The TSD Group

This company was recommended by my service user as her uncle worked for the company. The owner came gave us a quote and thereafter arranged date and time. They came on time and started cleaning the Kitchen, they cleaned it as requested thoroughly, we were very pleased. We are also going to have our windows clean by them. Many thanks. NM SVGPUK

Reliability is very hard to come by this day & age but with these guys they have never let me down, gutters look brilliant and also done a good job on my drive. TSD are a professional outfit, they are always on time & very courteous.

We’ve been working with Sam Cooper and the team at TDS Group to manage the turnovers across our Airbnb properties in Leicester, and I can honestly say they’ve been superb. In this business, reliability and attention to detail are everything — and Sam’s team consistently deliver on both. The properties are always cleaned to a high standard, presented well for guests, and ready on time, even with tight turnarounds. Communication has also been excellent. We always know where things are up to, and any issues are flagged quickly and dealt with proactively, which makes a huge difference when managing multiple properties. It’s clear they take pride in their work and understand what’s required in the short-term rental space. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TDS Group to anyone looking for a dependable, professional cleaning team.

I recently used Sam and his team at The TSD Group – Cleaning Services to clean my patio and external windows, and I’m really impressed with the results. The team was punctual, professional, and worked efficiently from start to finish. My patio looks spotless, with all the built-up dirt and grime completely removed, and the external windows are now crystal clear, making a noticeable difference to the overall appearance of my home. They paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was left tidy once the job was complete. It’s clear they take pride in their work and aim for high standards. My mother in law recently had her driveway jetwashed by TSD GROUP. Sam and his colleague Rodney did an absolutely fantastic job. The end result was amazing. Very professional yet friendly and only stopped when the job was completed. 100% recommended to family, friends and other 3rd parties. Thank you again on behalf of my mother-in-law Mrs E Scott

I highly recommend The TSD Group. My partner and I moved house in January 2025 and I asked Sam and his team at The TSD Group – Cleaning Services Ltd to come and jetwash the patio, all the fascia’s and soffits, windows and gutters as the property generally looked a bit grubby from the outside. From start to finish the process was smooth and the price quoted was very competitive. The team were pleasant and professional and we are very pleased with the job completed. We were so pleased that we have asked Tim to be our regular window cleaner!

These guys were great! Made a perfect job on my conservatory at a reasonable price. Very pleasant and efficient, and can't recommend them highly enough.

Easy stress free and at a fair price. Will happily recommend.

I'm delighted to recommend TSD Group for their range of cleaning services. Menphys had a number of challenging carpets, high level areas and external block paving to be cleaned. All projects were completed on time, with no fuss and with exceptional results. Delighted to recommend TSD for all your cleaning requirements.

The most conscientious cleaning company I have had the pleasure to engage with! From initial contact through to job completion I felt well informed of options and plans of action. The work was completed to a very high standard and I would have no problem about recommending the business.

We came to Sam with a last minute client request to clean high level steelwork at an industrial unit. Sam fit us in at short notice (just a few days!) and did an excellent job with the clean. Would certainly use him and his team again.

As spotless as a pure white Dalmatian. Sam and the team as TSD will blow your socks off (with their cleaning equipment that is)! Our old cleaners used to clean our windows and our office, but my gosh you haven’t seen clean until you’ve seen TSD CLEAN. These people take it to the next level. They give your carpet and floors a new lease of life - which is so important when we have clients in the building every day. Thank you all for your professionalism!

Sam and his team have been cleaning my office for around 6 months now. Sam went through the comprehensive cleaning packages that they offer, and any additional requirements I may have. All of the packages were very fairly priced! Sam and his team also helped with cleaning up after we had a flood at the office in January. This required the office to be gutted completely, but the cleaning was absolutely top notch and I am extremely grateful for the work Sam and his team did at such short notice to get us up and running as quick as possible!

Awesome work from Sam and the TSD group who went above and beyond. Our family home was in need of external cleaning and the team sorted it out within no time! A professional company who complete work to exceptional standard. Highly recommended

Thank you very much to the TSD GROUP for cleaning my driveway and patio! I have really struggled this year to find the time to get anything done around the house and garden due to my current workload. I'm really glad that I found you! Top quality work at an affordable price. Thank you Sam for all your hard work, I certainly will be using your services again, and will recommend you to my family and friends going forward. Many thanks Craig 👍

Fantastic service, had pur flagstones jet washed, Great job and reasonable prices. Would recommend 👌

Sam came and cleaned the outside of our home, from the property itself to the drive and the patio. I’d never really seen our house as clean as this before, but now I compare our house to our neighbours and there is a huge difference. Not a single spot was missed and the attention to detail was immense. I highly recommend using Sam and his team for any cleaning requirements, internal or external!

