Very pleased with Diamond Shine. Excellent communication, arrived on time and very efficient. Their attention to detail was of a very high standard and included cleaning light switches and skirtings. Needless to say I have rebooked them. I was very pleased with the overall result and have no hesitation in recommending them.
Do not use this company for any property that is equal to or less than a 2 bedroom flat. They will quote you a payment for the MAXIMUM time required insisting that if they finish earlier it will show in the invoice. They quoted a time of 15 hrs max when a property this size should have taken half of that at most. 3 cleaners arrived at the flat,said a quick hello and as I proceeded to ask them questions about the timings and areas of cleaning they continued to ignore me. The invoice then proceeded to ask for this maximum amount even considering that there were still: Calcium deposits in the bath Areas in the bathroom sink left unlceaned Stains and marks still in the kitchen sink Water marks left in the en-suite shower.
Requested a deep clean and they did a fantastic job, will be using them for regular cleans from now on. Friendly and reliable. Feels great to have a spotless home!

Wow, I came home and I was completely speechless it looked like a show home! Very good communication. Very respectful of our home they even organised the baby bottles in a basket in the drawer. Things like this really help worth every penny and more. Incredible service. Best thing was they use their initiative and move things to clean behind etc I really could not fault the standards at all and I can be fussy.

Margaret and team did a great job by cleaning my house before we managed to move into it. She communicated with me all the time and explained me the process. My husband and I liked their job that we hired them again to clean our flat which we are putting for rent. In general, the team is very professional and they accommodated to our needs. Contacted Diamond Shine as needed to find someone to do a few hours every couple of weeks to clean my elderly mother's flat. We had some specific requests, Margaret explained the options clearly and we agreed on a schedule easily. Her team come every two weeks and are friendly and clean very thoroughly. My mother was nervous about having cleaners as she's never had a cleaner before, but ill health means she can't do it herself. We're now a few visits in and she's delighted with the results, it's well worth the money.

Absolutely amazing clean done today at short notice, after months of a depressive episode, uncontrolled ADHD, my flat was in chaos. Thankfully the team were super understanding, reassuring and empathetic.
