Longfield Knotweed Solutions Ltd is praised for knowledgeable, friendly advice and clear communication, with Charlotte often described as helpful, reassuring and quick to respond. Customers mention thorough surveys and reports, flexible ongoing knotweed management plans, and careful removal of invasive bamboo and three-cornered garlic, including difficult growth beneath patios and along narrow borders. The service is professional, reliable and considerate, with information explained clearly throughout.
Charlotte has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, full of great advice and communications are excellent as well ... definitely recommended!
Great work from Charlotte and team! We had some bamboo in a tight spot, (un)wisely planted by previous owner, spreading along a narrow border between paving slabs and brick wall. They managed to take it all up in a day, including roots that had delved under our patio paving slabs. Garden was left in a good a state as possible; the only damage was what the bamboo itself had wrought. Would definitely recommend!
First class professional service. 5 year treatment plan completed. Great communication. Always reassuring information. Would recommend
Great care and dedication from Charlotte to make sure the bamboo was fully removed from my garden. Definitely made the right choice with Longfield Knotweed Solutions
Amazing work from Charlotte at Longfield Knotweed Solutions. Friendly, professional and very quick diagnosis, luckily in our case it wasn't Japanese Knotweed. We look after another 40+ sites and hope we won't need Charlotte's services there but if we do she'lll be our first port of call. Definitely recommended!
We had an issue with running Bamboo that was moving across fence borders and under patio brickwork. Charlotte was amazing, gave excellent advice throughout and managed to remove the bamboo by hand over the course of 3 days. I really cannot recommend Charlotte enough, if you want someone who is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy, look no further.
Great communication and completed the survey in a short time frame - thank you!
Longfield have been looking after our Knotweed management plan for almost 5 years and have provided excellent professional service throughout. Not an issue we have dealt with before but we bought the property with the plan in place, the assignment to us was straightforward, everything was carefully explained and all visits have been as arranged and Charlotte has been happy to answer many questions. Lots of advice and very flexible when we had building work adjacent the area under the plan. Great team. No hesitation in highly recommending.
We cannot praise Charlotte highly enough. We were in the middle of a house sale with a complex chain, everyone pushing for exchange and Charlotte rallied on our behalf and responded fast. Her report was thorough and she gave lots of information and support.
Longfield Knotweed Solutions came recommended. Charlotte was very helpful and friendly. Very quick to respond and willing to help. Thanks 🙏🏻
Prompt, professional service offered at a competitive price. Very easy to arrange and Charlotte pointed out additional useful information (e.g. presence of plants that are poisonous for children) beyond just looking for Japanese Knotweed. Would recommend!
Charlotte is a delight! Extremely knowledgeable and ready to help! Can’t recommend her enough
I have used Longfield Knotweed solutions for 4 years in a row now. I have had terrible trouble with 3 cornered garlic plants overtaking my garden. Charlotte has been treating these yearly and the results have been tremendous. She is extremely helpful and has a good depth of knowledge. Being reliable and flexible is important in this line of work as it is dependant on the weather and she has never let me down. She will go above and beyond what is needed to provide an excellent service. I have absolutely no hesitation in using her again and will highly recommend her to others.
Not only is Charlotte incredibly knowledgeable about knotweed removal, but she's also incredibly kind and approachable. She patiently discussed my concerns and shared her experience in a way that was both informative and reassuring. I'm very grateful for her guidance, and I know I'll refer to her again if I ever need help. Thank you.
