Excellent service from A&B drainage they came out promptly, arrived at the time they said, competitive and transparent pricing and resolved the blocked drain into the main sewer. They also cut back the roots (beyond the necessary removal) that were causing the problem. Louis was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this service.
A & B Drainage did a fantastic job on the drainage at a property in Upton Grey. They were very professional, great communication, efficient, respectful and did the job very fast. Would highly recommend.
Leonard & Dave arrived promptly. They were polite and efficient and delt speedily with an awkward blockage in the kitchen sink drain that was some distance from the sink after another company had failed to cure it.
Serious toilet waste blockage. Having a family with 2 young children, it was urgent that it needed to be rectified. A&B were out within the hour, sorted the issue in 30 minutes and cleaned and cleared up all the mess. I will absolutely use them again.

We could not recommend A & B Drainage more highly. We had a catastrophic fail on our Septic tank and were working to very tight timescales. They were super flexible and responsive from the first contact and were able to recommend and install a new water treatment system to super tight timescales, but also fit a land drain, gullies and soak aways for some downpipes and complete various other damp and drainage work. Dealing with Sam and Louis was a pleasure. They were responsive, efficient and did an excellent job. Ciaran, who project managed the whole job, is incredibly confidence inspiring and service/quality focused. There were various supply and logistical challenges due to the timescales and access constraints, but nothing phased him and he went out of his way to ensure we were happy with the job the team were doing. We had a great group of guys working on the job headed up by Ciaran. The team were reliable, incredibly hard working and knowledgeable and completed the job within the deadline. I can honestly say we could not have been happier with the job they did and the service they provided.
Fantastic service . Called early on Sunday and drain was unblocked by Sunday afternoon. Louis was amazing and so helpful. Also a big thank you to his family who sat in the car as they literally just returned from a trip from London whilst the drain was being unblocked . Cant recommend highly enough .
Reading your customer reviews, there is very little I can add to the excellence of service received today. Having our Cess Pit surveyed by Ben, who advised that we do not really have a problem. I called out Louie to resolve our blocked drain. He was very helpful, knowledgable and had all the necessary equipment required. He was reasonably priced and I would certainly recommend him to family and friends. I thanked him for his prompt efficient service which is certainly rare these days.
The two lads that came out to fix the sewage leak were fantastic. They knew what they were doing, they had the right equipment and they had a great attitude. I’m disappointed I didn’t know of A&B sooner, and will be recommending them to others.

It’s so nice to find a couple of guys that want to give great service at a good price. Yes we had to have additional ground work carried out but the price was very reasonable and they were not pushing for the work, quite the opposite saying it’s ok for now but you may have to get it sorted at a later date. Thanks guys and hope you business does well feel free to use me as a reference in the future
Absolutely amazing guys, Zak and Louis ate awesome and they helped me unblocked my toilet without any issues. Highly recommended excellent service, will be using these two again!

Half our house was on maserators and we wanted a solution for mains. The team quickly came up with a cost effective, direct route which reduced the amount of demo required. Installation took a week and the guys were a joy to work with. I would highly recommend them.
Top guys, they responded to our call very promptly and were on site the same day. Investigation work was thorough, and the issue was resolved. Service was friendly and reassuring, and we knew up front what the costs would be. They cleaned up afterwards and dealt with the removal of spoiled floors.

I had a major mains water leak. Very Quick response time Team very polite and courteous Very professional, going the extra mile when unforeseen problems arose Showed great customer care, keeping me updated and informed at all times. I have no problem recommending these guys.
We had a blocked drain that I thought would only take a few minutes to unblock. A&B were able to get to us only a few hours after I called and - as I expected - had the blockage cleared in a few minutes. The job was done and I'd have been happy to pay the minimum one-hour charge for the quick, efficient and friendly service. However, Louis felt I that as I'd paid for an hour, I ought to get an hour, so we decided to use the time to investigate the drains under our house with his camera to check that all was well. I was a little apprehensive in case he found something I didn't want to know but in fact it was all in good condition, so I'm pleased we did this. So, I'm really impressed that he wanted to give value for money like this, when many people would have left after completing the task they'd been called for.

Extremely professional, punctual and courteous. Louis arrived within an hour of call out on a Saturday and cleared the blocked drain. The cause was quickly identified and rectified. Further works caused by a third party were identified through a camera survey and were executed in a timely concise manner. Highly recommended.
