Earley Cleaning Services

Outright scam. Charged extra for cleaning top of counters, doors and floors. Images are from 2 hours after cleaner left. Do not hire these people. Did not even sweep large pieces of rubbish (kids). I asked for a completion on the job and they said cleaning was not done because they were not "reachable surface" even though it was agreed to clean all floors and top of kitchen counter before hand. Even charged extra for the top of counter, which I paid. Last two photos is my hand going through top of door after cleaning and how my hand looked after. Avoid hiring.

I've used Earley Cleaning Services for biweekly cleaning for over a year, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The team is efficient, thorough, friendly and flexible to changing requirements.

We used Earley Cleaning Services for nearly two years and were very happy with the service. We've now moved out of the area and so will have to try and find a comparable company as we couldn't take our lovely ladies with us!! Sorry for the late comment. I have booked an end of tenancy cleaning two weeks ago. It was a great customer experience from start to finish. Nelly and her team are punctual, friendly, very responsive and professional. Team arrived on time, everything was finished in good time and to a high standard. No deductions from my managing agents. Neli and her colleague provided cleaning services at my house fortnightly, I found them to be extremely professional, thorough, and they left my home spotless each time. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and efficient cleaning.

We got in touch with Cleaning service as we saw really good reviews for them. They gave a quick response and did the job in a short notice which was good. We needed End of Tenancy clean but unfortunately some areas of the house were not deep cleaned! We had to clean many areas ourselves. The cleaners of Earley Cleaning services always did an amazing job with our house, leaving everything super clean and handling it professionally and in a timely manner. They were always super kind to us as well. They also saved us by being able to do an end of tenancy clean with just a few days notice, which we were truly grateful for. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone, and I'm just sad we moved out of the area and will no longer be able to use their services :(

Neli and her team have cleaned my house twice now. The first clean was a deep clean and the second clean has been a standard clean as part of what will be a weekly clean of my house. The team of two ladies who have come and done this work have been excellent. They have been punctual and have worked really hard to get the house looking fantastic. They worked wonders on our shower and are very detailed, careful and thoughtful in what they do. It is the small details that make such a difference – they make my sons bed very thoughtfully; they put things back neatly and are very thorough. Neli advises me on a Friday about what time the team will be coming the next week, which is great. I am really pleased so far with my new cleaning team. Payment is also easy via a bank transfer. The service is surprisingly good in compare to my previous one. They are attention to detail mazed me, e.g. cleaning living room also include clean the TV screen, they clean the bin surface while clean kitchen... Great service !!!
