Noel responded very quickly last night when I messaged him at around 10pm after finding his contact online. He came over soon after 8:00am this morning and sorted out the blockage within 10 minutes, also explained what had caused it. Professional, friendly and effective, at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the service. 5 out of 5.

Bad experience with Noel. Gave him a job to do, doesn't want to communicate with me the person paying his bill but wants to speak to the tenant. It's been over a month & still waiting for job to be done. The week he was supposed to do the work, he went to traveling with some excuses. I had to chase him up for an update and constantly being ignored for days, weeks. I have had trouble, constant stress from the tenant & chasing up to me. Called Noel on a Sunday afternoon due to blocked waste pipe affecting both bathrooms and he came round within 20 mins to look at the drains. Was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and gave some good advice on how to fix it. Because of where the blockage was (first floor) and no easy access to the pipe, he wasn’t able to fix it but recommended another company who could come out. I called Noel on a Friday afternoon to look at my blocked toilet and he came out Monday at 12. He quickly assessed the issue and truthfully told me that he wouldn't be able to fix it and I'd need to get someone with more specialised equipment in (blockage was likely two stories up on an outside wall). He could have faffed around and pretended to try things and charged me for the time but was instead very honest and helpful (he also gave me a recommendation for who might be able to fix it and some tips on how to communicate and arrange the job so it wouldn't be £££). Highly recommend.

Noel was fantastic. He tried everything he could to address my plumbing blockage (far more than the previous plumber I had) and eventually diagnosed that it was a Thames Water issue. If there was a 10 star option I would choose that; Noel was by far the kindest, professional and most helpful plumber I have ever come across. We had to call him on a Saturday, and before coming to see us he spent over 30 mins on the phone talking us through what we could do to solve the problem ourselves at no charge. When that still wasn’t resolved, he drove out of his way to fix the problem and did so within 20 minutes. As a flat with only one bathroom, we were incredibly grateful!! Unlike others in the industry, he genuinely wants to help and is very reasonably priced - all other quotes I received were more than double Noel’s. So glad I went with all these good reviews and used Noel. He truly is a friendly, honest, hard worker. He communicated well and came out within 1.5 days. His rate was reasonable and, using his 30 years experience, he worked out the issue quite quickly - something I never would have guessed. My drain was overflowing with… well, I’m sure you can imagine. Noel came round to inspect and spent a bit of time trying to see where the blockage was. He was really helpful in explaining what the issue was and how drains are structured work. But more so, even though he was unable to resolve the issue, he called Thames Water for me to report the issue, and make sure that it was dealt with quickly. Which indeed it was. Noel arrived the same day we called about our blocked drain and promptly went through all the steps from rodding to jetting to putting a camera down. having cleared the worst Noel's camera system clearly showed that there was a significant blockage 2.4m down the pipe (rubble) caused by the aged internal wall in the manhole falling into the drain then being washed down hence our problem. Noel confirmed that this could never be cleared and the only option in our case was to dig up pipe and fix the hard way. Noel was able to precisely show where to dig and gave some very good advice on opening the pipe, (ours had been preciously relined with Fibreglass needing special care) We had a Mini Digger booked for some garden work the next day so I used that and excavated down to the pipe right where Noel said and he was spot on. Opened pipe by cutting an oblong in top (as recommended) and removed all rubble before then cutting the pipe further down and removing all pipe back to the drain with the digger and replacing with a modern pipe. I was very impressed with the service and even more so when Noel called the following week to confirm that all was well! Highly recommended and would def use again!

He came quickly and advised me on what to do to uncover the drain inlet he needed access to. As soon as that work was complete he attended promptly again and sorted the issue, the day before I went away. Excellent service by Noel. Rang him late at night after unsuccessful attempts by my builder and myself to unblock our drainage. He came the following morning and within 10mins he was able to open our manhole outside the house and sort out the problem. He's charge of £95 was the lowest quote I had. Some charging as must as £120 an hour and would perhaps take couple of hours. Noel is very friendly and easy to talk to. He advised me on the phone to get someone with a fixed charge rather than those who would charge by hour and would take the entire day to do a 10mins job. Top bloke, very happy with service. I never normally write reviews but this guy has really saved my life. My washing machine packed in and my only choice was to call out an emergency plumber since it was too expensive to replace and I have a mountain of washing. Noel came out the next day and quickly resolved the problem (blocked pump) whilst explaining the basics on how it works. My elderly neighbour had a blocked toilet. A friend found this company. I contacted them and Thomas came the next day. He swiftly sorted the problem (not a pleasant job at all) and then stayed to try to solve why it had happened. Somehow the water pump had been switched off so no water at all to the bathroom. He attempted to get it going but it had burnt out. He told me exactly what needed doing. Thomas was so kind the way he spoke to my neighbour. Although he was extremely busy, he said he would try to find time to fix it, if I couldn't find anyone else. I would thoroughly recommend.
