The service has been second to none absolutely excellent from receiving the quote to doing the job. Carpetsure have now cleaned 2 properties for me, one a rental that had a very strong odour of animals which they managed to eliminate and the second my own home. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again.
Highly recommend! The service is outstanding and the customer service and care is first class. Zena was so professional and knowledgeable, moving house you often find the floors and carpets are not as hygienic as you like them to be, the hard floors and carpets are now clean, hygienic and just look so different. The aftercare attention was also first class, sometimes it’s the little things that make a huge difference. I came home to find they had left shoe covers for me to put on my feet so I could walk on the carpets, although dry they take a full 24hrs. Just love this little touch. They absolutely know their trade and if you’re thinking about it, just do it you won’t be disappointed. I can’t recommend enough.

Very friendly and professional team with shockingly competitive rates, their work was excellent. I had very dirty carpets due to 2 constantly muddy and wet dogs and was shocked at how well they came up after 3 hours of cleaning. Highly recommend this company. They took time prior to the cleaning date to explain in detail what was needed and why. I couldn't have been more pleased. DO NOT WASTE TIME LOOKING ELSEWHERE.

Amazing! The carpet was so damaged that most people said it wasn’t worth getting it cleaned as the marks would still show but Carpetsure did it! They made the carpet look clean and new again. I’m so so pleased and would highly recommend them.
I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed by Carpet sure and their fantastic job I felt I had to share my experience. Firstly Zena and her husband are very professional, unfortunately I had to change my appointment day due to my moving date being changed and they did everything to accommodate me. (Very grateful) About the carpets WOW!! I have a large property with dogs and children so a lot of heavy traffic on them. I’m amazed at the end result, I can’t believe how clean they got them. They look like new carpets! I’ve had carpet cleaners before but nothing compares to the standard of Carpetsure. I can’t recommend them enough.
A fantastic job was carried out at a great price. Zena and Richard were very professional from start to finish explaining the carpet cleaning process and what to expect. If I could give 100 stars 🌟 I would! Debated getting new carpets for upstairs at £3000+ .... instead went on a recommendation of Carpetsure to have them cleaned and WOW I now have new carpets!! They actually look and smell cleaner then when they were brand new (9 years ago!!!) would highly recommend - extremely professional, friendly and a fantastic job! Thank you I will definitely be using them again for an annual carpet clean!
This is the first time that I've used Carpetsure, but it certainly won't be the last. I contacted a couple of other local family-run businesses for a quote to clean my lounge sofa, chairs and a bedroom carpet but Zena from Carpetsure was the only person who actually came to the house to assess the job and provide a bespoke written quote. Although marginally more expensive than the other quotes, the results were worth every penny, you certainly do get what you pay for. From start to finish, the entire process was absolutely first class, with Richard and Zena's attention to detail being outstanding. I hadn't realised how much is involved in the actual cleaning process, from the prep work through to the fans used afterwards to assist with drying. The equipment they use is state-of-the-art; a 750cc motor in the back of their van provides incredible suction power for an unparalleled clean. If Richard and Zena ever get tired of the carpet cleaning profession, they should start teaching others about what real customer service means. I don't normally write reviews of this length, but credit where credit is due. Many thanks for a superbly done job.
I have used Carpetsure for 12 + years to clean light carpets throughout the house. They certainly know their stuff, removing stains and leaving them looking and smelling like new. Very professional and reasonably priced. Friendly and open people - thank you Zena and Richard!
Zena was absolutely fantastic, she makes every effort to go out of her way to accommodate our needs, very efficient and quick working. Managed to remove stains and even wax melt from our carpets. Couldn't recommend them any higher than 5 stars or I would have!!

This was the fourth time we have used Carpetsure to clean our carpets. This time, they had to contend with a serious red wine spillage/stain as well as a couple of other stains that we had lived with for the past 4 years or so. They arrived on time, and we were delighted when they successfully removed all the various stains from the carpets. Super, efficient service and a very competitive price too. What a great experience from start to finish. The quote done by Zena was clear (and Kept to!) with information given with such clarity i had no doubt was was going to happen on the day. On the day they arrived ready for work and work they did. Non-stop from the start to some hours later. Good preparation and post work clean up were done to a high standard leaving the suite and room in the same state as when they arrived. Will for once be keeping this number for the next time and would recommend to all.

I was extremely pleased with the service of Carpetsure. My sofas were very pet soiled and have come up like new even though they are over 10 years old. The stairs and landing carpet was in a bad way with stains from our 15 month old Labrador. I didn't think they would come up as clean as they have and am delighted. From start to finish Carpetsure provided an exceptional service. They were recommended by a good friend so I was fairly confident that they would do a good job, but I was blown away with the whole process. Our first contact was with a lady called Zena, who was able to answer all of the questions that we had and arranged for Richard to come to the house to undertake a visit so that we would have an accurate quote. Richard was friendly, polite and again was able to answer all of our questions without making us feel stupid for asking them! The team were able to book our cleaning in less than 2 weeks from when we first made contact. This was yesterday and all I can say is wow!! Richard cleaned our carpets upstairs and down (including the stairs) and although it shames me to admit it, we had not realised just how bad they had got. It is like our carpets are brand new! He also cleaned our sofas which again have been tortured by our young children for several years… it seems that they weren’t dull grey all along! Now they look crisp and new! When I think about it, the reason we didn’t get this done sooner was a fear that it would cost us a fortune. How wrong we were! Now we’ve agreed that we’ll get the guys from Carpetsure back regularly, just so that we can have that new house feeling more often. Carpetsure did a fantastic job of all the carpets in my house. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of their service as I had moved into a new property which previously had multiple dogs that had shed! Zena and Richard were very communicative with any organisation and timings of the morning. Although I moved some furniture to allow access, they also moved items which meant they were able to reach all areas and do a brilliant job. Great value and great company. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again!

After finishing house renovations then having a full house for so long after lockdown Including 5 kids and a puppy you can imagine the state of my carpets! I genuinely thought I may need to replace them. Richard and Zena were excellent from start to finish and wow just wow I’m amazed at how good my carpets now are. Saved me a small fortune on replacing them and it’s really cheered me up, yes I’m showing my age but a clean house makes me feel settled in such uncertain times.