Working with Sam and TSD for a while now and I must say their customer service is second to none. The service they offer is constantly outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I am completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service and would highly recommend there services to any prospective company.

After seeing the results of Sams work at a friends property, I did not hesitate to contact Sam to clean our block paved driveway. From start to finish, Sam provided a friendly and professional service. His work is to the highest of standards and the finished results were amazing and exceeded our expectations. Once the cleaning of the driveway was finished, Sam cleaned everything down and our property was left spotless. I cannot recommend TSD Cleaning Services highly enough. We will definitely use Sam again for any future cleaning services.

"It can’t be just me that didn’t know this was a chequered carpet?" What a fantastic service we received from Sam Cooper of TSD Group on Saturday morning! We have been in our office for nearly two years now, and we felt it needed a little freshen up; mostly on our carpets! Like many offices, are carpets are trodden on, ALOT, and it was not looking its best. Sam and his team came in, bright and early Saturday morning for us, and gave that carpet a clean so deep, even Barry Scott, of Cillit Bang fame would be proud! Now, we cannot even recognise the carpet, and it looks like new! Great service, from start to finish! Thank you, Sam! If you need any elements of your office, or corporate building, cleaned - be sure to connect with him!

Our Church Hall required a deep clean... especially the floor, Sam and his team did a great job. Good to be able to use a local company, where response time & communication were excellent. Looks so much better now!!

I cannot recommend TSD Cleaning Services highly enough. Sam has been an invaluable partner for The Arches Apartments, offering a comprehensive array of services. One of the most commendable aspects of Sam's service is his dedication to personalised, reliable and efficient cleaning solutions. In an industry where consistency and quality can be hard to come by, Sam and his team have consistently maintained impeccable standards. Even in situations regarding last minute assistance, Sam has always stepped in promptly, displaying remarkable reliability and professionalism. What sets Sam apart, however, is his genuine passion for building relationships. His support for The Arches chosen charity of the year exemplifies his commitment to not only providing excellent service but also making a positive impact in the community. If you are seeking a cleaning service that combines exceptional quality, reliability and a genuine passion for community engagement, look no further.

Having seen the result of Sam's work at one of my customers houses, I booked him to clean mine and two neighbours block paved driveways. He arrived on time and got on with the job in a professional manner, once the cleaning was finished he cleaned everything down and took all the moss/detritus away with him. He returned two days later once everything was dry, applied weedkiller to prevent further growth and re sanded the joints. We were very happy with the end result and the price paid and do not hesitate to recommend him.

Very pleased with the service. Checked the day before to confirm. Turned up early and did an absolutely fabulous job. Very friendly , clean and the gutter looked amazing. Cleaned up as if they had never been here. Thank you

TSD have been cleaning our nursery setting for a few week. We can not fault the service we have been receiving. They clean our communal areas, offices and bathroom along with additional services such as window cleaning. We were apprehensive around on taking on a cleaning company due to bad experiences in the past. However after meeting with Sam and discussing our worries and concerns, they quickly vanished. We are extremely pleased with the partnership we have with TSD, Sam has regularly kept connect and asked for feedback (not that the feedback was needed as we have had no complaints with the service) They have extremely high standards, the cleaners are friendly, have good communication and overall a 10/10 service you have and are still providing!

Fantastic service provided by Sam and The TSDGROUP - Cleaning Services. They cover all of our internal and external cleaning requirement for our commercial premises. Highly recommended.

I have received numerous services from the TSDGROUP - Cleaning Services both internally and externally. All of a high standard with the benefit of dealing with one contractor. TSDGROUP services are exceptional and reasonably priced , if your looking for cleaning services I would highly recommend TSDGROUP.

Very friendly, reliable and professional window cleaning service. They always let me know in advance when they will be arriving and if for any reason I need to change the day, I can contact them to rearrange. I always get a quick response. I would definitely recommend the TSD Group.

Sam always arrives when he says he is going to, great communication in when he will be coming, quick, convenient & always does a great job. Would definitely recommend.

After being let down by many window cleaners I was starting to give up hope. Sam, always does a great job and is on time. Also gave my family a great discount with a one off clean. Can’t recommend highly enough!!!!!

Great service, very reliable. Would recommend

Sam did a full gutter clean job for us. I'm very impressed with both the quality of the work and Sam's professional and courteous attitude. I have no hesitation in recommending Sam.
