Reviews
4.8
The reviews for Clean4Change LTD include many reports of thorough deep cleans, with reviewers often mentioning TJ and his team by name. Reviewers repeatedly describe the team as professional, friendly and polite, and many say they would recommend the business or use it again. Several mention short-notice bookings and point to attention to detail, including one reviewer who was asked to inspect the work before the team left. A few reviewers say less positive things: one reported a filthy deep clean, unhelpful responses and a refused refund; another reported average cleaning, a broken window and missing cleaning products; a third reported dust and dirt left behind and damage to a socket. One reviewer also suggested using buckets of hot water with detergent instead of spray products and cloths.
Excellent work by the team. Very professional and attentive to detail.
Absolute rip-off and health hazard. Avoid Clean4Change Sheffield! I hired a professional "Deep Clean" for a 2-bedroom flat and paid £185 total via bank transfer. The flat was already freshly painted and had no appliances (no fridge, no washing machine), so their workload was minimal. Even so, a team of 5 rushed through the flat in less than 2 hours and left it in a disgusting, unhygienic state. When I inspected it, I was horrified. I have found the shower drain completely filled with a massive accumulation of hair and slime, the bathroom sink plug covered in thick black mould, and heavy grease caked around the kitchen hob knobs and cupboard cornices. They literally just passed a cloth over the surfaces to remove dust and hid the real filth. I had to force the cleaner to wipe down basic stains in front of me, and he insolently replied "Oh, aren't they clean?" when I pointed out the filthy blinds. The carpets still have the exact same stains after paying a £60 extra! They completely lack professional products, equipment, and standards. Management has ignored my formal complaints and refused to issue a refund. A formal case has been opened with my bank and Trading Standards for breach of contract and fraud. Look at the pictures before hiring them!
TJ and the team did an outstanding job on a full deep clean for my 4 bed 2 bathroom house. After I called TJ came the same day then the day after they completed the whole house in less than 5 hours! Highly recommended.
They did an amazing job with the deep clean of my flat! So efficient and clean!
Excellent Move-Out Cleaning Service We had a really great experience with this company for our move-out clean. They did an excellent job and paid great attention to detail. Everything was cleaned to a very high standard and finished to perfection. They also kindly helped us remove a couple of unwanted items from the property for disposal, which was incredibly handy. To top it all off, they helped empty all the bins before leaving, which was a huge help during a busy move. We really appreciated their hard work, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning service!
This service is brilliant. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for deep cleaning in Sheffield.
Terrible company stay away ! I got this company to come and clean my kitchen and bathroom thinking they would do a good job I was so wrong the cleaning was very average and they ended up breaking my window . They stole some of my cleaning products too !!!
Amazing service by TJ. It's not the first time me and my family have used TJs company. He has never let us down. From the initial contact through to job completion he's communication and work standards are always excellent. No cutting corners. Couldn't have been more satisfied. House looks spotless. Very highly recommended.
TJ and his team carried out an end of tenancy deep clean in a property left in very poor condition and did an excellent job. TJ has a friendly approach and is professional in his application to work.
TJ and his team were a pleasure to have in our home. They were professional, polite and unbelievable at what they do. Our house has never looked as good as it did when TJ and his team were finished. Thank you again for doing such a great job.
Really quick and amazing service! Thanks so much TJ and team. My oven looks brand new and the attention to detail is 10/10 🏆
Excellent all round will recommend to family and friends
Great cleaners! Very good communication and co-ordination. Left the place very clean, getting to bits I wouldn't. Would recommend.
Professional and enthusastic services i am very happy
TJ and his team did a fantastic deep clean of our house. Every nook and cranny was cleaned thoroughly and the house was sparkling afterwards. Highly recommend!
TJ and his team were great! They deep cleaned our house when we first moved in. Incredibly thorough and friendly.
Don't believe any of these 5 stars review, they don't know what they are doing, this is picture of our new painted wall. they are scam, he just pretends he is very professional cleaner, they were so many stains, dirt everywhere I had to clean it after they left. Don't belive it, they changed us £140 , there was a lady even didn't know English, let alone cleaning, fake business.they were keep spraying everywhere, I don't think they knew what they are doing
Great service! Would definitely use again. TJ was very professional and sorted us out with a deep clean before Christmas
Excellent service, thank you
Honestly the best cleaners l've ever spoken too. TJ was an amazing person Deouda was also incredible. I had an amazing conversation with them about life, and even helped them move bags. Was almost in tears seeing the results
Excellent, professional service provided by TJ and his colleagues. Would recommend!
