Carpetsure

Richard and Zena are extremely professional and really knowledgeable. Very pleased with how the rugs turned out!

Great service, carpets look amazing, almost like new!

Outstanding service from Carpetsure - I'm a repeat customer and find Richard and Zena to be extremely reliable, trustworthy and they provide a very thorough cleaning service. They are a delight to deal with and I very highly recommend them.

Amazing! The carpet was so damaged that most people said it wasn’t worth getting it cleaned as the marks would still show but Carpetsure did it! They made the carpet look clean and new again. I’m so so pleased and would highly recommend them.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed by Carpet sure and their fantastic job I felt I had to share my experience. Firstly Zena and her husband are very professional, unfortunately I had to change my appointment day due to my moving date being changed and they did everything to accommodate me. (Very grateful) About the carpets WOW!! I have a large property with dogs and children so a lot of heavy traffic on them. I’m amazed at the end result, I can’t believe how clean they got them. They look like new carpets! I’ve had carpet cleaners before but nothing compares to the standard of Carpetsure. I can’t recommend them enough.

A fantastic job was carried out at a great price. Zena and Richard were very professional from start to finish explaining the carpet cleaning process and what to expect. They turned up on time to both the quotation appointment and the booked appointment which was greatly appreciated in a busy office. No hesitations in recommending Carpetsure to anyone.

Amazing service Zena and Richard very friendly efficient. Brilliant value for money.

If I could give 100 stars 🌟 I would! Debated getting new carpets for upstairs at £3000+ .... instead went on a recommendation of Carpetsure to have them cleaned and WOW I now have new carpets!! They actually look and smell cleaner then when they were brand new (9 years ago!!!) would highly recommend - extremely professional, friendly and a fantastic job! Thank you I will definitely be using them again for an annual carpet clean!

This is the first time that I've used Carpetsure, but it certainly won't be the last. I contacted a couple of other local family-run businesses for a quote to clean my lounge sofa, chairs and a bedroom carpet but Zena from Carpetsure was the only person who actually came to the house to assess the job and provide a bespoke written quote. Although marginally more expensive than the other quotes, the results were worth every penny, you certainly do get what you pay for. From start to finish, the entire process was absolutely first class, with Richard and Zena's attention to detail being outstanding. I hadn't realised how much is involved in the actual cleaning process, from the prep work through to the fans used afterwards to assist with drying. The equipment they use is state-of-the-art; a 750cc motor in the back of their van provides incredible suction power for an unparalleled clean. If Richard and Zena ever get tired of the carpet cleaning profession, they should start teaching others about what real customer service means. I don't normally write reviews of this length, but credit where credit is due. Many thanks for a superbly done job.

I have used Carpetsure for 12 + years to clean light carpets throughout the house. They certainly know their stuff, removing stains and leaving them looking and smelling like new. Very professional and reasonably priced. Friendly and open people - thank you Zena and Richard!

Zena was absolutely fantastic, she makes every effort to go out of her way to accommodate our needs, very efficient and quick working. Managed to remove stains and even wax melt from our carpets. Couldn't recommend them any higher than 5 stars or I would have!!

This is the second time I’ve used Carpetsure and they do an excellent job. Thank you Zena and Richard the carpet looks and smells amazing.

We regularly use Carpetsure to clean our carpets, flooring and upholstery and we couldn't recommend them enough. They are professional, flexible and efficient and are excellent with our vulnerable residents. They're quotes are accurate and affordable. Logistically it isn't always easy to for them to complete their work within our care home but nothing is ever to much for them! Most importantly their results are amazing and our carpet and flooring always looks brand new after their visit! Thank you Zena and Richard!

This was the fourth time we have used Carpetsure to clean our carpets. This time, they had to contend with a serious red wine spillage/stain as well as a couple of other stains that we had lived with for the past 4 years or so. They arrived on time, and we were delighted when they successfully removed all the various stains from the carpets. Super, efficient service and a very competitive price too. Don’t bother looking elsewhere - Richard and Zena are the experts. Thanks as usual! Bob & Sarah P

What a great experience from start to finish. The quote done by Zena was clear (and Kept to!) with information given with such clarity i had no doubt was was going to happen on the day. On the day they arrived ready for work and work they did. Non-stop from the start to some hours later. Good preparation and post work clean up were done to a high standard leaving the suite and room in the same state as when they arrived. Will for once be keeping this number for the next time and would recommend to all.

Full carpet clean throughout the whole building. Excellent high standard of work. Very professional and reasonably priced. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend Carpetsure.

Professional, timely & effective job done. Impressed with the several stage approach of cleaning the carpet. Even those pesky blotches vanished! The presence of furniture posed no problem. Very nice fresh result for a good price. Thank you.

First class work and carpets look almost as good as new. Have already used a few times and would strongly recommend.

We have used Carpetsure several times and every time the quality of the clean is exceptional. I have recommended to friends and family this company and would wholeheartedly stand by that recommendation. The professionalism and commitment from this family business stands out. They are timely , smart and take great care in our home . The prices are very reasonable and I will continue to use their services in the future.

Fantastic service, advice and brilliant experience from start to finish. Would fully recommend Carpetsure and their services for incredible results. Thanks again.

Carpet sure came round today and they did a fantastic job I couldn’t recommend them anymore, my carpet smells so fresh and revived from the steins and smells that were lingering. They are the most loveliest people to deal with - thank you so much!!

Very friendly and professional. Always do an amazing job.

