Asked for quote for repointing. Came next day. Gave me good advice of what to do and said it doesn't need repointing. The guys could have just quoted and charged me thousands but didn't. Highly recommend.
I just had Precision Pointing visit to quote for fixing a water ingress issue on my front elevation. They were able to identify what others had missed, and fix the issue immediately. Genuinely nice chaps and super helpful. I will be using them again for sure! Great job - Many thanks!
From first contacting Gavin through recommendation, it only took 2 weeks to visit, quote and complete the job of repointing our house. The team were extremely courteous, tidy and professional . They carried out a good tidy up after each days hard work in the recent heatwave, even though they'd be back the next morning. This made our garden usable and safe for our dog. Final day the soffit, windows and frames were all cleaned with soapy water. I've honestly never used such an efficient company in the 2 years renovating our house. They supplied the scaffolding company too, who were just as professional. Thankyou very much precision pointing. Highly recommended by us.

I'm very impressed with Precision Pointing. My house is over 100 years old. I had the brick ties replaced by another company and Precision Pointing did the repointing afterwards. The team were hard working, skilled, polite, friendly and punctual. They used an industrial vacuum to catch all the old mortar from going everywhere or disturbing my neighbours. They did a really good, clean, tidy job and left the outside of my house cleaner than they found it! They also arranged scaffolding at a good price so I didn't have to deal with different companies. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Gavin & his team have recently worked on our house & coach house over a 5 week period. Gavin is very organised, professional & communicates well, starting our project on the scheduled date. He’s been openly honest with us about costings throughout, giving us up to date prices for requested additional work as we went along. Saying that, the prices for the quality of work are very reasonable. The team meticulously removed and replaced our pointing as well as worn out bricks, they problem solved issues with cracks in the brickwork. Areas around an archway were diligently restored along with the appearance of cracked brickwork above the windows. Three chimneys were also expertly restored. It’s a messy job however the team made great efforts to clean up at the end of every day & at the end of the project. We have had several compliments on the pointing subsequently and I would thoroughly recommend Gavin and his team. If we had any brickwork left to restore, we would definitely have Precision pointing back!
Precision Pointing were recommended to me by another builder which seemed a good start. When Gavin came round to see our house I instantly thought this was going to be a job well done. Gavin was courteous and considerate in manner, truthful about the job, and realistic regarding time schedule. Gavin continued to be this way throughout. I was treated nicely and kept informed of dates and progress. Pricing was good value. The team were very hard workers. They took a pride in their work, did a good job and cleared up brilliantly as they went along. Most importantly, like Gavin, they were nice guys. It was a pleasure to have them on our job.

Gavin the owner gave a prompt quote and gave me the useful advice regarding the work which neither of my previous quotes did, I felt very reassured by his knowledge. Precision pointing only cares about making profit, instead of quality and responsibilities. The lesson I learned was that highly rated tradesmen may not be necessarily good, but poorly rated must be terrible.
Gavin and the team from Precision Pointing were fantastic. Their standard of work is excellent and it has made my 120 year old property look wonderful and well cared for again. All the work done was with special attention to using materials and methods producing results that harmonise with the rest of this period property. Specialist crack stitches were applied and damaged face bricks replaced seamlessly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
