Very disappointing, will not use this service again. We needed someone for the next day and they were very kind to accommodate this, however the cleaners who arrived did not do a good job. They literally mopped around rugs on the floor, did not clean thoroughly and left a lingering smell of cigarettes in our smoke free house. They also left earlier than agreed. Poor overall.

We were charged £18 per hour for 2 cleaners for 3 hours. On arrival (in their Mercedes) they spent the first 15 mins having a fag and a coffee on my drive. They failed to clean side tables, empty bathroom bins and overall did a very mediocre job. Never again.