Excellent service having our office carpets cleaned and competitive price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Absolutely fantastic service professional friendly helpful and efficient will recommend to everyone .Carpets throughout the house look brand new .Thankyou very much indeed.

Did a great job cleaning our carpets at relatively short notice for a fair price. I will definitely use them again.

Fabulous job on chairs, stairs and bedroom carpet, highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased with the service of Carpetsure. My sofas were very pet soiled and have come up like new even though they are over 10 years old. The stairs and landing carpet was in a bad way with stains from our 15 month old Labrador. I didn't think they would come up as clean as they have and am delighted. Thank you very much - highly recommended.

Amazing results and would highly recommend! I had a lot of stains on the carpets in my flat from when my dog was a puppy. Richard & Zena did a brilliant job and I'm very happy with the result. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process as well!

We have called on Carpetsure five times this year and look forward to using them in future. I wish I'd taken before and after photos to show the stunning results of their skill. Would definitely recommend.

We used Carpetsure for our lounge carpet, our rug and a sofa. They were professional throughout the whole process. Our carpet and rug were very dirty and everything is now beautifully clean. They were very affordable and we have booked our other sofa in now too. I'm very happy to recommend them to all.

Fabulous job done by Carpetsure my carpets and settee look like new again. Will definitely recommend.

Since being recommended to me, I have used Carpetsure in both a personal and professional capacity for over capacity for over 15 years. Successfully managing many rental properties from private, student and holiday lets is far more challenging without what I call my 'power team' to support me. Carpetsure are the only company I use for all my hard floor, carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. Richard and Zena are not only competitively priced, but give extra value for money - they provide professional advice on care, stain (and odour) removal and infection control too! Honest and extremely reliable, I'm 100% Satisfied every time.

Incredibly impressed with the service from Carpetsure - we’ve had our carpets professionally cleaned before but not to this standard! Would highly recommend and I’ll be using them again.

We have used Carpetsure many times and have found them to be very good in all aspects ie time keeping and quality of work. Very good indeed

From first contact Carpetsure kept to time arranged and price. As a business we asked for after hours service which was no problem for Richard and Zena, Showroom carpet like new . Thanks and would fully recommend

From start to finish Carpetsure provided an exceptional service. They were recommended by a good friend so I was fairly confident that they would do a good job, but I was blown away with the whole process. Our first contact was with a lady called Zena, who was able to answer all of the questions that we had and arranged for Richard to come to the house to undertake a visit so that we would have an accurate quote. Richard was friendly, polite and again was able to answer all of our questions without making us feel stupid for asking them! The team were able to book our cleaning in less than 2 weeks from when we first made contact. This was yesterday and all I can say is wow!! Richard cleaned our carpets upstairs and down (including the stairs) and although it shames me to admit it, we had not realised just how bad they had got. It is like our carpets are brand new! He also cleaned our sofas which again have been tortured by our young children for several years… it seems that they weren’t dull grey all along! Now they look crisp and new! When I think about it, the reason we didn’t get this done sooner was a fear that it would cost us a fortune. How wrong we were! Now we’ve agreed that we’ll get the guys from Carpetsure back regularly, just so that we can have that new house feeling more often. Thank you Zena, Richard and Carpetsure, we will be using you again.

Excellent . Great job professionally cleaned . Would highly recommend . Thank you .

Carpetsure did a fantastic job of all the carpets in my house. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of their service as I had moved into a new property which previously had multiple dogs that had shed! Zena and Richard were very communicative with any organisation and timings of the morning. Although I moved some furniture to allow access, they also moved items which meant they were able to reach all areas and do a brilliant job. Great value and great company. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again!

Richard and Zena were amazing, sorted out my wine spill stain and made repeat visits during the day to make sure it was all going as it should. Very knowledgeable and professional, would 100% recommend.

Excellent service from booking to completion. Very pleased with my bedroom carpet which had oil patches on. It came up beautifully and looked almost new. Martin was very helpful. Will definitely be booking again to have the rest of the downstairs done.

After finishing house renovations then having a full house for so long after lockdown Including 5 kids and a puppy you can imagine the state of my carpets! I genuinely thought I may need to replace them. Richard and Zena were excellent from start to finish and wow just wow I’m amazed at how good my carpets now are. Saved me a small fortune on replacing them and it’s really cheered me up, yes I’m showing my age but a clean house makes me feel settled in such uncertain times. Will definitely be using Carpetsure again and highly recommending them.

Fantastic service. Extremely professional yet friendly, Richard and Zena thoroughly explained the process to me and the work carried out was of an extremely high standard. I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

The service provided by this husband and wife team was first class. Having spilt red nail polish (twice now) on our cream carpet, Zena and Richard sorted it out with ease. I'd happily recommend them if you want a professional and friendly team working in your home.

Further to meeting Richard & Zena for a quotation I booked in for my carpet cleaning to be carried out. The quote was broken down and their process was thoroughly explained. I couldn’t be happier with the results & workmanship, they were polite and worked to a high standard. My carpets look amazing and knowing they are hygienically clean puts my mind at rest. Would definitely recommend Carpetsure and use in the future.

Very professional high quality service. Had my hall and lounge carpets cleaned which were very dirty and stained in places. Carpets look amazing after being cleaned by Carpetsure! Pricing was clear and no high pressure selling 👍🏻

Outstanding service at an excellent price. I'd thoroughly recommend Carpetsure for their work quality, price and efficiency
