We've used Clean Leeds for the last year. Julie and the team are fab. Friendly, passionate and always do a great job. We love coming home to the house feeling fresh and clean. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Can’t recommend CleanLeeds highly enough. Julie the director is extremely approachable, helpful and professional and runs a great company. We have the same friendly cleaners each week at the same time and they do an excellent job. They’re not the cheapest cleaning company we’ve used, but then you get what you pay for as they are definitely one of the best cleaning companies we’ve had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a domestic cleaning company!

I have been using Clean Leeds for over 2 years now and I have never had a problem. Punctual and friendly cleaners who always do a top job. Julie and the team are also very responsive with comms, and supportive of moving around cleaning dates and times when needed. I cannot fault them. Excellent service and would highly recommend!

First time using “professional” cleaning service as I usually like to clean myself but moving into a new house with toddlers it wasn’t possible so tried it out and went with clean Leeds. Seen a lot of good reviews than bad but unfortunately I’ve had a shit experience. Got charged £90 more than estimated quote on the basis that it took longer and it was dirtier than explained. Don’t see where the extra time came from as it was estimated 6 hrs and 4 people cleaning from 10am - 11.48am pretty much works out 6 hrs. Apparantly it was wrong to point out missed areas by my husband for a service we are paying for as that delayed them by an extra 8mins. I went and had a quick scan into couple cupboards one wasn’t touched at all and couple was partly cleaned. They came and cleaned the missed cupboard thanks for that. Showed me video of before and after of why they need to charge extra but both videos looked the same and was no major difference. I asked for photos as it shows up better but that wasn’t possible for them. I moved in last night just started putting things in cupboards in kitchen and seen the cupboards at the top and top shelves hasn’t been touched at all. At this point I feel so stupid for hiring cleaners and paying £300 for a unfinished job! Thanks for the areas that did get cleaned but thanks for ripping me off too.

We've been really happy with Clean Leeds. They always do a great job, always turn up, and are always friendly and professional. Their communication is great too, you never wait long for a reply and they let you know of any changes promptly. Definitely recommend!

I needed a short term contract and Julie arranged everything after a consultation that day. The cleaning team were efficient, polite and thoughtful. I will use the company again.

We've used Clean Leeds for domestic cleaning for 2+ years and can fully recommend them. Although this isn't the cheapest cleaning service out there, you definitely get what you pay for. We have had reliable, professional, high-quality cleaning from a consistent team of cleaners who are always friendly and able to accommodate our needs. Julie and the team were particularly helpful when we added a very hairy new puppy to the household, e.g. working around the puppy as much as they could and discussing new cleaning needs. Whenever I have needed to vary timings, this has been accommodated as far as reasonably possible, and any queries have been picked up quickly. We've been very happy with the service Clean Leeds has provided throughout the years we've been using them.

Fantastic and friendly service from Julie and the team. They always check in with us and do an excellent job, even on some nightmare end of tenancy cleans. If there has ever been an issue, Julie has been so professional and understanding and helpful in coming back same or next day to snag and resolve any issues.

Cleaners were nearly always on time and the general cleaning quality was acceptable (nothing to scream about, but ok) although sometimes they left early but were paid in full. Unfortunately all of this came at a very unreasonable price: 3 hours 97.50£, and when they said they would increase the price to 117 I just said enough and stopped the service. The owner would reply to emails sometimes with delays and sometimes I had to insist to have explanations, in general I don't think their service justifies the bill.

We had the pleasure of their services for a few years. Exceptional thorough service. We moved and have a cleaner. And realise just how good the Jewel cleaners are. Wish they could have come with us. I think they are worth every penny and think they could easily charge more for the excellent service. Miss them hugely. Sue

Julie and her team have done a great job cleaning/looking after our company flat in Leeds. They are thorough and flexible, and we have been very impressed with their service over the last 18 months. Would recommend.

