Zen Knotweed

I called Tony to check on a potential knotweed issue on a house I'm looking to purchase. Although the property is outside of Tony's area, he very kindly spent 15 minutes of his time 'educating' me on what to look for, potential pitfalls and gave his professional advice, as well as recommending a couple of other local companies. If I do require his services for future purchases, Zen will be the first company I call!

Very helpful and swift getting a knotweed report on a property. Thanks for your help 👍

Zen Knotweed Ltd is a full member of the PCA which gave us confidence to book a survey with them. The Japanese Knotweed survey that Tony did for our farm's mortgage could not have been performed faster or more professionally. Very helpful and knowledgeable - we really enjoyed it which wasn't what you'd expect during a knotweed survey!!

We needed a Knotweed survey doing at a property we were in the process of buying as there were questions around whether there was Knotweed present or not. From the start, Tony was incredibly reassuring and professional, making it a priority to see the property as soon as possible. He worked with us, the estate agent and the vendor to get a thorough and timely survey done, even going back to the property a second time to double check something. The service was excellent and we cannot recommend Tony and Zen Knotweed enough.

Tony has been amazing, very professional and offered expert advice and guidance in relation to a nuisance knotweed problem that as arisen (he defiantly knows his stuff). I was due to sell my property, but knotweed was identified on neighbouring land. Due to this being within 7 meters of my boundary it stalled the buyers mortgage application and a further expert survey was needed. Tony was able to get out in 48hours to assess to knotweed, confirm the category and was able to provide the KW survey the same evening at a very reasonable cost. We now await to hear from the mortgage company whether a treatment plan is needed, so Tony has provided us with the quote ready for work to commence. Tony would be highly recommended.

Tony from Zen Knotweed performed a site survey of the house I am buying when the Home Buyers Report recommended a professional Japanese knotweed survey. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he attended the property on the same day that I called him, and exceeded expectations by not only checking the garden of the house I am buying, but also the neighbouring public woods and school fields to ensure there was no knotweed present there which could encroach on the property. Thankfully no knotweed was found, and Tony has alleviated one of the stresses associated with trying to move house! Thank you Tony, for your excellent service!

Tony helped us out with a knotweed problem recently, he was very quick to respond ,and assessed and treated the infestation really quickly. He has a very professional and knowledgable approach to his work, would highly recommend.

Brilliant service for your unwanted knotweed!

Tony (Zen Knotweed) has worked for me for nearly 3 years. He is the complete package - he is trustworthy, reliable and worth every penny. One more thing: we are in an industry that requires good communication; it may sound simple but Tony is good to get hold of... and always ready to do a job for me within a reasonable timeframe. Would recommend 👍🏼
