After getting quotes and checking out different companies, Andrew from 'Better Indoors' came to carry out a survey on our property. He then explained everything in great detail in Laymans terms what would be sufficient for our property. Andrew is very knowledgeable. We received a quote later in the day, which wasn't the cheapest but we felt with his knowledge it generally made us feel that he and his team could do a good job. Andrew and one of his fitters arrived on time on the day of installation and carried out the work efficiently and tidily. Very impressed with the work carried out to a very high standard ( and we are quite particular) .Once we had informed Andrew we wanted Better Indoors to carry out the Installation, we were kept updated from order to fitting. We recommend this company.
Was looking for REME Halo which is not currently available in the US. Andrew was passionate about the product, but with the conversion and wire fee we decided to wait for it to be available here in the States. Nothing but good things about this company, even though we never completed the sale, I would recommend this business highly!
Needed a survey and tests to be done at the property i rented, was quoted a very reasonable price and arranged a call out, all within a day. Efficient and extremely professional service by Andrew, went well above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied to even adjust his work hours to match my availability. Completed the job to exceptional quality as if he was doing it for himself or a very close friend. Very intelligent and knowledgeable in his field, educating me as he worked. Can not recommend this company enough, 5 stars is not enough to do them justice.

Andrew is brilliant and clearly an expert in all things Radon. I rang last thing on a Friday evening panic stricken at some results out searches had brought up, and found Andrew online. He took time out of his Friday evening to thoroughly explain everything to me and provided masses of reassurance to us as a young family. In scenarios like this it would be so easy for a nefarious business to over egg the issue and sell in services where they weren’t needed, but Andrew did the total opposite, so you can really trust his recommendations and that he’s not just out for a quick sale.