TJ went the extra mile to accommodate us at the last minute. He is very friendly, yet professional and punctual. He and his team delivered high-quality work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
Excellent service, TJ and his team are very polite, professional, and thorough. Definitely recommend.
Very responsive and professional service by TJ
TJ and team - fantastic job. Superb, professional, thorough clean. Great price. Would highly recommend.
Tj responded at very short notice and even came out to look at the job and quote on a Sunday. Arrived punctually at 8.30 am but was unfortunately let down by the very late arrival of the removal firm. This meant his team had to work around the removal men and all my boxes and furniture. They remained calm, friendly and polite despite having to work in an environment resembling DIY SOS, with people and 'stuff' getting in the way. 😄. They worked hard and efficiently and left my old home clean and ready for the new purchasers to move in. I would only suggest to T J that they could save some time, effort and cost, and leave the job even more sparkling and fresh, by using buckets of hot water with appropriate detergent for some of the cleaning, instead of all neat spray products and cloths/kitchen towels/mops. However, this is just my own personal view and way of cleaning. Thank you so much for a job very well done under difficult circumstances😀👍😀👍
I would highly recommend the Clean4Change team. They did such a good job with very short notice and excellent rates.
Contacted TJ at very short notice to deep clean my dad’s flat whilst he was in hospital. TJ was super responsive and very accommodating. The clean was absolutely amazing - the whole team did a brilliant job for a very fair charge. I will definitely use them again and recommend to others. Top marks!
TJ and team thanks a lot for the wonderful cleaning. You guys are the best. Appreciate all the hard work you do to make my house look clean and tidy all the time.
Excellent service from start to finish by TJ and his team. Punctual, polite, and hard working. Good communication throughout. Got the cleaning job done at a good price and fitted us in quickly. Thank you
Much appreciation to TJ and the team for the perfect moving out clean at the place I used to live in Sheffield. The communications clear and honest and as a family ran business they earned my trust from the start. I highly recommend!
We recently hired TJ for a deep clean, and him and his team did an outstanding job! They cleaned a carpeted room, tackled moulded windows in multiple rooms, and were incredibly thorough—insisting on cleaning every corner. What really impressed me was their willingness to go the extra mile. They even helped remove peeling wallpaper and cleaned the mould behind it, which wasn’t expecting but truly appreciated. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to a spotless space were top-notch. Highly recommend their services!
Helpful, conscientious and hard-working.
This is a great company. TJ was very responsive and agreed to a full house clean on short notice. He came round to price up the job and was very polite and helpful. Him and his team were very thorough and provided an exceptional deep clean. The price was fair and the clean more than satisfied my expectations.
Our commercial kitchen was in need of a deep clean and we wanted to source a local company to support our local economy. Clean4Change fitted the bill perfectly. All contact was swift and courteous from them, they arrived on time, did a very thorough job and we consider them excellent value for money. Their environmental approach also supports our values. I'd have no hesitation in recommending TJ and his team.
TJ is an excellent communicator and focuses on the work. He has a methodical way of working and delivers 100% results. I recommend him to anyone. He is a professional and amazing human being. Wishing you good luck !
Very good deep clean, would recommend and certainly call again
Job was completed very well and on little notice. I would definitely recommend these cleaners and would use them again with no hesitation!
TJ and his team did an amazing job at cleaning our new home before we moved in. His happy and friendly demeanor made communication very easy. It took his team just over 5 hours to cover the entire house and it was spotless clean after they were done. He ensured we took a look before they confirmed completion of their work and his price was very reasonable too. I'd recommend TJ and his services to anyone looking for a clean and fresh home.
