Robinwill Group

Excellent, puts your faith back in good workmanship. From start to finish cannot fault. Turned up on time everytime from initial meeting to finish. Did work to my garage which is in a block, replacing roof, supports, rendering, guttering and generally making good.. professional, courteous and considerate of neighbours property ensuring they were happy. Even added in little bits of work that were not part of the quote to ensure the best job. Highly recommend and very happy.

Great job, i now have a good quality solid balcony roof i can rely on, recommended.

I have had 2 roofs done & a ceiling from a leak, excellent work & professional.

We had Robinwill in to repair a roof where I had been severely rippped off by another roofer during lockdown. As part of the contract they agreed a number of times to prepare a report with photos that I could take to the police and use in litigation. This was an oral part of the contract and despite repeated chasing they failed to provide it. I would avoid as they don’t stick to their word. Very disappointing. Also I emailed the, where leadwork has since started cracking and they have not responded. They don’t care once they have their money. Post script. It has been months and I still haven’t had the promised report. Avoid using this company. . Also my star rating was changed not by me. Robin was upset I left a poor review.

Locally based building firm who have been in Loughton for as long as we have. We have used them on a number of occasions for various jobs - roof, damp course, pointing, new brickwork - and have always had friendly and professional service. The work is carried out to really high standard and communication is good throughout, they do even follow up with a check that all is ok and you are hsppy. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Robinwill did a fantastic job repairing our roof after we discovered a damp issue that was causing water to leak into the house. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing — the work was completed to a high standard. They even provided a 10-year guarantee, which gives us real peace of mind. We’re really pleased with the result and would highly recommend Robinwill to anyone needing reliable roofing repairs.

We used Robinwill for some roof repairs. We found them to be very thorough and professional, and above all really lovely people to deal with. I chose them after another local company couldn't even be bothered to give me a quote and were extremely rude and pushy. Very happy with the quote and works completed and would absolutely recommend.

Robin Will did an amazing job on retiling my old roof along with new soffits and new guttering and also painted the exterior! .. The quality of work was excellent and I would definitely recommend their services

It was a pleasure having Robinwill sort out my house gutters and drain pipes. No fuss. Got the job done swiftly and cleaned up everything. Very knowledgeable and experienced people.

Robinwill repaired my fence today. They were very professional, left everything clean and tidy and I'm really pleased with the final result.

Outdated shower replacement in tight corner for my 95 year old Mother. Robin had good ideas on how fit a shower with better access. Darren (plumber) addressed the inevitable challenges with real experience. Professional service!

We arranged to get Robinwill to do a safety inspection of our roof; we,as tenants, were happy to pay for the cost of the inspection without getting the landlord involved. We need it done urgently and they agreed to come by the end of the week. The day before they were due to come, they called us and said that they don't want to deal with us, as we don't own the property. This is despite us saying to them that we were going to pay for it. We are now unable to get a roofer for the weekend and have to go longer with a dangerous roof thanks to their unreliability and inconsistency with what they said over the phone. Never use them - Never trust them!

The roofers we had come to our house were lovely. They did a great job of sorting out our roof, making it look great but also fixing the damp (fingers crossed). They were great guys, turned up on time and everything was upfront and I felt like I was looked after, plus I felt I could trust them. Thank you!

Really pleased with the work that was carried out. It was completed in a timely manner and the team were professional and courteous throughout.

Great service from start to end at a competitive price. Highly recommend!

Robinwill replaced my flat roof. They were easy to communicate with, did a site visit and clearly explained all that was needed, they undertook the job in a timely manner and were very tidy. I will use them again. In addition to the work above (as I was so impressed by them) I got them back to do a a second roofing job, this time on a pitched roof.As before very happy with them as a company, easy to work with, efficient and reliable.

I used Robinwill recently for a roof repair and several times before that for other jobs. They always do a good job. They are very polite and considerate and they pay attention to the details. No hesitation to recommend them to people locally

One of the workers goes by the name Jay is a cowboy. Took money upfront for renovation amd disappeared. Damaged the property by pretending he is getting rid of old materials.

We urgently needed repairs to two chimneys including replacing the lead flashing. Robinwill responded very quickly to us and programmed the work within a couple of days. The job was difficult because of the geometry of our roof but the job was carried out thoroughly and very professionally. We were delighted with the results to the extent that we have immediately commissioned Robinwill to do another significant job on our house. In addition to the quality of the work, we were very impressed with the attitude and friendliness of the man who did it.

Ben came this morning to fix a loose ridge tile on my roof. He was very nice, and just got on with the job with no problem. Result - I now have a secure ridge tile and it was completed with no fuss. I will definitely use them again for any services they provide

The shed they have replaced looked really good, I was very happy with their work, I would highly recommend them.

Robinwill replaced missing tiles and re cemented my roof, from start to finish they tell you what they are doing and are a friendly and professional firm, I will use them again as the need arises and can highly recommend them

Excellent roofing renovation carried out by Robinwill.

Reliable and long established local firm. I think of them as the John Lewis of building firms - they may not be the cheapest but they do the job properly with no surprise “extras” and have a genuine interest in customer satisfaction and repeat business. Highly recommended if you value high quality and low hassle.

