Jack and Jay came out today to fix a live water pipe in my garden, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. What really stood out, though was how genuinely lovely they both were. They took the time to chat explained what they were doing and were such friendly approachable people. It made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. The repair was completed to a high standard, everything was left clean and tidy, and it was clear they really take pride in their work. It’s not often you come across people who are not only excellent at their job but are also such a pleasure to talk to. A huge thank you to Jake and Jay, you are a real credit to the company!

Jack and jay come today to locate drainage pipe full up with which was causing an issue for my neighbour as it was flooding the property they are finally managed to find the pipe and remove some roots. They have done an amazing job today what Great boys very tidy and clean. I’m very happy with the service.

Jack and jay came out to my house to fix a broken pipe which the council fencing team done when putting a post in ,well what lovely lads , very polite,done an amazing job, cleared up and kept me informed all day of what they were doing .it was an exceptionally hot day too . amazing lads

Great experience earlier this week from Harry & Tyler from Drainfix. They quickly diagnosed the issue and rectified the problem, and provided handy tips to help me and the family avoid any issues with blocked drains. Top lads wishing them the very best.
Came out to fix a blocked kitchen sink. Job was more complicated than originally thought, so needed more intense work but the father and son team were amazing. They explained everything as they were doing it, answered my many many questions and were polite, friendly and respectful the whole time they were in my property. Stayed until they were completely satisfied the problem was resolved and they had tidied up any mess they had made, triple checking before they left that I was happy with the fix and how they had left the area.
Having described our problem by email and called to arrange an appointment the technicians arrived on time and we agreed the course of action. They identified the issue quickly and set about the solution, keeping us informed at all times. They identified problem was solved and rectified within the hour. They also identified and showed where the problem was and suggested remedial work for the future if we needed. Overall very professional and speedy with realistic costs. Thank you.
What an excellent Business. I felt right from the beginning these people really did know what they were doing. I felt confident that I could trust them to do a good job (and they did). All the workmen that attended were decent, friendly and hardworking. One of the Bosses visited to help, he really knew what he was doing and had my water supply back on and running better than it had run in years. There’s not many contractors that have visited my home over the years, that have truly given me confidence of a good job. DrainFix you should be proud of yourselves. Luke and Lee turned up and immediately got on with the job without any fuss, even climbing down into a ditch to clear some foliage from a blocked pipe. They recommended some preventative works which I am not booking. Great service and really nice guys, who worked as a team Wirth a friendly attitude. Was 5* happy.

The DrainFix guys came back this morning to finish off the concreting and the job Two very well mannered, cheerful, polite and hardworking guys who’s aim at all times was/ is to please the customer with a top job. Obviously, our newly fitted water main will now last a lifetime, but I’ve remembered the Drain fix contact details ready if I might need them in another life.

Outstanding Service – Problem Solved at Last! After struggling for nearly two years with a persistent drainage and blocked kitchen sink issue, we had several companies (including DynoRod) come out to assess the problem. Each had a different suggestion, but none were successful. On a recommendation, we contacted Lee from DrainFix Services Limited. He came out within a few days, carried out similar checks to previous companies – but the difference was clear. Within an hour, Lee had not only identified the root cause but also fixed the problem on the spot. Other companies had told us we would need extensive and costly work such as groundworks, digging up floors, or replacing pipes. Thankfully, we didn’t follow those routes and instead found Lee. His professionalism, efficiency, and expertise saved us a huge amount of time, money, and stress. On top of that, Lee is an absolutely lovely man – friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I cannot recommend Lee and DrainFix Services Limited highly enough – a true expert who delivers results.

A guy come here to unblock my kitchen sink . Then went to his van and another young guy came to finish off as i think it was to much for him and he couldnt be bothered . The young guys name is lewis and he sorted it for me . The other guy is still sat in van . Lewis is only an apprentice and he didnt help him at all . Lewis was very helpful and sorted it all .

I had a survey of our waste pipes carried out by Drainfix as rain water was leaking into our septic tank system. The survey identified only 2 leaks which we subsequently repaired, but this did not fix the problem. Having had another survey done (at further expense) by another company, they identified a further 3 leaks in one of the waste pipes - these should have been picked up by the Drainfix service. I am not impressed!
Lee and Luke cleared the waste water blockage in the flat that I wouldn't have been able to do myself without the right tools. Fast, professional and friendly service. Recommended

Outstanding! The people are friendly and helpful. Patient and considerate. The implementation was impeccable. We had a collapsed drain, the broken pipe was excavated and replaced. We received a detailed report of what they did and how. And believe me you can hardly see where they have been.

I am not satisfied about the service that DrainFix Services Ltd delivered to me. The tradesman fixed the problem and he fixed the problem within a reasonable length of time. He was also friendly. But, after the tradesman fixed the problem, I needed to do a big and time-consuming clean-up that cost me a bit of money. And the tradesman is also costing me time and a bit of money because the tradesman did not, perhaps, have everything that he needed in order to fix the problem and, consequently, I gave him something in order for him to, perhaps, fix the problem. Finally, I was also told that someone would ring me prior to coming to my home, but no one rang me, which could have resulted in no one being at my home when the tradesman came to my home.
Came to unblock my drain in the garden on behalf of Hounslow Council manged to find the blockage further down the line and jet it through very professional and polite guys

Just had two professionals seeking and fixing a leak.after having to dig holes in garden to find leak they found it and fixed it.they made good the garden and you would not have known they had been here.excellent service and will recommend.
Not capable of unblocking a toilet or contacting resident and when they do they have the worst customer service I have experienced. Been left for a week absolutely useless and rude wouldn’t recommend.
