Platinum City Cleaning Services Leeds

5/5!!

I am operating a Airbnb business from Ireland with properties that are based in Leeds, I wouldn’t of been able to run this business and getting 5 out of 5 reviews without the aid of Platinum City Cleaning Services. From the cleaning aspect, changing linen, deep clean, restocking property to any maintenance required at any time. I don’t think this journey would have been as smooth sailing without them. Would definitely recommend!!

I ordered a deep clean for my house, the work was carried out excellently everything shone the owner Mushey was such a lovely pleasant guy l wont hesitate to use them again thankyou so much Janet Johnson

Asmita and Mushi both saved my life. I have severe arachnophobia and came across a ginormous spider whilst my partner was away for several days. On the last working day before the bank holiday, Platinum City Cleaning made time for me and did an emergency two hour clean (and even found the spider!!). I am so incredibly grateful for their kindness and non-judgement. After Asmita found the spider, I tried to send her home early, and she refused and carried on until she'd completed the two hours we'd agreed. Two genuinely lovely people and I was more than happy to paying them, and felt I'd had excellent value for money. I will definitely be in touch again if I ever get overwhelmed with housework again, they were absolutely amazing. Thank you both.

We had Amsita come and clean our house for us & I honestly cannot rave enough about the standard. Me and my other half have both been walking round pointing out areas we’ve never cleaned ourselves & she had covered them. 10/10

Fantastic service from Mushy and his team. From my initial conversation with Mushy, he was friendly, professional and incredibly accommodating, managing to arrange a cleaner for me at very short notice. Asmita was punctual, polite and lovely, and did a really thorough and efficient job. I was extremely pleased with the standard of cleaning and would happily recommend Platinum City Cleaning Services. Thank you, Mushy and Asmita! 😊

The service provided by Platinum City Cleaning is nothing less than outstanding. They go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them 100%

Great service from Platinum City Cleaning Services Ltd. They did an excellent job dusting, cleaning, and mopping. The dining hall, kitchen, and bathroom were left spotless. Professional, thorough, and highly recommended!

I had a full house clean and I’m so impressed with the results! Every room was cleaned to a really high standard with great attention to detail. The house feels fresh, spotless and so much more welcoming. They were professional, reliable and worked efficiently throughout. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, high-quality clean. Thank you!

I used Platinum City Cleaners for a deep clean after moving into dirty new flat. Mujtaba helped me get everything arranged quickly and the cleaning team did a great job (including a final walk round with me to address any issues I had). Fantastic service from friendly people.

We had a deep clean followed by a regular twice monthly general clean. Superb service with outstanding customer support. Thank you

Would like to give a big shout out to mushy and his team. They did a really thorough deep clean on my new property and they did an absolutely fantastic job. Mushy also went around the entire house to doublecheck it was to my standards. And I was happy The team were so polite and fantastic around my kids. I was also having some work getting done to the house and the cleaners worked around them which was really beneficial as we didn’t have long before we had to move into the property. Absolutely fantastic and I’ll definitely be using this service again if you need a clean I definitely recommend this company fantastic

I spoke to Mushy who was fantastic! I had to get a last minute clean in and Mushy was able to fit me in for a weekend clean. The two cleaners were fantastic and really spruced the place back up!

Platinum Cleaning Services did an excellent job cleaning our doctors surgery. Their team was punctual, professional, and very efficient throughout the whole process. They paid great attention to detail and left the surgery spotless, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness which is essential in a medical environment. Communication was smooth and the work was completed exactly as agreed. I would highly recommend Platinum Cleaning Services to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning company.

Great Service and attention to detail! 10/10 team thank you Mohsin.

Contacted Platinum City Cleaning Services, very last minute. Mushy was extremley polite, professional & efficient. Squeezed me in for the day/time required. David arrived on time. Though he wanted me to check I was happy during the clean, I could see there was absolutely no need. He was fully equipped with products, very thorough & did a fabulous job; a credit to your company for sure. Nothing short of a brilliant service. Would recommend to everyone. ☆☆☆☆☆

I recently booked a one-off deep clean and was really impressed with the service from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional, and everything felt very well organised. On the day, Akash carried out the clean and was incredibly kind, respectful and thorough. He took great care with the space and made sure everything had been covered. The room looks fantastic and feels completely refreshed. I also appreciated how accommodating the team were with some practical access arrangements. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend their services.

I recently hired Platinum City Cleaners to clean a property I had just moved into. I had quite a few requests, all of which were handled perfectly. I specifically needed a deep clean, with a strong focus on removing heavy grease in the kitchen. The results were excellent. The service was outstanding from start to finish. My requirements were carefully considered, the quality of work was very high, and the team remained professional, efficient, and communicative throughout. The transformation was impressive, particularly the removal of stubborn grease. I would strongly recommend this service.

Great deep cleaning service from the team. They were on time, polite, friendly, professional and cleaned thoroughly and quickly to a very high standard. thank you!

Mushy did a great job but the real game- changer was his honesty and integrity. When my property manager highlighted out some additional points, he went back early the next morning and completed the work without needing to be chased or checked up on. On top of this, Mushy, himself, tried to keep the price low for my benefit and the price I ended up paying was below that of other professional cleaners. I would have paid him more but he is a man of his word and refused to take anything more than agreed. That sort of integrity is rare in today's world, which is why I am going to the trouble of emphasising it in this review. In short, Mushy is a good man and did a good job at a price that was value for money. As a landlord, you can't ask for more than that.

I booked a deep clean and was really impressed. The team were quick, efficient, and very thorough. They were professional throughout and made a point of checking that we were happy with everything before they finished. Would definitely recommend.

The team was punctual, polite, and extremely thorough they left every room spotless and paid attention to the smallest details. The curtain poles were installed perfectly, and they even made sure everything was aligned and secure before leaving. It’s rare to find a service that delivers both cleaning and handyman quality at this level. Highly recommend reliable, efficient, and genuinely skilled. It was a real pleasure hiring them !

We had our first clean with Platinum and were very impressed! The whole experience has been positive so far with excellent start up communication from Mushy and a sparkling clean from Emma.

We’ve been so impressed with the team who looked after our short-term accommodation property. They were always reliable, thorough, and took real pride in keeping the place spotless for every guest. Communication was excellent, and they handled everything smoothly — from quick turnarounds to little extra touches that made a big difference. Our guests often mentioned how clean and well-presented the property was, which says it all. We’re really grateful for their hard work and professionalism, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing dependable cleaners or property support.

I have been using Platinum City Cleaning Services for some time to carry out communal area cleaning at my HMO property, and I am consistently impressed with the quality of their service. Each monthly visit includes detailed reports and video documentation, along with notifications of any damages—an invaluable feature given that the property is located outside my home city.
