I can’t recommend Bio-Kil enough. I’ve used their services a few times over the years, from having our damp course re done to having damp surveys carried out in properties. The team have always been honest, fair and professional, giving a genuine and reliable survey, and doing a thorough job in any works that have been undertaken. Bio-Kil are the absolute go to Damp Specialists in Dorset for a trustworthy service.

Quick response, spot-on advise and efficient work, good team works. I will contact them as there are two more air bricks to replace with a sleeved one to complete cross ventilation.

I don't often do reviews but I thought it was important to do one for this Company, I had a inspection done, these guys were very helpful, they certainly know what they are talking about, Excellent service, Highly recommended.

I arranged for Bio-Kil to carry out a damp inspection, and they were incredibly quick and efficient. I had the inspection and received the report within a week. The two gents who carried out the works were fantastic! clean, tidy, and very polite. I’m extremely happy with the work they completed and would highly recommend their services!

I booked an appointment for a mould problem to be looked at and Kim promptly fitted me in. Extremely thourough on inspection and I was given fantastic advise of how to solve the problem. I also purchased some Anti mould paint from Bio-Kil and have since had no further issues. I am an extremely happy customer and would highly recommend Bio-Kil.

i discussed the horrendous damp issue in and around a cupboard that housed the meters,i offered to remove the cupboard door,or even the whole cupboard for easy access.KIM never replied,and carried on looking around the area to the left side,and the damp surrounding the meter cupboard.i received the quote,and a drawing with x's around either side of cupboard.i gave the go ahead.Kev came removed the radiator,started the work removing plaster from an area that clearly had no damp,and Kim had said wasnt damp,i questioned why he was removing plaster there?he stated thats what Kim had said to do.i went out while they carried on due to it being a messy job.Anyway i paid 1k, sometime later i realised the cupboard wasnt touched,the area around it now has got damp coming through above the membrane its soaking through the new wwallpaper .Kev cameback,he showed me his diagram.YES it didnt have x's in cupboard,my mistake,however neither of them ever pointed out that the meter cupboard area could not be done.should they have been truthful,accurate,and professional then i would no way wasted 1k for a bit of a job,and an area that didnt need doing.[ guess they got to attempt to make it look like a grands worth.the place was left messy,no one returned to put the radiator back after the plasterer had finished.my yard brush disappeared when they left,and 4 filthy old flexi buckets where left outside my property,which is flytipping,i managed to get him to take them on with him after alerting him to the fact.in a nutshell,record your conversations if you have them over and watch them like a hawk throughout the whole process.they'll get away with what the can

Damp treatment done during purchase of the property. Skeptical if there was ever any actual damp in the first place. The main problem is the finish that was left. Plaster board on walls that are thicker that the original render, and the plaster must’ve used a brick instead of a trowel. Carpet pulled back and then laid over the mess

Survey damp in hallway of flat. Remove render, inject damproofing and add membrane. I then had the wall re-plastered. I have had no more problems with damp along the treated wall.