Where do I start with this person he has been to my mums and grandma house many times, on the first 2-3 clean he did a good job then as time has gone on he doesn’t clean no more but still has taken full money off my mum and grandma who is old that can’t clean no more. I asked for a deep clean he did no deliver him and his worker did not do that they left all the dust on the tables didnt clean none of the windows they left out all the walls and I specifically told them and shown them what exactly I wanted cleaning come to the end of the clean I gave the full amount which he asked for which 185 like a honest and loyal costumer would but I ask said I am not happy with the clean which I shown him everything that wasn’t clean which he saw and accepted at the time but later then refused to do any clean because he said I have 3 hours and it’s not enough which he should of made clear at the beginning of the job I need more time he later then argued and walked out he also damaged an things he’s broken a socket which i didn’t say anything because i thought a mistake can happen to anything one he cleaned my gas’s and lost parts of it which when i asked he’s ignored my messages, all i can say is i do not recommend this person to anyone he used my products and cloths and his worker used one cloth around the whole house they don’t have any work ethics in them very very rude money scammers.
TJ and his team were very friendly, polite and did an absolutely phenomenal job, couldn't recommend them enough! Great price and worth every penny as well!
TJ and his team were excellent. He was very communicative throughout the entirety of the job. Explaining the process on his initial visit (prior to cleaning). Then on arrival TJ and his team were thorough, well prepared, and efficient with their services. Keeping me updated as we got close to it being finished and asking me to inspect before they left in case there was anything they may have missed. They did not miss anything, and I don't think my oven had ever been this clean! Great job! Would recommend.
TJ and his crew was amazing. Very professional and did the job as promised. House looks fresh as new. Very reliable and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend his service as his prices are very genuine.

We were astounded by TJ and his team today, going way beyond our expectations. We had a deep clean of our house, which included the cooker, hob, cooker hood, microwave, as well as washing all the carpets. There was meticulous attention given to cleaning all nooks and crannies. The team were very hardworking and friendly, and TJ made sure that we were happy with the results before they left. The price is very reasonable as well. We shall be contacting them again, would happily recommend.

I recently hired Clean4Change to clean my flat in preparation for decorating, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They went above and beyond to ensure the entire space was spotless and ready for the next stage of work. Every surface, corner, and hidden spot was thoroughly cleaned to perfection. The team was prompt, professional, and extremely attentive to detail. They brought all the necessary equipment and supplies, which made the whole process effortless on my part. What impressed me the most was their commitment to quality—it’s clear they take pride in what they do. They even took the time to check in with me during the clean to make sure everything was up to standard. I would highly recommend Clean4Change to anyone needing a deep clean, especially if you’re preparing for renovations or decorating. Thanks to them, my flat feels fresh, and I’m now ready to move forward with the next steps. A five-star experience all the way!
Uncle TJ the absolute legend and his team came and did a deep clean of my home. Left it better than it’s ever been. Great price and great service. Highly recommended.
TJ is polite, dedicated, friendly, and honest. I asked him to clean the house, move the fridge, and relocate some boxes. He handled moving the fridge and boxes very professionally and carefully. I suggested that he could start a moving company.
We've all been there, sat in the kitchen drinking a cuppa and looking around thinking, 'I'll get to those window frames and the top of the units next time I have a day off.' but you never do. It's the same for the deep clean of the oven. Well, TJ and his team at Clean4Change are just who you need. TJ is friendly, professional and enthusiastic. He did a deep clean of my kitchen including the oven, hob and extractor. Another team member cleaned the bathroom, and the downstairs toilet and vacuumed the hall stairs and landing. The price quoted was excellent and value for money. I recommend TJ for all your cleaning needs.
I would definitely recommend TJ and his team. They did an amazing job! It needed cleaning everywhere as we just moved in and the previous owners had three dogs and have not cleaned anywhere at all. All the windows were done the blinds the lamps, the door frames the doors, every single skirting board behind radiators, all carpets were washed. TJ left our oven looking brand-new And hob and extractor fan! We left TJ and team to clean, and It was so wonderful to come back to a lovely clean house. Would definitely recommend and definitely use this service again.
TJ and his team were quick, efficient and absolutely fantastic in service. I've never had such a quick turnaround or more attentive cleaning before! My house is absolutely spotless and I will definitely be using Clean4Change again in a heartbeat. Their prices are also incredibly competitive but, regardless, I would happily pay more if need be to use them again.
