Very disappointed. Took suit and shirt to be cleaned for wedding. Picked up items, but both are creased... Should have looked perfect for wedding. As I don't have time to return items, will have to re-iron shirt and try to steam the suit with an iron. Not happy.
you only send off things like bedding once a week and on a thursday of all days? so 2 weeks to get my bedding done I might was well do it at home I brought it to you for the convenicne but 2 weeks is not convenient took it to a laundrette in parkstone will have it back by monday!
Wow how helpful was the manager when we had a disaster with suit. Very knowledgeable and it came out like new.
