After moving in to a new home with a mature garden, there were pink and purple buds sprouting up all over and I became worried it may be knotweed. Thanks to Paul Beckett’s very swift identification of a sprouting dock which I was assured was Japanese Knotweed by a concerned neighbour, I saved myself a lot of hassle and a huge bill by not having to call in a licensed specialist company to remove it. Highly recommended for the swift and pleasant service received. I don’t know how they can do it for free.

Clearly knowledgeable, as part of their free identification service these guys responded to my request for identification of a plant I suspected to be Japanese Knotweed very quickly. All I had to do was send a couple of photos. Luckily it wasn't, so I don't have to annhiliate my garden.

I have been concerned about a fast growing bush that was growing on a neighbouring property and overhanging a boundary wall. A few months ago I e-mailed Kew Gardens with some photos and they didn’t even respond! I googled Japanese Knotweed and this company came up with advice . They responded in just a few hours and put my mind at rest . It is Himalayan Honeysuckle which has a similar appearance. Highly recommend them. Very professional.

We needed a plant species in our garden identified as we though it might be an evasive type. I was due to complete a property purchase at 10am this morning. I viewed this property one last time before completion and noticed what I thought to be Japanese Knotweed. Today my dad thought he had Japanese knotweed in his garden, I took some photos and tried to identify the plant for myself but unfortunately I was unable too and then I came across this website that allowed me to send my photo to them free of charge and get an expert to identify the plant, I had a response within an hour and they even told me what the plant was. they put my dad's mind at ease because he was sure it was Japanese knotweed so if you think you have Japanese knotweed in your garden I would highly recommend using this service.
