Diamond Builder

We hired Kerim to replace our windows and carry out rendering on the outside of our home. We chose him for his competitive pricing and professional approach. Him and his team were incredibly professional, friendly and timely. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and were incredibly respectful with the neighbors too. We were very impressed with the end result, thanks again to the whole team for such an amazing job.

Reliable and honest, did a good job.

I had a great experience working with Kerim and his construction company. They were professional, reliable, and delivered everything on time — and even beyond my expectations. The quality of their work was excellent, and they paid great attention to detail throughout the entire project. Communication was clear and consistent, which made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled construction services.

Reliable service and reasonable prices for the job is done always.

I used Diamond Builder to replace 7 regular double-glazed windows in addition to 2 large double glazed bay windows, a new French door, back door and new front door with side windows - cannot commend them highly enough. Diamond Builder is a business who give the extra to ensure they did a great job and ensure we were happy with their work. Kerim & his team were courteous and hardworking - always clearing up after themselves at the end of each day. Just make sure to keep the coffees and cakes coming - you won't go wrong !

Fantastic quality of work and efficient, respectful service. Very pleased with the finished product and recommend without reservation.

Excellent professional service. Went above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend Diamond Builders.

We chose Kerim and his team for an extension and he came highly recommended by our architect. He offered a competitive price and so we went ahead. Throughout the process, Kerim was excellent at communicating with us, giving us updates on the progress and next steps. We are so pleased with the extension which includes a kitchen diner and a bedroom. Kerim project managed the build well and was very organised with contractors. Kerim and his team are all lovely, approachable people too which helps when they're on site all day, 6 days a week! Overall, we could definitely recommend Diamond Builders.

Recommend, Kerim gave us his honest advice when planning what we wanted to do. Kind and helpful!

He’s done my roof recently and very happy for his professional work. His price was reasonable. Thank you

Highly recommend Kerim and the team at Diamond builders. Kerim has completed a number of projects for me around my home. The last was a complete bathroom refit which I had a clear brief of 5 star hotel bathroom feel. Once the walls were stripped back and the old flooring was taken up, the guys found that we had a long term leak that had rotted the joists. Obviously we had them replaced and Kerim managed to complete the job on time. A number of friends and family were so impressed by Kerim’s standard of work, he has had more work off the back of our job. Even completing an extension to a bungalow on our road. Kerim is about to refit two en-suite bathrooms for me. He came to price the job and came out with some ideas that weren’t on my radar. These ideas are going to gain more space. , making my property more desirable. Needless to say Diamond builders are my goto builder

Unacceptable work and not replying to messages about our concerns.

Had Kerim change 5 of my windows. Due to my ignorance I did not shop around and trusted Kerim with his workmanship and pricing. Too late into the process I found out he was £1300 more expensive than a local competitor but I was too late in the ordering process to cancel which was my fault. Coming in at £4000 for 5 windows I was expecting an exceptional job with all relevant paperwork including the most important FENSA certificate. I GOT NEITHER OF THESE! 4 months after getting these windows fitted I have still got no Fensa certificate as Kerim is supposedly not registered. He failed to mention this to me when going ahead with the works, he even promised I would get the certificate after full payment was received. I am now left with a damaged window, shoddy exterior workmanship, and no FENSA. Kerim is now not responding to my messages. Do not trust this business!

Recently we have had a full renovation in our flat. Excellent work, communication and tim keeping. Fantastic results, better than expected. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Fantastic Kitchen I had built by Diamond builders, very professional. Thank you guys.

Karim and Mo did a fantastic complete bathroom renovation. Extremely reliable, hardworking with excellent finish! Absolutely nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend.

We are blown away with the job Diamond Builders have just carried out for us. We’d desperately needed a full bathroom overhaul but with times as tight as they are, we needed to find someone who would give us real value for money and we could not have asked for more. Karim and his colleague Mohammed were punctual, polite, and never once did we feel that anything was too much trouble for them. Their advice, workmanship and attention to detail were things we weren’t certain were possible on our budget but I am so pleased we chose them. Our bathroom looks incredible now. So good that we now need Karim to come back to decorate our hallway and landing!! Out of five stars, we’d have to give Karim a 10! Thank you so much!
