with the service. Very friendly and efficient, thank you!

Super quick and helpful. In our block of flats we always use them as they are so good. Our drains were working again after 10 minutes of persuasion!

Quick attendance. Repair was done quick and efficiently, will definitely be keeping their number for any future plumbing issues I might have.

Prompt, thorough and great result. Many thanks.

I’m very grateful to Andy and Sam for their very prompt, courteous and efficient service clearing a blocked kitchen waste pipe which was causing me a lot of problems. I will definitely use them again.

Brilliant company. Have use them several times. Always helpful, efficient and professional. Solve my problems immediately.

I've used A & B Plumbing for both drainage and boiler issues on a number of occassions. Andy and the team are highly efficient and helpful. Would recommend!

Excellent service. Arrived within the hour. Solved problems that other plumbers couldn't. Very good price

Asked them to unblock a drain, they turned up without a camera so had a look, jetted the drain and came back another day (charging two call out charges). Second day, camera inspection, found roots. Dug out the drain and removed the roots which took one guy a few hours. Charged us £880. We are busy parents with a small child, didn't think hard enough about what we were getting charged but looking back I think we got ripped off.

We needed a plumber to do a quick job due to having other works done. Came out on the day we called, very polite and friendly and did the job requested quickly and professionally. Would definitely use them again should we need to and would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber

Called out for a boiler repair quote as we wasn't sure what the problem was and if it was economical to repair or just replace. Contacted A&B plumbing as they offer free quotes according to the advert and website. Arrived promptly but said that there was a charge of £50 to "have a look". Maybe he saw me as vulnerable and tried to push his luck. I probably would have used these guys but I decided they're not honest. Lost a £2,000+ job for trying to rip me off for £50. I'm being generous with a 2 star!

I have called A & B Plumbing & Drainage in two occasions. One for a block toilet a few weeks ago and today for a blocked pipe. In both occasions the response so fast, they came within 2 hours. Very professional and friendly. They solved the problems quickly. I highly recommend this company. I will certainly use them again whenever I have more plumbing requirements

Andy came within 30minutes of the phone call on a Saturday to attend to a blocked sewage drain. I’m so glad I found him, because it was an emergency and the few people I tried would either only be able to attend more than 48 hours later or they made me feel like they were taking advantage of my situation and wanted to charge over the odds. Not only did Andy unblock the drain, but he sorted the issue out so that it wouldn’t happen again. I’m glad to now have his details saved in my phone, and glad I know have a “go to” guy when it comes to plumbing and drainage issues.

Great help

Excellent service. We had an overflowing manhole in our front garden. Phoned them at 18:00 today (during Covid-19 lockdown) and he turned up at 18:35. Everything was fixed and thoroughly cleaned within 30 min. Flat rate was very reasonable at £144 for such an emergency. Thank you so much.

Blocked drains - called early this morning and given a 10am-12pm time slot, Joe turned up at 10.30 :) All cleared, Joe told me what he was going to do before he started and explained afterwards what we could do to investigate further if we wanted to. Andy and Joe both curteous and polite, will definitely use again.

Fantastic response, speedy, efficient service and very polite - thanks Andy & Team

Prompt, efficient, did a very good job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I would recommend this firm for drain cleaning.

Having tried a local plumber, who failed to un-block our toilet down pipe, we called A & B Plumbing, who responded within a couple of hours. Their engineer was both polite and highly trained, and quickly managed to free the blockage, and I would recommend them again and use them again
