Rena was amazing so kind and understanding. She was quick and effective in both responses and cleaning. She deeped cleaned the flat were it was shining and removed all grime and mold. The before of the grimey flat to the after of the clean sanitised flat literally looked like an ad for a cleaning product. Truly skilled at cleaning. I am so happy with the service and highly recommend

Clean in Leicester - Western Park Rena was brilliant. She clearly takes a lot of pride in her work, and it shows. She was friendly and very personable from the start, with a positive attitude. Rena was incredibly thorough, cleaning every nook and cranny and paying attention to all the little details. The bathroom needed some extra attention, and Rena gave it exactly that. The results were fantastic. I also really appreciated how careful she was with my belongings and around everything in the house. She arrived fully prepared with all her own cleaning products and equipment, which made everything very easy. It was very nice to have someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job. I’d definitely recommend Rena and have her back again.

Great deep bathroom cleaning Leicester service – very thorough and professional. Highly recommend!

Renata was a joy to deal with . She had a can do attitude at the first call to her for end of tenancy clean. She said everything be fine just send a few photos of the studio apartment in my case. She came back with an immediate price quote. We agreed a date and time . In my case I have a moulting Labrador which does not make cleaning easy. There is a requirement for special things with dogs from my landlord. On the day Renata was friendly but also focused on the task ahead. The clean would take several hours and she would contact me when she approached the end. After several hours she contacted me and said near the end. I had been to Fosse Park dog store for supplies for my lovely dog Flame. I asked Renata to hold my dog outside while I had a quick scout round. The property was sparkling and it was a joy to behold. I gave no concerns in everything being up to scratch when the landlords agents inspect the property. I left the keys on the table and shut the door. I took back possession of my dog from outside the flat. I said to Renata that she had done a wonderful job. Helped her to the downstairs and then returned to pick up a bag of cleaning products that she had bagged up for me. Renata is a joy and a great communicator, hard worker . The flat was in superb condition and as a Google Guide of over seven years and 1.4 million views , I highly recommend Renata. You can have peace of mind that she will enable you to pass the landlord or landlords agents inspect inspection.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rena several times while she was working at my daughter’s home in Leicestershire, and I was truly impressed. She is an incredibly hard worker—focused, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what she does. She worked diligently the entire time, with great attention to detail, and left the home looking spotless. It’s clear she is both professional and reliable. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a thorough and dependable house cleaner.

I can’t recommend Rena enough! As a full-time working mom with a toddler, balancing work and household responsibilities has been overwhelming, and I was honestly quite stressed about keeping up with everything at home. After finding her online and seeing all the excellent reviews, I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, Rena was friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She promptly answered all my questions, which immediately put me at ease. I booked her for a one-off deep clean— 2 floor house, kitchen, living room and toilet and bath—and she truly exceeded all my expectations. The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism she showed was outstanding. She arrived on time, worked efficiently, and clearly takes great pride in what she does. Walking into a beautifully cleaned home lifted such a huge weight off my shoulders. It genuinely made a difference in my day-to-day life, allowing me to focus more on my family and other important responsibilities. This was my first time hiring a professional cleaner, and I have absolutely no regrets. In fact, I’m already looking forward to booking her again in the future. To all the hardworking moms out there—there’s nothing wrong with asking for help. Sometimes the best decision you can make is to invest your time where it matters most. And with someone like Rena providing such exceptional service, you know you’re in good hands. Thank you again, Rena. I truly appreciate your hard work—I can’t thank you enough!
