Would 100% recommend avoiding this company. The first thing to note is that at least roughly 12 of the 31 reviews on Google for this company are fake. You can tell because they all start with the phrase "XXX attended after XXX", or "XXX carried out XXX after XXX", and they all have perfect grammar and spelling. This company unblocked a shower drain for one of my tenants. I have no problem with the service provided. The company forgot to ask for payment, so I contacted them to remind them I hadn't paid yet. When they got back to me after a few days, they told me it would be £260. I said this seemed expensive for a simple non-emergency shower drain unblocking job and asked for an invoice that broke down what work was done (I wasn't there at the time). At this point they immediately threw a hissy-fit (see image attached) and suddenly slashed the price to £130. They were hesitant to send an invoice at first but eventually they did. Not sure why as this is standard practice for any business. I was not going to write this review but then I got a message from them hounding me for payment the day after receiving the invoice, which I thought was really unprofessional. Usually any decent business will give you at least 14 days to pay for a service after receiving an invoice. They then re-sent me the exact same invoice one day after sending the first one, as if to say "hurry up and pay us"! After writing this review, they offered to refund the £130 if I took this review down...
