The repair was completed to a high standard, and you can hardly tell there was any damage. I’m very pleased with the result and would highly recommend their services.

Guys came in to steam clean the carpets, they were quick, explained the process, and the carpets look miles better now with a huge amount of built-up dirt removed.

We’ve been using Pro-clean for a number of years for our end of year student cleans and various flats throughout the year and we’d be lost without them. Unlike most other cleaning companies Carl and the gang bend over backwards to help out, no job too big or too small. Would also recommend for carpet and sofa cleaning too. All in all you can’t go wrong with Pro-clean, very accommodating with a quality service. Keep up the good work guys!!

I’ve been using Pro-Clean Sheffield for a couple of years now, and get my full house done usually once a year. I always look forward to the after results because my carpets look immaculate! Carl did a first class job repairing a big gap and some other damage on our living room carpet that we were very close to just replacing after having some other work done - glad we didn’t! The pictures speak for themselves - would highly recommend. Competitive price; good communication ahead of the job and great attention to detail and finish with the job itself.

Excellent deep clean of my parents house. Really pleased that ProClean came out to assess the job so allowed the time it needed. Communication excellent and a really good job with attention to detail. Astounding results from the carpet cleaning . Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Never used but we were recently pulled up at the side of a road with the hazards on as my wife had to take a call. These guys were driving past and stopped to see if everything was ok. Would recommend them just on the basis that they're obviously nice people.

We've had a great experience with Pro-Clean Sheffield, highly recommended. Excellent service, reasonable rates, very professional.

I have used Pro-Clean at least 3 times now for carpet and general cleaning. Carl and Sam communicate clearly and promptly by email and phone. Results good.

The crew who came out to both my old and new house were absolutely fantastic. Their cleaning was top notch and they were genuinely caring people. Moving is stressful and having a few minutes chat on both days with those nice folks really brought a smile to my face. Thank you very much!

pro clean did an excellent job and I am highly delighted with the result. Carl the carpet repair man was most pleasant. Good communication with the company. Would definitely recommend

Lovely team, great job, professional. Great

Had a party and needed a few red wine stains removed and the carpets cleaned. Rang Pro-clean and they came within the week and cleared all the stains for a very reasonable price. A professional and reliable service. Would definitely use again.

We used Pro-Clean on the recommendation of RedBrik and ProClean have been the best cleaning team we ever worked with. Carl, Sam and their team have been superb to deal with. House is spotless. On time, on budget and above expectations.

Carl and his amazing team have just completed an excellent deep clean of my late father in laws house which was in great need of some TLC. They left the property absolutely gleaming with no corner untouched and with carpets that we thought were perhaps beyond cleaning, now looking like they have many more years of use left in them. What a transformation. From start to finish, Carl has been a pleasure to deal with and was extremely responsive and fair. They were such a hard working team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Thank you so much.

Carl was really responsive, polite and professional. The clean on my sofa and carpets was fantastic and the house clean was good. Very pleased overall and would use again. The sofa looks brand new and the carpets have a new lease of life. Thank you !

Really great service. When we hit problems (not of their making all mine) they were flexible and helpful. Excellent communication - we were doing this from a distance - these are people you can trust.

David arrived on time . He was very polite and helped me a great deal. He did a brilliant job of the whole house carpets very clean and smell great . Very professional .

Excellent service from initial contact with their office through to departure of the first class operatives on completion of the clean. Will certainly use this company again..

Superb service from Carl at Pro-clean! Our dog scratched out a patch of carpet in the doorway between or living room and kitchen and made a real mess that I thought had ruined our carpet. The worst thing I did was to try and repair it myself! If it happens, don’t touch it and get in touch with Pro-clean straight away!! I found this company via a web search and it’s the best thing I did! Carl came on time, was polite, professional and cleaned up afterwards…The repair is great, obviously patching new carpet to old isn’t ideal but Carl did a great job and I would highly recommend his services

Pro-clean are extremely efficient providing a friendly and professional service. This is the second time we have used them as our carpets and furnishing look and smell amazing when they have finished. We would recommend them to everyone.

Required some work to a new carpet, booked it on the Sunday, work completed on the Tuesday and the standard is excellent. Thoroughly recommend!

We used Pro-Clean for a deep clean service in our new home. We could not have asked for a better job. They were friendly and thorough in their work. Highly recommended, great service!

