I was very pleased with the service that I was provided. The arranging of the appointment, which I left a bit late, went very well, and Sarah did her best to get me two agents at a time that was perfect. Communication was professional and timely. The actual cleaners were great. They did an awesome job, and the place looked super when they left. They were both personable, professional, thorough, and kind. I would use them again if I needed. And likely use their other services I found they offer!

I wanted to leave feedback following the recent clean of my uncle’s flat in Reading. The property had not been properly maintained for a considerable period of time and required a deep, thorough clean rather than a routine visit. From initial contact through to completion, your team were professional, punctual and clear in their communication. Most importantly, the standard of work delivered was excellent. Areas that were heavily soiled have been restored to a hygienic and presentable condition, and the overall transformation of the flat has been significant. Particular attention to the kitchen and bathroom areas was very much appreciated. Given the circumstances — coordinating remotely and managing matters on behalf of a vulnerable family member — reliability and trust were critical. Your team delivered on both. Great cleaning and friendly staff!

I had a short-notice deep clean to do on an empty house in Tilehurst. Sakala did a great job at a great price. I live in Cornwall so couldn’t get to the house myself and had to arrange everything by phone. When I visited after the work was done I was very impressed. Would use them again.

We’ve just had a fantastic general clean, CeCe was warm and we are super pleased with the job. It’s crazy how dirty you realise something was when suddenly clean! Cleaner brought products with her which was a huge plus for us. Working with Sakala was very easy and I would recommend their service. We are looking forward to arranging a regular cleaning.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING COMPANY !!! It’s the worst cleaning company ever ! I done a end of tenancy Clean I paid £600 For a end of tenancy clean and full carpets cleaned And when I mean the house looked like it wasn’t even touched The house was not cleaned Look at Photos To see proof We then went back-and-forth And yes, she did refund me £150 Continue to ignore my messages The housing agency Even said it was such a bad Clean And I had to get taken £400 off my deposit To get another end of tenancy, Clean With a different cleaning company It’s not acceptable When I went to them about this, they just continue to ignore my messages They are so unprofessional And it’s so upsetting Because I use these guys Before and done a normal clean And they were brilliant But it’s sad to say, I will never use This company Again I would never recommend this company to They basically stole my money What End of tenancy, Clean Does not clean Dust on windows And don’t clean the Skirting boards And wipe the sides No oven was cleaned The washing machine was still dirty and the OVEN WASNT EVEN CLEANED and more stuff wasn’t cleaned !! I can’t believe I waster £600 !! On a pathetic company like this AGAIN DO NOT USE !!!

Based on positive reviews, I chose Sakala Cleaning Services with high expectations. With extensive cleaning experience myself, I know what to expect. Unfortunately, the initial clean fell short of these standards. The upstairs required additional cleaning. Despite providing the necessary carpet attachment and hearing hoover running, the carpets appeared untouched. Dust was evident on window ledges, furniture, and skirting boards. Both bathrooms had issues - the mirror was smudged and the shower glass displayed oily streaks. Immediate feedback was provided by my partner, followed by a detailed WhatsApp with video evidence on the same day. While my messages have been read, there has been no response four days later. Given the unsatisfactory service and lack of communication, and having been charged for the full two-hours, we will not be using Sakala Cleaning Services again. Attached picture is from window ledge checked 10 minutes after cleaning.

Sarah and team are brilliant. They regularly clean all our tenanted properties to a very good standard. They are responsive and punctual with the cleaning schedules.

Sarah has been instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness of our Scout building. Her exceptional efforts have not only eliminated years of stubborn muddy boot marks and pesky finger marks but have also revitalized the appearance of our skirting boards, restoring them to a pristine white. We are truly impressed with the level of dedication and attention to detail she brings to her work. Our Scout hut has never looked better, thanks to Sarah's outstanding cleaning skills.

Sarah and her colleague cleaned our home according to specified needs (eg. we have indoor cats), and they were incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. What we look for in a cleaning service is an understanding of our needs and expectations, attention to detail, thoroughness, and openness to make adjustments. We found that Sakala Cleaning Service provided all of these. We spoke to Sarah ahead of the clean and she was diligent in understanding what we were looking for and what had not worked with our previous service. On the day of the clean Sarah made sure to address the issues we had spoken of, kept us updated on what she had done throughout the clean, and was willing to make changes where needed at the next clean. She displayed great professionalism and communication skills, and the quality of the clean was very high. I don’t think our worktop has been this clean ever and I always check it extremely carefully against different lighting. In the bathroom, everything sparkled and even the soap dispensers had been cleaned, which none of our previous cleaners have done before. The carpet of the stairs was so thoroughly vacuumed that my husband commented that it was as clean as when we had it steam cleaned. We also loved the floor cleaner with the nice smell that Sarah brough along. Overall, we are very satisfied with this service and looking forward continuing using Sakala Cleaning Service!

Was so so happy with the service provided by this company. Everything was so beautifully organised. The lady turned up on time with all the required equipment and was so polite and understanding. We showed her to where we needed her for the day and they started cleaning and preparing right away. The work was of excellent quality and the bathrooms were kept in immaculate condition throughout the event. The event was for 80 people so it was very important for the bathrooms to be kept clean throughout! Really really good job, reasonable charges and we will definitely be booking here for all our future events. Thanks for the amazing service!
