Steve was fantastic from start to finish...excellent communication, excellent work and super tidy. We would highly recommend him!
Fantastic service and support from Steve. He was straight back out to follow up when I had an issue too. Would highly recommended
Had Steve for 4 days for rising damp. Informed us each of the process and work which would be carried out. Very professional and knowledgeable. At the end of each day he cleaned and hoovered, was very tidy as he went. He said he will be back in 12 weeks to check the work. We would use again and highly recommend to friends and family.
Called Steven on the Monday around lunchtime and he was able to arrange and go in to do the Damp Proofing survey the very next day! Very professional and efficient and the survey report he provided was concise and informative - even offered a discount if we wanted him to carry out the work for us next time! Couldn't recommend him more highly, great work and very professional!
Steve is such a professional, tidy and thorough person. A breath of fresh air! He takes 100% pride in his work and it is evident that he is an expert in his field. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone going forward. Such a kind man and I felt very comfortable with him in my home.
Just had Damp Proofing and Woodworm treatment re done by Steve at ABC on our 1860 house and have been very impressed as his expertise in this field is incredible he also gives a 30 year guarantee. He even kept the dust from drill holes after treatment to make the fill in mortar the same colour! He also repaired some of the damp course brickwork and pointed where it was around the damp proof section. He was tidy and punctual and polite. I have already recommended him to a good friend who has booked him for their job. Thank you Steve. 5 stars 🌟 from us.