We have been using Proclean services for over 2 years now and they are great. Carl is fantastic and does a quick clean job, but so does everyone on his team. I very happily call every time we need something done. The most recent clean had carpet looking new again.

Great service - carpet looks good as new! Very responsive and fitted us in the same say I called.

Cleaned my daughters carpet so it looks like new and repaired two areas the puppies had chewed the carpet away and it now looks like nothing ever happened! Brilliant, professional, and friendly service. Would highly recommend. 5star!

Had Pro Clean round today to clean our sofa, it didn’t have any major stains on but even still the results are evident. Amazed at how much brighter it looks. My husband dealt with the man that came (didn’t catch his name) said he was a nice bloke, open and honest about the whole process and what could and couldn’t be achieved. Will definitely use the services again.

Just used pro clean for the first time to clean our salon floor. Excellent service, can highly recommend. Thank you Carl x

Good quality service. On time, thorough, friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely use it again in the future.

I have now used Pro-Clean on 2 occasions. The 1st was on a commercial property and I was that impressed that I had my carpet and sofa cleaned in my own home. Both jobs were left looking like brand new and totally exceeded my expectations. A great professional service that I would not hesitate to recommend or use again in the future.

I needed an end of tenancy clean and Carl got back to me quickly and professionally. I was not there during the clean (as I have relocated to the Netherlands) but from the photos I have seen they have done a great job with giving it a thorough clean. Would recommend.

Carl and his team did a fantastic job very professional and efficient company to use highly recommend to family and friends.

Cleaned the carpets before we moved in, looked brand new. Then returned a week later to remove a black grease stain from the carpet that I unfortunately caused and didn't rip me off. Excellent job on both occasions and highly recommended!

Really happy with the service I have received from pro-clean from start to finish. Really happy with how the house looks and the work that was done and appreciated the little touch of texting me to see where my pegs were and hanging out my washing. Would recommend and use again. Thanks

This was our first time using Pro Clean and we’re extremely happy with the results, our sofas and carpets look and feel like new again. Pro Clean replied within minutes of me requesting a quote and the work was carried out days later. We’re really happy with the overall experience Pro Clean have provided.

Amazing everything was so clean!

100% recommend! An amazing job every time. We're always put in the diary quickly and always happy with the price of the service. Carl has even shared great tips to help maintain the cleanliness of the carpets and ways to avoid spills from the kids.

Fantastic service! Polite, professional, and very good!! The finished results were better than expected! Highly recommended.

Absolutely exceptional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Spoke to a member of your team in my area (despite the fact you say you don't operate here) and she was incredibly rude. It definitely was your company as the logo is the same as is the number.

We needed our entire flat deep cleaning before moving out at short notice. Pro Clean saved the day! Scott and Michelle worked very hard and had the job done in a professional and timely manor. They did a particularly amazing job cleaning the oven. I would highly recommend this company, 5 stars from me!

Highly recommend pro clean. They made our sofas look brand new and smell amazing after getting dog wee and ink on them. Great work from a great company.

So impressed with the service - I booked in for an end of tenancy clean after eleven years in the same property, and the team did an amazing job of bringing the house back up to scratch. A really friendly team who left the rooms, carpets, and even the oven looking like new. I couldn't be happier - highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Needed an end of tenancy clean for my flat. Thanks to the friendly, professional and thorough service from the cleaner, I have my full deposit back. Very happy.

Another great experience with pro-clean; professional service, cannot believe the results on my stairs and landing carpet looks brilliant. Pricing competitive would recommend.

A very professional service from Pro-Clean. This was a last minute booking as I needed to clean my house for new owners. The place looked like new afterwards! Very good communication also.

The Best cleaners I ever had. Brilliant service, people you can trust. I always recommend Pro-Clean to all of my mates. Thank you guys!

I was very impressed - the team did a great job. Also, they returned to me a gold ring that they found under a sofa, which I think belonged to my grandmother - they are very trustworthy. I can strongly recommend this company.

Fantastic cleaning service, very reliable and polite. As a trader myself I now always recommend pro-clean to all my customers.

Very responsive during the booking process, e.g replying late at night. When the ladies came they were really friendly and discussed what they were going to do. I felt comfortable leaving them in my house whilst I was at work. I came home to a wonderfully cleaned house, especially the bathroom and windows. I would really recommend this cleaning company as they exceeded my expectations. A great job done and fantastic customer service. Thank you. Alexis Foster
