I've used AG Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning twice now and highly recommend them. Anthony & Lorraine offer various ways of cleaning, depending on your needs, and will recommend what they think best. They thoroughly vacuumed my carpets, then did a hot water clean followed by a rotary floor cleaner to lift some moisture and fluff up the carpet pile. A&L take great care of items that can't be moved, putting cloths around furniture and placing the bottom of floor-length curtains in plastic bags. When finished they leave the bags (to protect curtains until the carpets are dry) and put waterproof card squares or styrene blocks under the legs of wooden furniture that was moved back onto damp carpets, so the legs do not get damp. They left me with a complimentary stain spray, which can be used on any textiles. My carpets look lovely!

Anthony and Lorraine recently cleaned our carpets and we were absolutely delighted with the results. They managed to remove dark make-up stains from our cream wool carpet, and it genuinely looks as good as new again. They were quick, professional and efficient throughout, and provided the quote promptly. We were very pleased with the whole service and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely love these guys. They take such huge pride in, and attention to detail with, their work and produce incredible results. They have saved us getting new carpets by getting what we have look like new (despite all the stains!). They have also done upholstery cleaning for us, again making it like we have new sofas. They have also given us a cleaning materials to use on stains on clothes, carpets etc., which works like nothing else, which I’m very grateful for! Highly professional, trustworthy and reliable- and also just extremely nice people. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

After my daughter was sick over her bedroom carpet AG Carpet and Upholstery did a great job getting the smell out of the carpet plus cleaning it. Carpet is back to being like brand new. Highly recommend them.

Very good - highly recommend. We have 2 sofa's which are over 20 years old and despite our best efforts they have become quite grubby to the point where we were thinking of replacing them. After a whole morning's effort (making the price excellent value) they are looking amazing and have a whole new lease of life! Anthony and his partner were friendly, tidy and could not have tried harder to get a good result.

Anthony and his partner completely transformed our 30 year-old wool carpet in just a morning! It's a pale colour and was so badly stained that I'd been thinking of buying a new carpet but AG did such an amazing job that I don't need to now. An added bonus was that they were quiet and pleasant to have in the house. I shall definitely be using AG again.

Can't recommend these guys enough! I stupidly double booked building work on the same day they were due but they weren't phased when I asked to rearrange. When they did come back the week after they did an excellent job - superb results.

I had a very large blood stain on my bedroom carpet, having trodden on a piece of glass.. I was dubious that it could be removed! However A G carpet cleaners were able to work a miracle and now there’s no trace of the stain. I was very impressed with my interaction with Anthony. He is a polite, helpful and honest person who came round my house to identify the stain source left by the previous house owners by carrying out a few tests on it. A top bloke with integrity - I would gladly recommend.

I contacted Anthony to ask him to clean eight dining room chairs which are very pale in colour and were showing marks from damp and general wear. They aren’t the easiest chairs to clean as they have brass studding on the fabric and it was a challenge to say the least but Anthony and his lovely wife Lorraine worked so hard and ended up coming back two more times until we were all happy with the final results, at no extra charge. My chairs look clean and fresh again and I am delighted with the results. I cannot praise them enough for their services and would recommend them to anyone. Consistently polite and cheerful, nothing was too much trouble. They are a rarity in this day and age.

I booked this company for our much needed carpet cleaning (6 years without cleaning and it was looking like a mess with two children in the house). The service, professionalism and quality were totally and completely OUTSTANDING. I cannot recomend them enough. The carpet looks like brand new (as it was 6 years ago). We had the 2 ground floor big rooms cleaned plus the stairs, they charged us £150, started at 09:00 and finished at 13:30HS. Anthony, the person who did the work was extremely helpful and pollite. I know who I'm calling the next time.
