4.6

Customers of Billie's Cleaners describe Billie as reliable, thorough and trustworthy, with one reviewer saying she has cleaned for them for about 10 years. Several reviewers say she is helpful with awkward jobs such as taking an oven apart, cleaning a vacuum filter and getting out stains, and one says she also changes bedding, helps with their dog, folds and puts away laundry, organises cupboards and puts the bin out at no extra charge. Reviewers also mention her cheerful manner and good conversation, and one says they trust her enough to give her a key to their house. One reviewer reports a bad experience, saying money and valuables went missing and that they do not trust her; this is the only negative account in the reviews supplied.

I dint know where I'd be without her. I'm struggling with mobility and disregarded having a cleaner for a while but I'm glad my daughter convinced me otherwise. Billie not only cleans but changes the bedding, helps with my dog, folds laundry and puts away, cleans and organisers the cupboards and puts the bin out at no additional charge. We have great conversations about all sorts.

Billie is really reliable and always leaves things super clean. She’s also really helpful with those awkward cleaning jobs that I wouldn’t know where to start with myself like taking the oven apart or cleaning the vacuum filter or getting stains out. Good for a chat too!
