Andy and his team came to re-lay the drainage pipes under our driveway after repeated issues with the flow out. They were polite and professional, and they did a wonderful job for the quoted price. The driveway was made good without a trace it had been dug-up. They also made time to perform an additional job of plumbing in an outdoor tap for us (again, with work carried out to a very high standard). I highly recommend using A & B Drainage.

Phoned Andy at A+B drainage at 8.30 on a Monday morning. Ryan arrived at 9.20am to clean our drains out. Excellent service, job completed in 40 mins with drains all clear and clear pricing. Would 100% recommend.

Really good service. Called on Monday morning because of a leaking drainpipe, Andy came within a couple of hours to take a look at the issue and it was fixed by Wednesday lunchtime. Would definitely use again.

Used A & B plumbing for first time today. I had a blocked sink/drainage problem. Sam turned up within the hour. System was riddled a pressure washed and problem fixed within the hour. Magic! Would certainly use this company again 18th July 2025

Asked them to unblock a drain, they turned up without a camera so had a look, jetted the drain and came back another day (charging two call out charges). Second day, camera inspection, found roots. Dug out the drain and removed the roots which took one guy a few hours. Charged us £880. We are busy parents with a small child, didn't think hard enough about what we were getting charged but looking back I think we got ripped off.
We needed a plumber to do a quick job due to having other works done. Came out on the day we called, very polite and friendly and did the job requested quickly and professionally. Would definitely use them again should we need to and would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber
Called out for a boiler repair quote as we wasn't sure what the problem was and if it was economical to repair or just replace. Contacted A&B plumbing as they offer free quotes according to the advert and website. Arrived promptly but said that there was a charge of £50 to "have a look". Maybe he saw me as vulnerable and tried to push his luck. I probably would have used these guys but I decided they're not honest. Lost a £2,000+ job for trying to rip me off for £50. I'm being generous with a 2 star!
I have called A & B Plumbing & Drainage in two occasions. One for a block toilet a few weeks ago and today for a blocked pipe. In both occasions the response so fast, they came within 2 hours. Very professional and friendly. They solved the problems quickly. I highly recommend this company. I will certainly use them again whenever I have more plumbing requirements
Andy came within 30minutes of the phone call on a Saturday to attend to a blocked sewage drain. I’m so glad I found him, because it was an emergency and the few people I tried would either only be able to attend more than 48 hours later or they made me feel like they were taking advantage of my situation and wanted to charge over the odds. Not only did Andy unblock the drain, but he sorted the issue out so that it wouldn’t happen again. I’m glad to now have his details saved in my phone, and glad I know have a “go to” guy when it comes to plumbing and drainage issues.
Excellent service. We had an overflowing manhole in our front garden. Phoned them at 18:00 today (during Covid-19 lockdown) and he turned up at 18:35. Everything was fixed and thoroughly cleaned within 30 min. Flat rate was very reasonable at £144 for such an emergency. Thank you so much.
Blocked drains - called early this morning and given a 10am-12pm time slot, Joe turned up at 10.30 :) All cleared, Joe told me what he was going to do before he started and explained afterwards what we could do to investigate further if we wanted to. Having tried a local plumber, who failed to un-block our toilet down pipe, we called A & B Plumbing, who responded within a couple of hours. Their engineer was both polite and highly trained, and quickly managed to free the blockage, and I would recommend them again and use them again