The service was superb, the process went smooth,it filled me with confidence that I would get a 1st class service. I had had a past history of being ripped off by previous cowboys. The boys had t put right the damage that had occured t my roof. Now I have a sound roof which gives me peace of mind. Robinwill are the firm you can trust. If I have any other problems with my home I will contact this firm 10 out of 10

We have used Robinwill on many jobs over the past twenty odd years and always received a high quality service on windows, roofing, painting and various other home improvement jobs. Efficient and thorough, as well as courteous. Willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended

I had my roof repaired today Ben & Mitch were friendly & professional & definitely know their stuff. We’ve had an extremely good experience with Robinwil from the beginning when Nathan came to quote. Robin attended & done the survey. Would highly recommend this company

RobinWill carried out some damp proofing work, internally and externally. Work included dismantling kitchen sink, washing machine plus various kitchen cabinets. Taking off wall tiles and stripping plaster back to brickwork. External work included cutting back patio, excavating ground to the required depth and filling in with gravel so that damp course was no longer compromised. Once replastering had been done, all cabinets, domestic appliances, wall tiles replaced and walls/ceiling repainted. All the different tradesmen involved in this project were very polite, professional, timely and at the top of their game. More importantly, they all respected the fact they were working in someone's home. I wouldn't hesitate to use RobinWill again and would highly recommend this company. Thank you guys.

Great service and experience. Needed some paint jobs to be done around the house and also the front porch needed a make over. I was very satisfied with the end results. The communication was excellent, they were also flexible around the schedule. They did a great job and we would highly recommend them. Will use them in the future again.

Robinwill’s surveyor Nathan, and their team of builders did an amazing job at my mother’s house in Edmonton a while back. She had a very bad experience with some other firm. But Robinwill’s team put everything right, and gave her peace of mind and were a pleasure to work with. She kept them happy with tea and biscuits 😋 we will use them again. AAA+

I have been using Robinwill for a number of years for all my building work. Most recently in Wood Green London property. Again absolutely professional. On time, High quality work and what they quote is what you pay and they guarantee all their work. This company never let you down.AAA+

I had lose tiles on existing Loft extension, Robinwill came in and sorted that problem, however they found that there was no dampers installed by the builder. They resolved that problem. While they were there I ask them to replace my weather boards, old gutters and down pipes. Very pleased with the jobs and their operatives were excellent. Since then the guttering on the Loft extension has blown away because badly installed. Robin will are now sorting this out. They are very prompt and do a good job. Hard to find good companies.

I used the robinwill group of companies from word of mouth from a friend , they designed and installed a new kitchen giving maximum storage worktops and space , they also renovated my hallway back to original spec on my Victorian house ,new guttering and downpipes were also fitted , all the internal work was designed and installed /renovated by specialist craftsmen rather than the usual jack of all trades master of none all work was carried out with minimal inconvenience and completed by Christmas, a exceptional company that took the stress out of me by there professional approach , highly recommend with work that's guaranteed Many thank you all involved

Would like to say how pleased we are with RobinWill Ltd - we had our soffits and fascias and guttering done 20yrs ago. We were concerned about the cladding recently as it looked like it had moved. I contacted Robin who came over himself within a week to review the roof. Ke was not happy with the photos I sent him and remembered the work he did so came over himself. He carried out a thorough inspection of the roof and guttering videoing the whole inspection to give instructions to his colleague who was going to come and do the repairs. We had Richard come over who worked hard all day to repair the cladding and then all the guttering. We highly recommend the RobinWill team who provide excellent quality work and really know how to look after their customers.

Robinwill completed sofits, fascias and gutters at my house in Loughton, made a fantastic job.

Thank you Robinwill for a job well delivered and completed on time. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Previously, I had an ongoing problem with a leaking flat roof. The depth of the problem was more complex than I had anticipated. This originally, impacted when the property directly adjacent to me was fully refurbished. Inclusive of replacement flat roof. Apparently, because the original roof was directly connected to mine, primarily I should have been informed. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The problem only became apparent when I had a Skylight installation completed to the flat roof. Hence, when it rained, the rain water outleted directly from the roof, to the location of the Skylight parimite. Prior, to this the water would settle on the inner-side of the flat roof. Becoming out of sight and out of mind. Since, then I've had a string of unprofessionals, who insisted that they could fix the problem, leaking roof. This was not the case. I shopped around making use of Yellow Pages and other directories etc. It is not easy to locate a genuine, professionally skilled tradesmen. I was lucky to locate Robinwill. The work completed is guaranteed for 10 years. The work inclusive of, removing the existing flat roof and replacing with a new 3-layer system (includes decking), full replacement flat roof. Overall, to leave in a water tight condition. Additional contracted work completed in September 2023: Decorating: I'm based in Enfield. It's not easy to locate authentic builders. Very professional workmanship. I'm pleased with the work completed. I'd definitely recommend Robinwill to my family and friends.

