I commissioned the team at Express for a very problematic job I am involved with, Not only was I treated with respect and care the team between Scarlett, James and Bradley were absolutely amazing, I called in the mornign and had someone out within hours. The extensive knowledge and breakdown provided has helped us very much and I would reccomend the team to everyone. a real pleasure to deal with and very reasonably priced.

Excellent service. Great communication, arrived when they said they would, were very clear upfront about pricing and followed up after the job to check that everything was OK.
In all honesty I would not be able to recommend this company. They were not thorough with the work they carried out and then quoted an extortionate rate for further remedial works. Their prices are also far more expensive than their competitors (one of whom I ended up using for the remedial works). My advice would be to shop around, look at other competitors and their reviews and make an informed decision.

When your thousands of miles away in another country and your industrial estate is flooding, you call Company do you have a friendly and helpful person at the end of the line and nothing is too much trouble being a drainage engineer myself for 35 years I can honestly say, probably one of the best services I’ve ever had I can highly recommend this company to anybody polite, professional and discreet. Thank you Express Drainage Solution for helping us retrieve the car keys. My wife dropped them by mistake in a drain. Their tech was able to retrieve them in 15-20 mins. Their manager Scarlett was super helpful in setting up the appointment and providing necessary assurance. They saved us from 2-3 weeks of downtime and hassle/money required by Lexus to order and program keys.
Definite 5 star service!!! These guys are excellent and deserve to be top of the ladder! From their telephone skills to being accommodating, they were brilliant but I have to say, their front line staff are exemplary. Big thanks to Louis and the team.

well, the service was good in a way. I got an engineer in an hours time after confirming that I would require the service. However the engineer struggled to clear the blockage by rodding and jetting for an hour that costed me £198. He Eventually gave up on it suggesting I would need the tanker service for extraction which would be a £525 plus additional charges to locate the blockage using cam service and any fixes need to made etc. The very next day I got TW were called in just to cross check if its not their issue, the guy from TW cleared the blockage in under 15 mins by rodding the blockage, no need for tanker service or any other services that were offered to me. Was completely baffled

My wife and I are over 70, I have an underlying condition to watch out for re Covid, and we had not let anyone into our home since first lockdown began. Getting someone in to deal with a drainage problem was a bad prospect, but the situation was serious so I contacted Express Drainage. They were unbelievably good - talking to me about safety, engineers wearing full PPE and doing everything they could do protect us, being kind and considerate AND solving a truly big a mucky problem fast. CCTV to be sure all okay, careful cleanup and all done as a free Covid emergency service due to our age! In future I will happily pay going rate and there's no one else I'd call.
WOW - I cannot express our thanks enough. During Covid-19 times have been challenging for us being on the front line keeping our vulnerable clients safe. So when our toilet blocked in our office I cannot explain how I cried when you said you would come out and fix it free of charge as a thank you for all we are doing ! So impressed that we had two drain experts arrive at our home within 3 hours of calling their office. They arrived with a brilliant and helpful attitude and got straight to work. Found them both to be hard working and very diligent as they checked everything and even tidied up! Really lovely guys who were outstanding in representing their company. Would definitely use them again and absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs their drains checked.

Fast response. Drain unblocked in about 2 minutes. I dont understand how the charges came to an hour plus VAT. The engineer arrived at 13.10, was ready to go by 13.42 but still charged us the whole hour. They quote you for £60 plus vat which is what we expected to pay.
Sorry, I lied. I was asked to post a review by the owner of the company. To tell the truth, the company charge excessive amounts to perform work that is unnecessary. There are better companies out there so look around and get recommendations, honest one's!
I'm not normally one to get excited about drains, but I've used these guys a couple of times now and I couldn't rate them any higher. It's old fashioned and friendly service from local people. They're keen to do the right job (rather than the expensive job) and to do it well.
My husband and I were very happy with the service provided. The engineers were courteous and efficient. We were well advised and would definitely recommend Express Drainage Solutions to friends and family.

Cancelled their drainage service 2.5 hours before arriving. Then computers went down so couldn't speak to anyone for 2 hours. Noone could come later in the day as other jobs took priority over mine.
An exceptional job well done! Very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Attended to my problem (blocked drain) within a short period of time and quickly remedied the situation. Their charging rates were on par with other company's that I had called, in fact, they were a little lower, which left me a little sceptic at 1st, because in some circumstances, you get what you pay for. But when they arrived to look at the problem (Dan attended), I felt assured that I had made the right decision due to use them. Very pleased indeed! and I will have no hesitation in recommending them, or even, using them again in the future. Keep up the good work and thank you once again Dan.
This is the worst company to deal with!!!...be very careful.They ask to be paid upfront & then they bill you more than the invoice.The drainage problem was not resolved &within 24 hours the problem returned and upon calling them they refuse to fix the issue.They are overpriced for the cheap labor they performed.If I could choose a STAR RATING IT WOULD BE -5 STARS!!!!!They are no experts..I will take every initiative to get my money back for charging me 1020.00 for one hour labor!!! ?Thieves if you see this I want my money back!!!!! TO THE OWNER"S Reply....Had your workers done the work properly , they would of seen that the pipe was cracked! The second company that came to do the repair saw that & I was not charged.That is a professional Company & I gave them amazing reviews...Now I have told you I want my money refunded or I will continue to add more NEGATIVE Reviews...I have a valid invoice from your " THIEVES " company.I will not let this issue end until we are refunded for the labour your company did not perform.
Cowboy tradesmen that give the industry a bad name. If you want be daylight robbed – call them. I was told I needed a truck to fix the drain issue at an extortionate rate and was not told about the additional labour charges, camera charges or VAT. They demanded upfront payment. When I challenged the labour charge as most of the time they were sitting and waiting, I was flippantly told, they have undercharged me labour and could have charged for more time. I concur completely with Nava Koo's review and would give them -3 stars if I could.
I had a survey of my drains done - the service was excellent and very reasonably priced. When it came to the installation of a single rat blocker in the sewer there was initially some confusion and error in the pricing and the brand of the item supplied. I was not satisfied with how my complaint was initially dealt with but the Owner stepped up to the mark and completely resolved the issues to my total satisfaction.
