Really pleased with how Charles assessed the damp in the property using a damp meter with clear visuals. He was then able to quickly compile a report and action plan to tackle the real sources of the damp issues. Works included scaffolding and chimney works and well as vents into under floor cavities. Would recomend if you need a damp special to assess and complete required works.

Charles and Sergio were both very professional and helpful. I was extremely concerned about the damp problem I was experiencing in my conservatory and Charles was able to diagnose the problem promptly and Sergio resolved the roofing issues all within a couple of days. I may need some internal work doing within the next few months in the conservatory, and will have no hesitation in giving the work to EX10 in order to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this company.

Brilliant service. Prompt and very knowledgeable. Charles talked through the problem and possible solutions and gave very useful information as to why our tenant was experiencing mould/condensation. He explained to the tenant why the condensation was there and what he could do to reduce it. We will be able to carry out some of Charle’s suggestions ourselves but if further remedial work is required we will not hesitate to contact Charles to complete this work.

I cannot rate the EX10 team highly enough for professionalism and expertise. We recently experienced some storm damage to our roof, which meant loss of tiles and what looked like a hole. I was really concerned and was thinking the worst as the property is 100 years old. After talking to Charles and his initial assessment he reassured me that it could be repaired. I was extremely relieved. In less than one day the expert team at EX10 had replaced the tiles and repointed the chimneys at an extremely reasonable cost. Charles provided me with photographs showing me before and after images of the work completed, which gave me extra peace of mind.