We engaged Robinwill to carry out a soft refurb of our bathroom and to decorate our hallway. In 2019 I wanted to find a building firm that could handle the range of jobs needed to upgrade the interior of my 1930s semi-detached house. A friend, who had recently had work done by a well-established local firm, Robinwill, recommended them. The staff at the local office were easy to contact, very helpful and arranged a meeting on-site to talk through my plans, suggest alternatives and provide estimates for each part of the work. The jobs planned in the house included the installation of a new distribution board and wiring, new gas central heating, an upgrade of the bathroom and kitchen units plus new double-glazing and new plastering and decoration throughout. I was extremely pleased with the high standard of workmanship and punctuality from all those involved in the project and therefore asked Robinwill to return this year (2022) to check roofing, renew old guttering, soffits and fascias and to upgrade the porch and garage doors. Once again, the work has been completed to a high standard and with the minimum of disturbance. I am very happy to recommend them.

Fantastic service will use Robinwill again, throughly professional job well done

They carried out roof repairs, which we had independently inspected the report was terrible. They gave a quote to replace a downpipe and reroute to the drain. The quote was £1020. Another roofer pointed out that the materials were no more than £50 so how they came up with this quote left me staggered. Do not use these people. ABSOLUTE COWBOYS. You came to my property and gave a quote to my joint freeholdee on the top floor. I was not there but was given the quote. I went to several other roofers who gave me a quote that was 70% less than yours. So I am speaking from first hand experience. You also gave a ridiculous quote to my neighbour for patching up her front downpipe. She also got a quote that was 70% cheaper.

I have used Robin and his colleagues at Robin Will for a number of years now and they have helped me with some major projects at my house. From damp proofing, to a new roof, and a full conservatory build, all work has been completed to a very high quality, at the cost quoted and on time. Robin himself oversees all the work and is always available to help sort out any problems, whether they were connected to his projects or not. He even managed to find me an electrician on Christmas Eve last year when our kitchen electrics were fusing, and we couldn’t use our oven. Excellent customer service, fantastic attention to detail and a very trustworthy company. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

Robinwill recently installed a new driveway at my house in woodford, I am very pleased with the quality of work and communication was perfect.

10/10 highly recommend

Just had new windows installed from robinwill friendly team and high standerd of work.

Came out to view roof, but then couldn't be bothered to quote for the works? Over the phone they said they definitely didn't want the job (rude), and verbally said an extortionate price. Thankfully, we have found another company for over half the price.

Recently had my roof repaired in Loughton and received a first class service. Would recommend to anyone

So happy with the job and how fast and properly it was done nice friendly team communication was amazing would definitely recommend to anyone who wants something done professionally

Thanks to robinwill for recently renewing my garage roof. I am a very happy customer and would use again in the future and recommend to others.

Received a first class service big thanks to the robinwill team

Had a recent roofing problem and this was addressed and rectified within the few hours on the same day. Excellent service

This is very very beautiful Temple in the world. In this Temple everyone can feel very peace fool and its real peace of real god.

Robinwill and their team did a number of jobs for me in my home, including refurbishment the inside of an outbuilding, replacement of gutters, fascias and soffits and laid some artificial grass in my garden. All jobs were done to a high standard and in time. The workers were efficient and exceeded my expectations throughout. Highly recommended.

Getting a bathroom leak fixed is not easy. A lot of companies won't even look at smaller works so when I found Robinwill and they were willing to come out and look at the damage I was relieved. By that time I'd contacted seven companies. I was even happier with the absolute professionalism and the quick turnaround. The builders were polite and the work was finished quickly and the flat was left clean and tidy. It's not often I've been able to recommend a building company but I do recommend Robinwill.

May I say thank you to all at Robinwill who were involved in the recent roofing works carried out on our house. What was really appreciated was the high level of contact maintained by the company throughout the contract. We always knew what was going on and when to expect the trades - important during a spell of inclement weather. The finished job is excellent and I have already agreed to them performing additional tasks. Well done.

Thanks to all the staff at Robinwill service was brilliant merry Christmas thank you

Sloppy careless work. Installed wrong colour roof trim and then moaned about changing it. Laid new roof insulation over the old stuff - the boarding over was subsequently botched as they could not then get it to lay flat. Installed what appeared to be offcuts of guttering - our house is not very wide, but the gutter was joined in the middle - badly joined at that, so that the first pidgeon who sat on it busted it. As if this total botch job wasn't bad enough, one their vans was behind me when I indicated to reverse in to park outside the house a couple of weeks later - the abuse was phenomenal - revving the engine, shouting and swearing. Must have been in a hell of a hurry. To be honest the whole job needed doing again and I didn't want to deal with this lot ever again, so we just wrote it off. Best advice is avoid them like the plague- go to Mahoney Roofing - at least Dave knows what he is doing and is a nice man also. I forgot to say this is in relation to work done a couple of years ago - as we are about to repair the final botch, we remembered that we never reviewed them to warn others what absolute cowboys thay are.

I would highly recommend Robinwill roofing has they recently fixed my roofing tiles, battern and felt they were extremely polite and very helpful thank you

First class firm, first class workers , all the work that they carried out was to the highest standard, i cannot fault any of it , i would recommend this firm to anyone who wants top class workmanship.
