I originally intended to have my mothers engagement ring repaired but after discussion and ideas we decided to take the diamond from my mothers engagement ring and have a custom made ring that was perfect for my other half. They are very discreet and even more punctual with their time. You WILL NOT be disappointed using this company when finding the perfect engagement ring. Going to FANCI for bespoke jewellery is truly an experience and one that I have been through twice. When I came to FANCI I wanted two signet rings that would celebrate our family, and the bond that me and my twin brother have been lucky enough to have over the last three decades. The process included a consultation to decide materials and design, followed by a 3D computer render and print. The level of detail on our family coat of arms is nothing short of incredible but what makes it truly unique to us is the engraved paper boat on the inside, that the team helped me to select. We have both had huge ups and downs and a philosophy that we both deeply believe in is that “smooth seas don’t make good sailors.” Thank you for creating something that I will likely take with me until my last breath. Having been so pleased with the rings I went back to FANCI for an engagement ring. I knew I wanted to go bespoke and thankfully I did because my now fiancée has her dream ring. The team at FANCI are amazing and you can tell they love doing what they do. They throw all their enthusiasm into every commission that comes through their door. If you have a budget in mind I would highly recommend paying them a visit before buying off the shelf, as there are lots of factors that can be tweaked to meet your requirements. There is something truly special about having bespoke jewellery made and I will always be pushing friends and family towards bespoke pieces.

Absolute scam artists. Ordered a wedding ring in Palladium with coloured bands running through. Turned up and when we mentioned the fact that the ring wasn’t in Palladium as requested and quoted, their excuse was that the salesman had misquoted us it was just tough and given the wedding was a week away, what was I going to do. The coloured engraved bands were the wrong colour and not in the design requested and the colour disappeared after a couple of weeks and overall just a really poor experience. 100% wouldn’t recommend or ever use again, you’d be better ordering from Wish than this lot. My review comes from when you were the ring Studio and based on London Road. The reason you wouldn’t be able to find a “ring meeting the description” is you never ordered anything close to ring I ordered, but with a week to go before the wedding what else was I going to do. I am more than happy to provide paperwork from the original order, but like I said, the ring supplied is nothing like that paperwork. I wonder if that’s why the business changed it’s name?

We came to Fanci after meeting Amelia at a wedding fayre. My husband wanted to incorporate his late Dad's wedding ring into his wedding ring some how, and Amelia was so helpful and gave him a few examples of what they could do for him. We met Amelia again in the shop and she showed us a few more examples of what they could do with my late father-in-law's ring. Fanci created a fantastic ring for my husband and I know he find it very special and it means a lot to him. I also ended up getting my ring from Fanci as I couldn't resist the sparkle. Amelia was great with that as well. There was an issues with my ring when it was back at the store, but they noticed this and sorted it without a problem and I don't know what was wrong, because when I picked it up it was perfect. I love my ring I also want to say a big thank you to Eleanor as well who helped me with getting my engagement ring (from elsewhere) refurbished in time for our wedding day. It was like it was brand new again. My husband and I couldn't recommend Fanci enough. They were brilliant from start to finish!

Firstly I'd like to thank not only Rob and Amelia for their hard work but also the staff working tirelessly behind the scenes in order to get my ring in time for my proposal. I first came to Fanci after unsuccessfully browsing for engagement rings for my now fiancée and immediately I felt a sense that I was in the right place and they can create the exact ring I wanted. I was yet to have that feeling of "this is the one" when searching for a ring but Rob sat me down and offered me a hot drink and we both discussed the rings I had looked at. We talked about what I felt my fiancée would like down to the finest detail and with the use of technology, it really helped customising a ring that you can visualise and I finally had that feeling I had been searching for. He updated me regarding the progress of the ring and how it was coming along. Fanci had a strict schedule of when the ring had to be made and they didnt fail me, despite complications with Royal Mail strikes. Communication throughout the whole process was faultless and even though they had come up against issues regarding the delivery of my ring, they pulled out all the stops to make sure the ring was available on time. More importantly, my now fiancée is absolutely in love with her ring! I cannot stress how helpful and enthusiastic Rob and Amelia are, their passion for the job shines through and they are a huge credit to Fanci. My fiancée and I are now currently in the process of getting our wedding bands made with Fanci and there was never a doubt on where we would purchase it from. I couldn't recommend Fanci enough!

We came to Fanci for our wedding rings as my engagement ring isn't a simple circular band. Initially, we were concerned that a fully bespoke option would now the budget but it wasn't actually much more than the other options we looked at, and boy was the small amount extra worth it. The team are delightful, and took their time to find out exactly what we wanted by showing example rings as a starting point. They then took a point cloud scan of my engagement ring and emailed me a CAD rendering to confirm we were happy. We then got a plastic 3D printed prototype to test the fit, and a last chance to make any changes before the workshop made the finished article. When we collected today I took in a bracelet which had broken. Fanci are really kindly repairing it for me free of charge. We'll certainly be back for future jewellery needs.

