Cleaning Kings

Cleaning kings have been working with us for the last 3 years on many residential cleaning jobs weekly and I’ve never needed to look anywhere else, goes above and beyond and always delivers a 5 star service. Strongly recommend!

Tim is fantastic in his job. Very professional and he cleaned my flat to a very high standard. I was let down by many cleaners before. But Tim is very approachable, honest and professional. His rates are competitive and I highly recommend his services.

Always spotless, reliable, and professional - everything left sparkling clean every time.

Tim is brilliant. He is very thorough and leaves the house spotless. Thank you

Very pleasant to deal with and extremely good at what they do. They went above and beyond what I was expecting and I unreservedly recommend them.

Being using cleaning kings for a while, great service. Recommended

Tim is excellent- he does a great job, is thorough and goes above and beyond. Definitely recommend

Used this company last week, great clean for my tenants and a reliable service and great value for money

Awful service would not recommend

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service! I couldn’t be happier with the job Tim did cleaning my house today. He was incredibly quick, efficient, and thorough—every corner of the house is spotless. Tim worked with impressive attention to detail while still getting everything done in record time. On top of that, his rates are very affordable, making his service an amazing value. It’s not easy to find someone who’s both fast and meticulous, but Tim absolutely delivered on both fronts. I’d love to have him back regularly and highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-tier cleaning without the hefty price tag. Thanks again, Tim!

Tim is a very diligent and friendly guy and did a brilliant job during my end of tenancy clean. Attention was paid to even the smallest details and the place was looking better than when I moved in. Prices were also very competitive. Highly recommended for deep cleans and regular upkeep.

Tim did an amazing job, very impressed with the service too. It was an urgent job and he did his best to fit us in. I didn't hesitate to recommend him to several friends already.

Tim came to clean my toilet which had thick limescale. I didn’t know what to do with it for a long time, but within 40min, Tim made the toilet look brand new! Highly recommend him!

Thank you for your excellent cleaning services 🙌

Conducted a deep clean in a flat. Absolutely amazing clean, everything came out super clean and fresh. Reliable and top quality work

Good map

Best cleaning

Tim cleans for my HMO 3 times a month and never fails to go above and beyond. Professional, cares about his work & his clients, i can’t recommend him highly enough 👍 The Cleaning KING indeed 🤴😎

Brilliant job! We had a deep clean for three bathrooms and I'm very pleased with it. A massive transformation and modestly priced

When I hired Tim I told him I needed reliability...someone that would show up when scheduled. Things started off fine. He showed and cleaned well. I thought we had a good routine and he was paid within 15 minutes of him sending us his invoice. In Nov 2023, after only about 5 months with us, he just didn't show. No call, text, nothing. I tried to reach him but got no reply. The next scheduled cleaning came and he didn’t show up again. Then again and again. I was leaving messages and calling but without any response. I was actually worried that something happened to him. Then before Xmas my husband got a Happy Xmas text. So he is okay I thought, but just dropped us without explanation. How unprofessional! I blocked my number and called and guess what...he picked up. I think he was surprised to hear from me. I asked him what happened? Did we do something wrong? Why he didn’t return our texts snd calls? He said, so you want your stop back? I didn't understand. I said, we never asked you to stop. I asked over and over again to explain but he would not give me a straight answer. He said he would call me back in the evening. Of course, he never called. I wasn't surprised. Something is definitely not kosher with him and how he runs his business. I'm just relieved that I never gave him keys to the house.

Excellent friendly service , very professional and highly recommended

Had my room cleaned at affordable rate. Very professional.

Excellent, fantastic job! Tim did a thorough job, addressing every corner and every tile of the house. He made it truly cozy. Trustworthy, replying quickly to messages, with reasonable prices. Highly recommended for a deep clean.

Tim did an excellent job. Would highly recommend his service Shiva

Not faulting his cleaning we hired Tim fortnightly after initially he did a deep clean. However, after attending the property twice the problems began. To start with he changed the date which I can understand some flexibility but then didn't attend the property to clean. After trying to contact him on numerous occasions in the afternoon we didn't hear from him until the evening, explaining he did not put us in the diary. Again can understand mistakes happen but rather than give us a new date we had to ask for one. We then get a new date, great!! Told we are booked in , fab. Then receive the first message to ask to confirm, then a second after hf hr to say its been rearranged due to no confirmation. Who can reply in half hr ?? So date changed again. Its accepted and we wait , until receiving another message the night before to say can't attend again!! Tbh by this point I'm thinking does this guy want the job. So I ask him outright....after a short conversation he does not answer the question whether he wants to continue with the job. So i left it. What a let down. We've recently had a baby and really needed someone reliable. Now we have been left in the lurch. What a disappointment and a lack of professionalism.A real shame.

Tim is an honest, reliable and very hard working individual who doesn’t stop until he’s achieved the “perfect” finish. His “deep clean” has left our home to a show room standard. I would not hesitate to recommend him, In fact we’ve just agreed for him to return on a fortnightly basis to continue his excellent service. Thank you Tim and see u soon!!

Absolutely amazing service! Always happy and bubbly when he comes in! The house sparkles every time he leaves, one of the best house cleans.

I called Tim on the day to have my bathroom deep cleaned. We arranged for 4pm but thankfully he managed to slot me in earlier than expected. Tim was friendly, professional and efficient. Provided a deep clean service, using professional cleaning products. I was very happy with Tim’s work and will use him in the future. Thanks Tim.

Absolutely amazing work by Tim! Five stars and highly recommended.

Tim was absolutely fantastic. With a baby due any day now we really needed help to get the place ready. Tim booked us in very quickly and what can I say but amazing things. The cleaning was above and beyond what was expected. He completed every cleaning task I asked of him. And what a cracking guy. Friendly, professional and even gave tips for further cleaning. Will definitely be asking Tim to come back again and highly recommend. Thanks Tim!! Can finally rest now, knowing the place is ready for our little arrival.

Top notch service. Goes the extra mile

Tim provided an excellent service. 10/10. Got the work done to a professional standard and completed it with speed and efficiency. Could not fault anything!

Tim is excellent! We've had a hell of a time getting a house move sorted. My wife is pregnant and we really needed a helping hand to have the property deep cleaned before we moved in. Tim organised for his carpet cleaners to go into the property by collecting the keys directly from the sellers estate agents. He also organised and again collected the keys from the estate agents on completion day before we were in to complete the deep clean of the rooms. Lovely guy! Nothing is too much! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Very quick scheduling, went above and beyond to clean, Tim is also a great guy who cares about the quality of his service. Would highly, highly recommend!!!!!

Tim cleaned my double oven, he not only did an excellent job but he is a really nice person and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He really cares about customer satisfaction too. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Great job done today on my oven and hob unit in the kitchen. Have already recommended to family and friends. Looking forward to having the rest of the house cleaned too. Definately recommend.

Tim is fantastic! And friendly too:) He is very thorough and pays attention to details. We were extremely happy, the house was spotless, which contributed to a memorable and cosy Christmas :)

Brilliant service from Tim. House has never smelt so good!! Friendly and efficient. Thanks again

tim has been to me 3 times now & pulls in that little bit of extra of care each time meaning my house is now a credit to his profesionalism...always on time & works for the full 2 hours..i would highly recomend tim to anyone.. thank you..