Used Jewel to do a deep clean in a house that sorely needed it. Julie came along personally to discuss what needed doing, was very professional and explained exactly what they would do and how long it would take. Her team did a great job and even a few extras things that cropped up during the cleaning. They are certainly not cheap compared to other cleaning companies, but are dependable and do a great job, so are worth it. We are considering using them now on a regular basis for once monthly cleaning. Its nice to work with a reliable company that does exactly what it promises.

Asked Jewel to deep clean my late mum's flat in Alwoodley, Leeds, and was very impressed. They did a good job for a very reasonable price, the organisation was spot on, and the whole operation including the invoicing was completed smoothly and quickly. Would certainly use them again.

Jewel cleaning provide me with a weekly cleaning and ironing service. They are reliable, professional and friendly. The cleaning is always to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

The team are always responsive when we speak to them and answer any questions, they always accommodate any requests and have been very good during Covid-19. They do a good job, tailoring the time needed as they get to know your house and would recommend.

I have to say the guys at Jewel are superb. At the moment we can only afford one visit a month, so the amount they get through in the time is brilliant. We're not the best at keeping things clean so we are incredibly grateful when they've been! The team are always friendly and the clean is always consistent. The service is extremely professional and they're great with animals too, I couldn't recommend them more highly. 🙌🏻

Excellent clean of bathroom. Friendly service and professional. Called an hour early and then came back at scheduled time. Would advise in principle to try best to inform customer of any changes as customer might not be in at that time. Didn't bother me too much in the end though. Very happy with the clean. Thank you very much

I have used Jewel for a fortnightly clean of my flat for the last 12 months. It is an excellent company. They are speedy and very thorough. They use eco-friendly products. I am able to point out any specific areas that I would like them to focus on each time. The staff are professional and friendly. Security is taken very seriously and the company is trustworthy. Over the years I have used a number of other domestic cleaning companies - Jewel is by far the best. I recommend Jewel most highly.

This is a lovely company to work with. Julie and her team do a fantastic job, very cheerful, reliable, trusworhty and always left the house spotless. When I come back to Leeds I will look them up again for sure.

If you are looking for high quality & reliable cleaning then THIS IS THE PLACE. Julie, the owner of the company, came to my flat personally to assess the place and discuss the cleaning needs with me. She is very professional while also being very personable. They are very accommodating and flexible in terms of specifics of the clean, and similarly accommodating when it came to logistics such as timings and parking etc. After just my first clean the place was transformed and was spotless. Julie and her cleaners really do the serious cleaning work like removing scaling in bathrooms and cleaning extractor fans to such a high standard. They are a very professional setup, providing all their own (eco-friendly!) products and equipment, and are efficient with their time. The biggest pro for me is that they are a genuine independently run business, and not a large faceless company or a franchise, this means that you get a much greater level of customer service and accommodation, as well as the cleaners being picked directly by the company owner - so you know they're great! There may be cheaper services out there, but there certainly won't be better ones :)

Jewel offers a fantastic service at a reasonable price. The team that come are polite and professional, and do a far better job than we could do ourselves. Julie is easy to work with, and responsive to our emails so it's easy to get cleans booked in. They also have a structured and safe key system so we didn't need to worry about who had access to our house. I would highly recommend Jewel for regular or one off cleans.

The staff are always polite and friendly and are always happy to work around me if I'm working from home. The additional services (carpet cleaning etc) are really useful and we've used these on a number of occasion and have always been impressed. Would be happy to recommend Jewel Cleaning to anyone :)

Although not necessarily the cheapest of options for house cleaning they are worth the money, it is a dream to come home to a clean and pristine house every Monday!

very unhelpful and rude. Made feel like they were doing me a favour when I asked for a cleaner also said that the property was not in their catchment basically didn't want the job. Wont be calling them again

Arranged an end of tenancy clean with Jewel and cannot fault the service. Communication, via phone and email, were excellent, quote was very reasonable and the crew performed an excellent job at short notice. I left them to it and nipped to the cinema! After sales care was also superb; the letting agent required documents to prove I had cleaned the property professionally (as per the terms of tenancy agreement, nothing to do with the standard of work carried out, which was to a very high standard) and Julie (company director) handled all this personally which was a great help. Cannot recommend Jewel highly enough!