The team at Fanci were phenomenal and we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful wedding rings. We were first introduced to Fanci at a wedding faire, and I’m so glad that we found them. I have an heirloom ring that was unfortunately about a size and a half too big, with a pattern the whole way round. When talking to other jewellers they said the only option would be to cut the ring in order to make it fit correctly (which I really didn’t want to do); the team at Fanci suggested creating a custom ring that would both fill in the space to my finger and protect the original ring. My partner also had an idea for his ring that the team were able to create exactly as he described. We felt as though we were involved every step of the way. We were sent 3D rendered images to approve, the team then created 3D printed versions of the rings for us to try on to ensure the fit and design were exactly as we wanted. At this stage I asked for a slight alteration to the design, which the team were happy to accommodate and sent over the revised design within a few days. We are so grateful to have found Fanci, and can’t describe how happy we are with the rings they have created for us.

The best customer service I've ever had!! Amelia is FANTASTIC!!! I had jewellery from my late, Mum, Dad & Gran just sitting in a box never being worn. I had the idea of having it made into items I would wear & a friend recommended I try FANCI. I booked & appointment & met with Amelia, she couldn't have mean more helpful & understanding of me needs and the fact this was an emotional as well as exciting decision for me. After a discussion of the options I had I settled on a solid gold bangle with inset sapphires and a heart shaped dog paw pendant inset with rubies and sapphires. All the gold & stones come from items from my late relatives. The results when I went to pick them up 10 weeks later were fantastic and brought me to tears they are so beautiful. I now have 2 items of jewellery I never take off and it feels like I am carrying Mum, Dad & Gran with me all the time, I never take either off. From the moment I walked in store, Amelia was friendly, welcoming, and so helpful. She listened to my request carefully, and used her expert knowledge. I needed 2 rings resizing in a short time frame. Despite not being rings from Fanci, they were more than happy to help. Sure enough a few days later as promised the rings were ready. The craftsmanship was superb, the rings were resized, made perfectly circular (where previously they weren't), the edges were tidied up, and they had been polished. I took her rings in under the auspices of having them cleaned for our anniversary so Fanci could make 3D impressions of them with their CAD software, etc. The appointment was personal and professional when discussing my needs and the rings came back beautifully clean! Within a reasonable timescale, Fanci designed some options and sent them across for review. They happily and quickly made changes without affecting the quoted price. Since early last year after getting my father-in-law's blessing, I was searching for the perfect engagement ring. My father-in-law knows a far bit about jewellery and since his contact was unavailable during covid, he got me in contact with Amelia at Fanci. Amelia was great from day one, she explained the process and made each step nice and simple. Thankfully I had already spent time searching the internet for designs saved. After choosing the one I wanted, Amelia took the time and found the original source for more angles of the ring. It took some time, but Amelia and the team created an incredible piece. Everyone comments on how lovely the ring is, especially my fiancée - who adores it. There was so back and forth with alterations during the design process, but Amelia was accommodating and made sure my concerns were resolved. The ring needs to be resized, it is only just too small by a single size. Got in contact with Amelia the same day as the proposal and it is back with them for alterations. Fantastic service. I got in touch with Fanci to purchase an engagement ring. From when I first contacted Amelia to enquire about rings I knew I had found the right shop. Amelia was incredibly helpful throughout the experience starting with a video call (due to the pandemic) where she explained my options very clearly to me, to letting me know when the ring was ready. The overall purchasing experience was very proffesional, but Amelia also made it quite personal by wishing me luck before and congratulating me after I proposed. The level of care she gave me as a customer can not be found often. If you are looking for an engagement ring or other jewellery I couldn't recommend Fanci more.

I was put in touch with Amelia (via the online form) regarding a resizing of my wedding band, as well as a refurbishment of an heirloom I was given from my late grandmother. The service I have received has been second to none - despite COVID and the shop being closed, communication has been excellent and I was able to drop off and pick up my rings within a matter of days. We first met Amelia at a Wedding fair, & were totally amazed by the service, Fanci offered. The way they take your engagement ring, use an amazing machine to take many images of it, so you can have your wedding ring molded around it perfectly. They send you a rubber model, so you can try it before it is made. What a wonderful idea. We then had our Wedding rings made by Fanci, & my stunning Diamond pendant. My father recently passed away and left me a half sovereign. I had a meeting with Chris/Amelia and we talked about how we could make this into a piece of bespoke jewellery. We discussed a design for a pendant. I also had my mums old engagement ring that was very worn and tired. Also my mums wedding ring that also was very dull. They designed a beautiful pendant and a perfect copy of my mums engagement ring and polished her wedding ring. They used 3D print technology so that I was able to see the item before it went into full production and I was able to make any changes that I wanted. However the pendant and engagement ring was perfect from the word go and my mums wedding ring is sparkling again. I was dealt with professionally and with kindness because of my bereavement, they managed to get my pendant finished so I was able to wear on the day of my Dads funeral. I can’t recommend this wonderful company enough.

