We hired Drivault after they carried out a damp survey that identified a major leak and mould within the walls. We were happy with the survey, so we subsequently hired them for substantial remedial works, including rebuilding three walls, flooring and a full bathroom strip-out. Although significant work was completed, the job was left unfinished, including large gaps beneath doors and door frames following the flooring installation, raising concerns about fire-safety compliance. There were also outstanding carpentry, bathroom waterproofing and tiling issues. We raised these concerns repeatedly, with photographs and quotations for the remedial work. Communication was polite, but resolving the issues involved weeks of chasing, with promised updates and return visits not materialising. Their original subcontractor was no longer available, leaving us to arrange contractors ourselves. Drivault ultimately acknowledged the situation and agreed to a financial compromise. However, our experience highlighted significant shortcomings in project management, quality control and completion. While their office staff were courteous, we would not use them again.

Damon and his team were all incredible. We had a huge rising damp problem and the team had to work days in the rain. They never once complained. They were all extremely professional and knowledgable. Honestly could not fault them. Wonderful communication and the work was carried out to a very high standard.