I can’t thank you enough. Your customer service from the moment I contacted you (albeit with not a lot of time) was the best I have ever received. I work during the opening times of the shop and the team happily stayed late one evening and opened up early the following morning. Admittedly this is in unprecedented times !! I contacted FANCI initially after I lost some stones from my engagement ring but after meeting with Amelia and discussing options, I decided I'd also like the ring to be completely reset into a 'wed fit' style so I could wear a straight wedding band. Amelia was lovely to deal with and a couple of weeks after the visit, I was sent two CAD drawings to choose from. Shortly after this, I received both designs in 3D form in the post. It was so great to be able to try these on before making the final decision. It was about two weeks later that the final ring was ready to be collected and I am 100% happy with the ring. I have an usual shaped engagement ring and I knew I would always need something custom made so I made an enquiry with Fanci. At my first appointment I met Amelia. I ordered my wife's bespoke wedding ring as it had to wrap around her engagement ring back in 2016 and was beyond our expectations. To complement the engagement ring and wedding ring I have just ordered an eternity ring as a birthday present to match the wedding ring to sit on the other side of the engagement ring. As this was a surprise for my wife I was sent a mould compound to take an impression of the engagement ring. The eternity ring has just been delivered this morning and is absolutely perfect. It is always a risk when ordering this way but from the onset and having previous dealings with Fanci I had total faith in their work and am certainly pleased with the ring and service.

Brilliant service - A real gem! Was out and about on Sat (21/3/20) before the Corona curfew; Everywhere was closed, apart from Fanci. I popped in for a chat, and decided (randomly) to have my wedding ring re-rhodium plated(!). The work was completed in days, to an 'as new' standard, & at a very reasonable price. My wife Carol broke her platinum engagement ring following a riding accident and it had to be cut off... It laid for several years in her jewel box in a very sorry state, however she always promised to have it repaired ‘one day’. On her last birthday her wish was to have no presents, but just to get her engagement ring repaired. We searched and found FANCI jewellers and arranged a visit to get a quotation. The staff were really great and offered us a new 3/4 ring shank and they could completed the works within 7 days... We had a couple of days to think it over and decided to go for the repairs... A few days passed and a telephone call was received within the week. We made a trip into Southampton and popped into FANCI... WOW - the ring was fantastic and as good as new. Carol was so pleased and it now matches up with her wedding ring again.. After a fantastic service with Fanci making our wedding rings in 2016, I returned to Fanci to have a ring refurbished that I inherited from mum. As a child this ring always sparkled and was a true reflection of her. Although my ring is silver and the stones marcasite, the sentimental value far weighs. Amelia and the team at Fanci, couldn’t have been more helpful. I even had both my engagement ring and wedding band polished up while I was there! On the day of picking up my ring I was wearing another ring that had a few marcasite missing. Wow! Wow! Wow! The service in the store is second to none, looked after impeccably by Georgia. My engagement ring (bought 6 years ago) never fitted right against my wedding ring. When a tiny diamond had come away, I went into the shop for a replacement, only for them to tell me they could redesign my ring and make it ‘wed fit’. I was so conscious to keep the ring as it originally looked but I trusted them wholeheartedly to do a fab job. I approved the CAD designs which looked great and when I picked up my ring this morning it was like I had got engaged all over again! My ring is 10x better than it was before, cleaned, re-rhodium and resized and it fits beautifully against my wedding ring. At first all seemed good with this jewellers. We were promised bespoke rings made in house well within our timeframe. We purchased the rings up front in full in January and thought we would give them time so asked to collect on the 1st May ready for our wedding on the 11th June. However they were not ready by May and all we were told was 'they should be in the next delivery' as an excuse. Firstly this proves they are not made in house. Secondly how can they have not completed the rings after nearly 4 months! We eventually got the ring towards the end of May after much stress (not needed before a wedding) but they were not finished! Detail on my wife's was missing and mine did not fit and had a poor finish. Every day we called and had the same excuse that they should be in the next delivery. It got to the night before we left to get married when we got them delivered to our house by the owner who seemed annoyed he had to drive to us, not apologetic at all. My wife was in tears about this terrible service several times, we were offered no compensation, and my ring WAS STILL FAULTY! Its edges were so sharp I scratch furniture and my steering wheel so it had to go back again. I almost laughed when I returned a week later and it was not ready as they had promised, but should be in the next delivery! We have had our rings checked by an independent jeweller who thinks the craftsmanship is poor. They had all of our money from January just sat in their bank and just about managed to deliver the rings by June. Awful service, poor quality items, stress and lies. In short, do not use this company.
